Ingulf the Mad

P.C Hodgell and David Gemmell fans read this book.
This book details the reason for Ingulf's madness and the origins of Carroll Mac Lir. We find out a considerable amount about the structure of society in the dreaded land of Sarlow be warned some of it is quite stomach turning. Making cameo apparences are Svaran the Black, Grom Beardless and Vildren as well as a certain traitor. This book is diffrent in tempo from Paul Zimmer's other books. Due in part to the Focus on Ingulf's angst over his unrequited love for an elven princess and Vildren questioning of his long held belief systems. But have no fear there is still plenty of swashbuckling action and heroism to sate the hungriest conniseur. Interestingly we are introduced to the "Council of Seven" the ruling body that orchestrates the defence against the shadow and maintains the mystic barriers that confine them. What I found enjoyable about this book was the more indepth character study of the key protagonists. And we find out just why Carroll Mac Lir is accounted as the greatest of the heroes of Y'gora. I've been reading Paul Zimmer books for almost 16 years because they still carry a resonance that removes you from this mundane world, a sense of wonder that carries the reader to a continent perpetually at war and to a land far across the sea where heroes still walk and strive against evil.

Excellent reading! Thoroughly recommended!
If a good book holds your interest; and a great book gets you to think, then Inner Path Leadership is a truly great book! Author, entrepreneur, businessman and counselor Paul F. Sincock shows us where we came from---what we are now---and how to change if we are save ourselves and our planet.

Mr. Sincock writes, "We humans are impacting the earth's internal processes, in ways we do not yet understand. We don't understand the implications of what we are doing or the long-term unexpected consequences." But lest you think that Inner Path Leadership is about doom, it is not. Paul's message is of hope via change, new ideas, and new vision.

For instance, about violence we read, "By holding onto anger, hostility, resentment and other negative emotions, we actually help generate a negative field of energy that influences others." Like our neighbors, friends and family. And, yes like our children. What to do? "We bring forth alternatives that work better."

Conflict resolution in ourselves and between each other is a key, and how to do that is explored in Inner Path Leadership. Here are the protocols for conflict resolution, not generally found in other books on this vital subject. We learn to understand our emotions, honestly. "The intention and desire to gain self knowledge and the faith that you can and will deal with everything uncovered, is crucial."

Paul F. Sincock has illuminated the path to transformation and thus, enlightenment. Further, Inner Path Leadership is written in a conversational format that enables the reader to see the reality of our daily lives. And finally, Paul has given us a deeply spiritual look at how and why we can love ourselves and our neighbors. Inner Path Leadership is a lesson in hope!

The Innovation Equation : Building Creativity and Risk-Taking in Your Organization

Authors: Jacqueline Byrd and Paul Lockwood Brown

Thorough and Practical
Byrd and Brown show how innovation can help organizations grow and how the lack of innovation can stifle companies. Recognizing that it takes all types of people to have a functioning organization, this book helps individuals, groups and organizations recognize their innovative strengths and weaknesses. Equally important are the stop signs that inhibit organizational growth. Many people talk about the value of innovation in organizations but this book takes that discussion much further, defining and thoroughly analyzing innovation and, more importantly, providing the reader with tools that can be easily applied.

Interesting but demanding
I bought this book to spend some of my free time after dinner. With its impressive collection of mathematical riddles this book is intellectually stimulating. One has to recognize, however, that from a certain point some of the problems are reserved to the truly "aficionados" of mathematics. Educators in the field of mathematics my find this book particularly interesting.

This is a hilarious story about illegal drug deals in asia
Inide Dope is brilliantly plotted to tell a complex and highly amusing story. The characters are larger than life; the narrative deliciously demonic; and the dialogue outrageously overblown yet real. The whole adds up to a hilarious novel in a unique and original style. Get it!

Must Read Book!!
Being a health care executive, I feel I am fairly qualified to write a review on health care books. This book was very impressive, and I especially liked hearing what other executives of health care companies think about the future of the industry. I have read too many business books by unknown authors-this was finally one with some insight from people in industry. I highly recommend this book to any one interested in health care or in the health care industry.
