Having read Land Trusts in Florida, I very highly recommend it to any reader, lawyer or nonlawyer alike, who is interested in owning real estate, in a manner that preserves one's estate, property and the ability to transfer one's property interests readily.

I have had the experience to read Mark's earlier editions of Land Trusts in Florida and can absolutely assure the reader, lawyer or nonlawyer alike, that the 1998 edition is a great improvement over previous editions. It is just loaded with very vital information. It is very readable. Even to a nonlawyer --- like me.

I cannot emphasize the important of buying this book at once, if you are interested in taking control of your interests in real estate.

I am a nonlawyer. And yes, I am very much biased in favor of Mark Warda. When it comes to Land Trusts, he is, without exception, the foremost authority! You could pay a lot more, for a lot less quality of information!!

If you can find a better, up-to-date book on the subject of Land Trusts in Florida, I have just one command for you --- Buy it!!

Reading this showed me what my rights are with my renters. Now I can do my own evictions. It was good that it told me what I am supposed to be doing under the law for my renters.

Landlords' Rights & Duties in California was an excellent beginners guide to being a landlord. It includes samples of easy to use forms that cover all the basics as well as recommendations of when and when not to get a lawyer involved. I found the reference section that included applicable California Civil Code helpful as well. A quick read but loaded with useful tools, Landlord's Rights & Duties in California is what every beginning landlord needs in their library.

Not wanting to be inundated with massive quantities of tapes or CDs, I opted for this book with 1 CD and I'm glad I did. Much better than Berlitz's 'Spanish for Dummies',
Language Dynamics Spanish is not a game but the real thing. It is impossible to open the book or listen to the CD for even a minute without learning a lot of good practical Spanish. Very easy to learn from because of the same page answer keys and English translations in the book and the CD. This course took the foreign out of Spanish for me.

It's Lara Croft revealed! For anyone who's been searching for a photo album of Ms. Croft, this book is worth checking out! The book is in a magazine style format with numerous (and gorgeous) full color photos of Lara as well as two of the "real" Lara models. It is also jammed packed with information about the "Tomb Raider" game as well as a little of Lara's background and some other things she's been up to in the past! A book to be treasured by any devoted "Tomb Raider" fan or those simply interested in the world of virtual animation.
