Sosin and Kreh cover all bases...spinning and fly....the book is very readable. Excellent.

This is a wonderful read for those who shared some of the life of the early days of aviation in the transition from by guess and by God, and by the seat of their pants, to the mass transportation that airline travel has become. A peek into a little known part of the way it really was. An autobiographical account of an interesting part of aviation history. Highly recommended. Even if you are not interested in aviation, it is an entertaining account of an era that will never ever be repeated.

This book is an essential reference to all engineers designing hydraulic systems. Brilliant and relativly easy to use, also the results obtained from standard configurations give accurate results +/- 10%. Therefore I would not do any initial calculations without it. A god send for those of us too old to really get interested in computer modelling. This book can also be used to quick check computer models therefore the young might find it useful to see if their results are in the right ballpark.

George Roberts, known in the fly-fishing world by the affectionate name "F.F.", has composed a masterpiece of both biology and fly-fishing tactics. Incredibly detailed, a virtual master class on paper, this is well worth wading through incredible scientific detail embodied by the author. A worthwhile and enriching read for any one who is serious in their quest for fish. An excellent choice for the saltwater angler in your life. This is a book to be treasured and passed on from generation to generation. After finishing this fine work, you will be able to say "Just show me them fish". His video is also a must-have for the serious caster. If you only buy ONE fly fishing book this year, buy this one.

I have used several other guide books on Atlanta, but this was by far the best one. It was concise, yet still provided all the necessary information. It doesn't get bogged down like many guide books. Because it's small, it's easier to carry around while you're traveling. Plus, there's a map that is coordinated with the guide book and clearly marks all the must-see sites. I found myself using that map more than ordinary driving maps because it was so much more easier to navigate. I only wish citypack was available in more cities.

Eating a meal at Campanille is a pleasure. The food is wonderful, better every time, rustic, aromatic, lusty and rich. The cookbook helps you recreate their food.

The Gravlax recipe is my favorite. It is easy to prepare, very impresive, and has the silkiest texture.

It is one of the best organised textbook I've ever seen since Mann's. It includes new aproaches not to mention traditional methods. Its figures and explanations are spectacular. Algoritm schemes are usefull.
