I am not very handy and have yet to do any ideas from this book (i just bought my first home and haven't had the time yet) but the ideas are SO easy and awesome. You know how you buy a book like this and only like an idea here and there and the book is a waste of money? NOT THIS BOOK! Well worth the money!

History has never been so articulate, clear and gripping. She can raise the most novice historians to experts after quickly reading this book.

She is truly a great historian and this book is a must!

This is the kind of rock and roll novel every author wants to write; but Siegel's book is even BETTER because it incorporates so much more than just rock music. He has voodoo, gods, demons, drugs and more. All tucked between a killer cover. Looking forward to more good things by this author.

This informative little book is packed full of tips on how to succeed financially and emotionally in life, and they're all legal tips! The author bases his wisdom on personal experiences combined with secrets that every person may know but doesn't usually share. This book is a great first step in putting more money in your pocket, more time in your day and more meaning in your life.

A well thought out and documented set of ideas illustrating that we can have an economic system that provides for the people in it, not just for the institutions around it.

I would give a lot for the opportunity to greet this man in person. With the likes of him, there may be hope after all, if we can get the word out.

Yeah, it rocked

Though it does not address the small picture very much, this book provides a thorough introduction to the field of ecosystem management. For vocabulary purposes, readers of this book may be better off with some background in ecology or forestry, but once you understand the words, the subject makes perfect sense.

This book is essentially written for members of the Roman Catholic church who wish to become more purposefully ecumenical in thought and deed.
The volume advocates a seven step process for individuals and communities to promote "striving for unity amid diversity." The process involves: recognizing that separation exists among Christian denominations, experiencing conversion rooted in openness and loyalty, understanding history, understanding the present situation, discovering a common tradition, recognizing and appreciating diverse traditions, and setting a goal for the future.
Readers of this book will become more familiar with, and less threatened by, the ecumenical environment of current covenanting activities of churches and mutual study of such aspects of Christian tradition as baptism, eucharist, marriage, ministry, ordination, and authority.

Mark Beach understands that editing a newsletter is a process, not a goal in itself. He encourages people to assess their audience -- their real audience -- and adjust their content to meet that need. It's a great hands-on manual. I have the 1988 edition; I'm sure the newer version updates all the latest electronic doo-dads (they're great). But the key is recognizing who you are writing for and what they need. Mark offers clear tips, understandable options and usable advice. This is a winner.
