Criminals are so Dumb
You'd be shocked to see how stupid people can be. This book was really funny. I read every story and they were all great. This book is kind of like a combo of "COPS" and "America's Funniest Home Videos" (but on paper, not tv). These stories aren't just in the U.S.A. but all around the world (as the title implies). Just to give you a sample of a funny one... this one guy broke into a display case at a shoe store and he only stole right shoes, no left at all. Duh. If you enjoy comedy this is the book for you. -_-

Best book available on the topic!
A thorough, eclectic memoir of one of the greatest refugee-relief efforts in history, told by the people who lived it: aid workers, politicians, and refugees themselves. I may be prejudiced...

Refreshing, well-told historical tale
1998 is the 100th anniversary of the sinking of the Maine and the Spanish-American War, instigated, many still say, by William Randolph Hearst. "Yellow" (for yellow journalism) recounts the period leading to the Maine's sinking through the first-person fictional account of Ambrose Bierce, the legendary American artist and writer, as he traveled to Cuba on Hearst's payroll. Fascinating for fans of true Americana. Lynch is a gifted storyteller.

One of the Funniest Children's Books of All Time
I know this book is really hard to find, but if you do come across it, please don't hesitate to pick it up. I loved reading it when I was in elementary school several years ago, and I enjoy it all over again when I read it to my kids now.

It is the story of Eugene Winkleman spending a two-week vacation with his Uncle Mel in New York. They see a movie about a sea monster named "Yobgorgle" that resides in Lake Ontario. Eugene then meets Professor Ambrose McFwain, the man who made the movie. Eugene quickly becomes his assistant, and embarks on the wildest summer adventure of all time, loaded with many unexpected twists.

This book is loaded with strange, off-the-wall humor and wacky languange that makes it enjoyable for children of all ages. Each chapter will leave you wondering what crazy things will happen next. Trust me, the fun doesn't stop. Your kids will love the madcap events, wild storyline, and pure craziness.

Good history book about the KKK- Points of law interesting
Meant for younger readers it still was good info about the KKK. How they would start in a community and what they said to get people interested. The law or lack of was interesting. Gave info about the time period.

It was a very great book and very exciting!!
I liked that Merlin when he was a little boy, was very much like me. I wrote a letter to Mr. San Souci, because I really love his books. I really liked when Merlin performed his magic and turned himself into an ogre. And when he turned in to that man, and when he knew what was going to happen. This book inspired me to read more of mr. San Souci's books. I think kids should read this book because it is very exciting about medeival times and they might really like it. Brian Kelly age 7 I read all his young books when I studied medeival times.

Your Customer $ystem
Published in Paperback by Winning Ways Management, Inc. (05 March, 2001)

An excellent template for a customer satisfaction program
Dr. Price's book is an excellent step-by-step approach to evaluating, planning and implementing a customer satisfaction program within a company. The book is very detailed in the steps to take to get to a solid customer management system and is not for light reading. It takes the processes developed by numerous experts in the customer management industry and lays those processes out in an easy to follow template, using the Baldrige Award and the Colorado Pike Peak Better Business Bureau's 'Excellence In Customer Service (EICS)' Award criteria as it's backdrop.

The most significant benefit of this book is that it steps through the process a person needs to take to implement a working customer system and explains the rationale for those steps along the way. The diagrams and charts give considerable help in understanding the steps.

Any QA manager, director or corporate CEO would greatly benefit from this book as it saves considerable time one would need to use to go through numerous books to understand the basic customer system concepts.
