Unlike ususal green architecture picture books, this book comes with scientific data and long term research which have been wanting in fancy picture books. Mr. Klaus Daniels presents a holistic textbook with nice visual aids and hands-on design tools which could be used right in your design process.

review Technotrends : How to Use Technology to Go Beyond You
I was a little concerned about the date of the book 1993, but I found this to be a very good business book, that makes a lot of great points. His ideas about going beyond your competition are great. I would recommend this book to anyone that wants to understand their future business success better.

A Must Have
My 11-month old daughter absolutely LOVES this book! She seeks it out from a whole library of others. She delights in turning the pages herself and pointing to all of the classic toys (that most babies own and can recognize, such as stacking rings) asking "dat?" for us to name everything. The bright colorful illustrations never fail to capture her attention. My daughter would rate this book "a must have!"

Great book for storytelling!
The Terrible Roar by Manus Pinkwater is wonderful for storytelling. A lion's roar causes things to disappear. Each roar is illustrated as a color ful spiral, alerting children to roar at the appropriate time. Fanciful, colorful & exciting, it is a fun and easy book for any storyteller, just reading the book or using a flannelboard technique. Lots of fun!

Unbiased relation
A fifth grader will be tasked to write a book report on some prominent figure from the history of the United States. A Jr. High student will be given the same assignment and asked to elaborate and draw conclusions about that person on their own. A graduating senior will also write their thesis on someone of their choice, but will be forced to check the accuracy of the authors they reference in their bibliography.

Dan Murph's book about Price Daniel is the book that these students will choose. The intimate knowledge that the author has of one "Texas Giant" is remarkable and is not merely a book of words organized into neat little paragraphs. Rather, Dan Murph has provided unbiased insight into one man's life and has clearly shown how one man can make a difference.

What ifs drive more storylines than a Star Trek sequel. The author's description paints a vivid landscape for the reader to draw his/her conclusion with regards to, "What if the Electoral College had been done away with?" Would it change the introduction by George Bush? What if...What if...What if? The answers are within the pages of this book.

Thank God My Regiment an African One: The Civil War Diary of Colonel Nathan W. Daniels

Thank God, Ms. Weaver got this published!
A welcome addition to CW sources. Weaver does an excellent job filling in the background and the epilogue. The actual diary takes up less than half the pages, but they are intriguing nonetheless. Daniels is a true hero toiling in the heat and humidity of the Gulf Coast against the prejudice of other Union officers and soldiers. He can be inspiring at times.

McNeill swings and hits a home run
After reading The Theater of the Impossible I look at baseball in an entirely different way. The topic of the novel does not revolve entirely around baseball though, it is also an intellectual journey through American society. A real winner, I recommend it to everyone.

An excellent survey of traditions and movements in the UCC
This book gave me a greater appreciation of the diversity and variety within the United Church of Christ. There is much that concerns me and burdens my heart (the Gay/lesbian agenda, some of the ideas coming out of the feminist movement, some of the limitations the process theology movement seems to put on God's omniscience and omnipresence), but I had a very enjoyable time reading about the 4 main theological streams which flow into the United Church of Christ (Congregational, Christian, Reformed, Evangelical). This is certainly must reading for anyone who is a member of the United church of Christ, but it is also a good book for anyone who is interested in mainline Protestant theology and in the trend toward unity and pluralism at the expense of objective truth.

Ther's No Such Thing
I felt that this book is wonderful for children from about 1 year to three or four years. My son, 3 years old, has gone through two copies of this book. The first one fell apart because he carried it with him everywhere and always wanted to read it. He had to sleep with it too. It was and is his favorite book. I think he really enjoyed reciting the words back until he had memorized the book. Then he would read it back to me. This made him feel good about himself. Kids always want to know about monsters and witches and such, and this book answers some questions for them. It keeps their attention with a great topic and storyline, as well as the colrful illustrations. I would highly reccomend this cute book to anyone with young children.
