best fitzgerald short story collection
Even though this title appears to be out-of-print, I highly recommend taking Amazon's offer to track one down for you. It is by far Fitzgerald's best collection of shorter work, ranging from his younger Bazil stories to his more mature "semi-Hollywood" work. It also displays his various abilities with modernist literature (viz. the title story) that marks him as a writer truly ahead of his age.

Artic Review
Agent Arthur's adventure is about Arthurs third action packed adventure when he is sent by his uncle,Jake Sharpe the founder of the action agency to the artic to figger out and foil another one of the evil spider oganisations devilish plans. I really enjoyed reading this book because I loved the plot of the book and its challenging, fun codes to unscramble, puzzles to figger out and mazes to cross. That is why I rated it five stars. I recommend it to anyone who enjoyed the earlier Agent Arthur books.

A thoroughly pleasurable book on books on reading
I begin by acknowledging that I know the author and that our favorite pasttime over the years has been disagreeing with each other. With this book, however, I can find nothing to disagree with. The style is both elegant and chummy at the same time, and there is wit and cleverness on every page, and judicious quotation. The prose is classically balanced, the range of thought satisfyingly large and capacious, and the sharpness of opinion immensely provoking. I have not read a more satisfying book in ages.

The Air Controllers Controversy: Lessons from the Patco Strike

The Air Controllers' Controversy
As a new union member (1987) in the National Air Traffic Controllers Association (NATCA) I read this book several times from cover to cover and always found something new. I also had a strong desire to learn about my roots. There are many lessons to be learned and this book is both informative and educational. It is obvious the authors spent a lot of time researching and putting together a great piece of work.

The book covers PATCO from its initial start until the end.

If you are a labor union member or just someone wanting to know about PATCO and its history, I whole heartedly recommend this book.

My childhood favorite
I'm 28 now and was first introduced to The Three Investigators in 5th grade. I now teach English to 8th graders thanks in large part to my love of reading, flamed in my youth for a love of this series of books. The Mystery of the Invisible Dog was my favorite book in this series, and may be (along with White Fang) my favorite book of childhood. As a mystery, the story had few flaws. The mood and tone of this story hit just the right cord with me. I loved the entire series because it did not condescend to its audience, assuming a certain amount of knowledge about the world in each story. This book was no different in its reference to the Carpathian mountains of Europe and references to Catholic practices as part of the story. I highly recommend this book as truly representative and maybe the best book of the series.

I always wanted to be Jupiter!
This is the best juvenile seried there is. I only owned 4 books as a kid, but I read them over and over and over. Now I am trying to buy the rest of them and some are out of print! Oh that I had bought them wheni could (especially since they used to be $$$). I tried to pick up (being a girl) the babysitter's club, but that just didn't do it for me. They were so shallow and predictable. The three investigators series are quality literature, which is rare nowadays. PLEASE reprint all the out-of-print titles. Judging from others comments, many people would buy them! It would be a shame to let these go because there isnt the same calibur of books to replace them!

Get this book
I have to give this book a good review -- it's an excellent Hanukkah story for children of any age. But I also have to admit I'm a bit biased -- my brother and I were the "models" for this book. I'm the older brother in the story, and my brother was the younger one. My mom and dad make cameo appearances on the train at the end. Anyway, if you're looking for a good Hanukkah gift, I bet you'll enjoy All the Lights in the Night. If you have any comments I'd like to hear them (i.e. "You're a handsome kid" - hehe). You can contact me via the above e-mail address.
