On her way home she takes 30 orphans to missouri to be adopted. This is a story of both adventure and tradigy.

Knowlege is Power
This particular work is flowing with useable and believable knowlege! You don't have to be a rocket-scientist to comprehend it, but you must have a passion for the deep. This book takes you on a mind-boggling trail as you see how your reactions are all linked to a substantiated incident. Take for instance the bell theory that is mentioned in the very first paragraph. Your mind is triggerd and tricked so easily! I highly recommend this work in its entirity. It soaks into your thought pattern!

Very Detailed Work
Projects using an unusual technique of gluing natural materials to fabric in designs reminiscent of fine embroidery. The work is painstaking in its detail; the effect is stunning. Many small projects for cards, bookmarks, & framed items such as pendants and paperweights. An annotated list of plants used in the projects is included. Paperback

This was a competent book with one small problem.
College Algebra is quite authorative on the subject matter covered and helps the student grasp the key points as well as some of the finer points of Algebra. While I was in this course I had the most difficult time trying to find certain supplements the book suggested that were put out by the publisher. They had no knowledge of the material at the company but it was clearly stated in the text. All in all the overall text and message of the book was rather competent and illuminating.

Just the kind of Western I like.
Benjamin Colter was a battle-scarred ex-Rebel soldier who's been on the search for the men who killed his wife and daughter. Kinyan is a widow with three children looking for a way to save her ranch and in order to that she must marry. She's not crazy about the idea, neither are her twin boys, but from the time she and Ben meet, you know an fast-paced, sensual plot is going to emerge. I like the way the author developed Ben's relationship with Kinyan's twin boys, and eventually her young daughter (who reminds him of his little girl). As the plot unfolds, it's clear that Kinyan's husband's death was no accident. The author creates some intriguing characters, including a saloon whore who's tied to the villain. I like the scenes where Colter is teaching Kinyan how to defend herself, and when Ben is injured, Kinyan is determined to help her depressed husband use his other senses to in order to save their family. The way the author weaved those scenes in was pure genius.

Enjoyable hard work
I have used this book as a reading-writing textbook for an overseas technical university elective course and the students just loved it! With a few videos and a couple of guest speakers from different cultures things moved perfectly as I imagined they would. A perfect book for an imaginative upper intermediate or advanced English teacher in multi-cultural environments
