Excelent pictures and easy reading text! Information is great for a first time reader of John Deere "Poppers." I have read and looked at this book over and over, and shared it with others. Buy it, you'll love it.

This is a tiny booklet (40 pages) in the Christian Living Series.

Ralph Earle knows how to lay out essential information in a clear and organized way. This booklet describes the parts of the Bible and the contents of each and makes practical suggestions which are particularly helpful for those embarking on serious scripture study, or on reading the Bible at all, for the first time. For example, Earle recommends beginning in the New Testament with the book of Matthew, and suggests reading one chapter a day of that book.

This booklet is very helpful. However, I do not think it is worth nearly the amount being asked by some "used" sellers. The information found in it is all available elsewhere. If this booklet is not in print, look for something that is, such as "The Bible Book by Book" .

Perhaps the coolest, grittiest, strangely funniest real-life account of any bounty hunter living. Although I haven't seen the movie with Steve McQueen, I can only imagine it would have made fitting material for one of the last true tough guys' final movie. Pick this book up if you enjoy real-life adventure.

I read this book with my Language Arts class and have an absolutely fabulous teacher. Every day in class we have a quote of the day and then do a "quick write". After we do this we read one of Ralph Fletcher's I Am Wings: Stories of Love and evaluate based on the way the words are layed out on the pages and talking about it out loud; figure out what the poem means. It is a very realistic book and challenges young and old alike to think about what the author is trying to say and talks in depth about the typical middle school dating relationship. As my class got into the book I found myself looking forward to the poems and the saga of Lea and his girlfriend. Great book for anyone. ~Amanda~

This book was fantastic. It had a great deal of interesting information about 26 different bugs. The text was still simple enough for children of all ages to enjoy. My preschoolers loved it!

This book paints a brilliant and picturesque tapestry of Germany in the 1800's. It is full of surprise, wonder and hope. I am anxiously awaiting Rev. Gardner's next work!

People from other states should settle for something thin, like Scenic Driving Oregon, but for natives who are looking to explore deeper, who have wondered what's up that pigpath, this is the very best. Too bad he didn't do Eastern Oregon in the same manner.

This book has been my "bible" for over 10 years. I returned to purchase more for my friends and found it out of print. Shame! This is for those who belive life is more than the the DOW or NASDAQ and that there is a world waiting to be explored and savored outside the office...
