This book breaks what you need to know to form an LLC down nicely and easily by chapter. You can skip around if you'd like, but I wanted to make sure I knew everything about the topic and read it straight through. Full of helpful examples to illustrate the concepts just presented. Definitely recommend to others looking to learn about corporate structures and most specifically, the LLC.

I recently bought this book and found it to be very informative and to the point. I looked at other books, but most were wordy. My time is limited and I needed a book that would provide me the info without the fluff. There is a good state information section that provides info like Addresses, URLs, Legal URLs, Name Requirements, and form descriptions. The actual forms are not provided but the resource is given. I would recommend this book for someone looking for enough information to answer your questions and give you guidance in going forward.

November Friend is an excellent debut novel from Anthony Rivers and is a tale based upon two major things that most of us hold dearly: love and friendship. The book opens with an introduction to Christian, a writer for a magazine, and his chance meeting with Tanya....a beautiful, career-oriented woman who's not quite sure of what she wants in a relationship or hasn't fully decided if she even wants one.

Also introduced in the book are: Nicholas, Pam, Maiya, and Reggie. The characters and tone of voice in the book set an atmosphere in which you feel as if you're either talking or listening to your best friend. I found myself laughing at the commentary between the characters and also at times, feeling their pain, especially Christian's desire to find the "one" who would love him unconditionally and completely. And, I could also relate to Maiya's pain with the "drama" she went through even though I've never been faced with the consequences she endured.

The book alternates between the viewpoint of Christian, Maiya, and Tanya and once you start reading it, you will NOT want to put it down. You can feel Anthony's excitement for his characters from page one until the very end....and you'll be screaming for more. You might even be like me and start filling up his email box with queries on when the sequel will be ready. The ending will definitely amaze a lot of folks because it's not your typical ending that you would expect from a novel, but it will definitely have a dramatic affect on how you view love, life, and friendships.

Anthony's writing style is warm and refreshing and you'll find yourself in a sea of happiness and feel a bond of friendship with him and his characters. I felt as if I were enveloped in a cloud of warmth while reading this book and highly recommend it to anyone who's had and lost a friend or to those who have dreamed and hoped for true love. Anthony Rivers is here to make his mark on Literature! Don't miss out....

"An Ocean View" is a small gem filled with all the big concepts about the ocean. It's an ideal primer for understanding the ocean's physical, geological, and biological forces. Dr. Russo has accomplished the admirable feat of condensing and enormous amount of detail and presents the science of oceanography in language for the general reader. If you want to broaden your understanding of our planet, which is over 70% water, then this small book is a good place to start!

I liked this book because it offered me an excellent overview of the state of the global ecosystem from an oceanography perspective. As a concerned nonscientist, the concise and clearly written nontechnical summary of oceanography allowed me to appreciate the severe environmental stresses on our planet from that viewpoint.

This collection of "comic" stories from various artists is a beautiful work of art. The quality of the book is wonderful, the color and print is strong. It is a great book to have in a collection. I'm sure some of these artists will go far, if they haven't done so already. I would love to see more of there individual work.

This is a high quality collection of illustrated stories. All of the artists have very different styles. The print and color quality is amazing.

I know I can't do this book justice, but with only one other review, I'll take my best shot.

I have read several celebrity autobiographies, but this one is by far the best. What a life! His father was half Irish and half Mexican. His mother was illegitimate and half Mexican and half Indian. He was conceived while "both" of his parents were fighting with Pancho Villa. He lived in a dirt-floor shed. His father became a migrant farm worker in the U.S. and later got a job at a studio. Quinn's father's arm was nearly torn off by a panther that Quinn had befriended. These are only some of the highlights in just the first 39 pages.

Quinn was originally planning on becoming an architect, but Frank Lloyd Wright sets into motion a serendipitous chain of circumstances, which leads to Quinn becoming an actor instead of an architect.

This book is much more than the story of Quinn, or even the film industry. Through out his life, Quinn seemed to come into contact, or into bed, with everyone that was anyone: anywhere. While still an unknown-unknown, he was in the frequent company and advice of such people as John Barrymore, Error Flynn, W. C. Fields, John Steinbeck, William Saroyan, F. Scott Fitzgerald, and William Faulkner. During this time, he married Cecil B. De Mille's adopted daughter, which resulted in a 20-year-conflict between Quinn and De Mille. Having De Mille as a father-in-law actually harmed Quinn's career.

Quinn tells of a clandestine meeting with Howard Hughes at 2:30 AM on Mulholland Drive and Hughes arrives with 3 cars. Quinn discusses his 3-year-old son drowning in W. C. Fields' swimming pool. Time and space cause me to only try to wet your appetite.

After reading this book, it's hard to tell if Quinn was playing Zorba, or if Zorba was playing Quinn. By the way, even the dance Quinn does at the end of this movie is a very interesting story.

As with all great books, it unfortunately didn't last long enough.

I really enjoyed this book by Anthony Quinn. At first, I was put off by the way his thoughts jumped around, but in retrospect, I realize that this was just his way of getting his point across, and I became mesmerized by his thoughts and the disparity of his early years. Mr. Quinn did not flower his book with how great he was, or even sound like a celebrity, in the description of his life. In his early years he was very poor, and really let the reader feel his thoughts on his poverty, and how he fought to stay alive. It is a great example of coming from a life of nothing, with seldom having food to eat, to become a great actor, artist, lover, and family man.

Although he would never receive accolades as a husband, he truly loved his family. He mentioned several times, his grief at the death of his son and the loss of father.

He made many friends along the way, and treasured every one. Not caring whether they were paupers or kings.

In 1983, we had the pleasure of seeing and meeting Mr. Quinn on Broadway, in Zorba the Greek. We had invested in several of his paintings and sculptures, and was invited to a party for him at the Helmsley Palace in New York City. We were really impressed with his ability to encompass a room with his presence, while giving every person a piece of his persona.

This book is excellent reading, which keeps the reader waiting for his next thought. The world will truly miss this great man.

Its a fantasy thriller, when three people go to the past, adn find out it's earth

This is undoubtedly the best analysis of the High Court of Australia ever compiled. It is easy to use, being fully indexed, and it covers every aspect of the court from biographical details of Judges to analysis of important decisions. It is a great mixture of history and information.

The individual entries have been written by eminent judges, jurists and lawyers in Australia. It was edited by 3 of the most well regarded legal academics in Australian history and is a terrific reference source. I can recommend it to anyone with an interest or need to look in detail at the Australian legal system. There is no other work with such detail and information in one volume.

This volume represents the most comprehensive bank of information on the High Court to date. With no less than 800 pages dedicated to the various aspects of the Court's history, personalities and institutional structures, it is a must-own for the students of the High Court.

The book is organized encyclopedia-style, with entries arranged alphabetically from the AAP Case (1975) to Ziems v. Prothonotary of the Supreme Court of NSW (1957). The entries are contributed by various Australian legal scholars, and cover a very wide range of interests. My personal favorite entry is the one on 'Jurimetrics' by Tony Blackshield.

Despite the hefty price tag (to match such a hefty book), this is one book that is well worth owning. Toting it around may give me permanent back problems, but I'm willing to risk it.

The spirituality and wisdom of Pio's thoughts and advice were astounding.Very easy to read, I was left with an overwhelming sense of Peace and serenity.With the world in the state that it is in ,this is a must read for those of us who want know the state of your soul within the state of this world.Pio seems like a person very much in Love with the service of Jesus Christ.
Anthony Chiffolo did a superb job of picking just the right writings of Pio's to put into "In My Own Words"

This biographical sketch and collection of memorable sayings is a compact and accessible introduction to the life and mesage of one of the great religious figures of the 20th century. Born Francesco Forgione on May 25, 1887, at Pietrelcina in southern Italy, Padre Pio joined the Capuchin Order in 1903 and was ordained a Roman Catholic priest in 1910. On September 20, 1918, he received the sacred wounds of Christ, which medical science could not explain and which he bore until just before his death. Although he did not leave his monastery and was for much of his life under obedience not to write or preach, this humble monk was renowned for his piety, his wise counsel, and his miracles. Padre Pio died in 1968 and was beatified by Pope John Paul II in 1999.

My wife and I both had a chance to read the book by Anthony Lamarr (The Pages We Forget). All of us have a time in our lives that we would love to be able to forget but we just can't seem to let it go. Anthony Lamarr has taken the life of a great singer and taken her on a journey back to the pages she can't forget and addressed what has haunted her all of her life. The unique and intriguing style in which Anthony Lamarr tells the story of her life will keep you glued to this book and wanting the soundtrack as well. During this journey the singer writes songs that reflect that time in her life. Antmar Entertainment had also included the words to these songs in the book. I am waiting on the next release, Great job Antmar!!!!

It has been a long time since I have read a book within two days. I could not put this book aside once I began reading. Anthony Lamarr has written a masterpiece in terms of keeping the reader's attention throughout his story telling of June's life. The intrigue and the mystic of June will keep you on the edge of your seat. The ability to give a detailed account of a love story with such mystery is an awesome talent for a writer. "The Pages We Forget" will make you stop and think about a time in your life in which you choose to forget--but somehow cannot. I cannot wait to read your next book. As a native of Jamaica, living in the USA, this book brought back fond memories of the Island. The main character, a fisherman is typical of the "older' Jamaican native in his beliefs and value system. He exhibits a trait rare in my adopted homeland, but common in Jamaica, where ones personal circumstances are not allowed to dictate your inner personality. A great read for both Jamaicans and non Jamaicans. Also a good intro to the native language and culture.

This is the story of Zachariah, a deformed Jamaican fisherman, whose dogged courage and character amaze, enchant, and ultimately enrich the reader. The story is a gripping sea story, leaving "The Old Man and the Sea" awash in its quiet wake. Often hilarious, this book is for those who most appreciate tales of human resiliance
