A Cruise Guide That Includes All Sizes of Ships Worldwide
More than 500 pages. In addition to the 200 pages of ship profiles, there are sections on choosing the cruise that is best for you, traveling by freighter and chartering your own boat. The thing that makes this guide really unique is the collection of personal reports -- first hand accounts by professional travel writers on cruises they have taken.

INsight to your basic being in relationship
This book provides a rare insight into the nature of relationships and helped me both personally and professionally when I found it circa 1982/3. It is a sensitive and timely, even now, aide to understanding each persons role in a relationship. I have used material from it in therapy, in a Sunday school class on relationships and often recommend it to clients. Together with Collection (formerly Collections, '79) it changed my life for the better.

Introducing Shirley Braverman
This is a great book about a 10 year old girl, named Shirley Braverman. Shirley loves to spell, and hopes to win the spelling bee. This book is very interesting and well witten. This is one of my favorite books ever! I wish there were a sequel to this book.

A very highly recommended true-to-life adventure
Written by Shirley Woods and enhanced with occasional black-and-white illustrations by Celia Godkin, Jack: The Story Of A Beaver is the story of a young beaver who, along with his three siblings, learns quickly that even their lodge is not always safe because bears, wolves, bobcats, trappers, and even birds of prey are a constant threat to them. Even with Mother, Father, the yearlings, and their old uncle working hard to protect them, only Jack and his sister out of the original litter of four survive to see their first summer of life on the pond. As Jack matures he becomes a working member of the beaver colony felling trees, repairing the lodge, and foiling trappers. Eventually it is Jack's turn to leave the colony, find a mate, and establish a home of his own. Jack, The Story Of A Beaver is an accurate, entertaining, informative, and very highly recommended true-to-life adventure that will thrill and educate young readers about the fascinating and resource beaver.

MIDWEST BOOK REVIEW
This is truly a beautiful book for children and adults alike. Each page tells a special story about Jesus beginning when He was a baby and continues on.
Each story is accompanied with a tender illustration of Jesus interacting with people.
Colorful and real to life, the illustrations are outstanding and coincide wonderful with the stories.
All in all this little book is a winner and a very
special read for parents to share with their little ones.

Great for teaching a science lesson or lesson on "legends."
I read and used this book for my college Language Arts class. I used it for a 5th grade lesson, as an example of a legend, but it could also be used to teach a science lesson. The pictures are realistic and beautiful. My fellow classmates thought it was a great book too.

Counseling and the Dunn Learning Styles Model
An excellent introduction to the practical application of learning styles research to teaching and counseling situations. The Dunn Learning Style model is introduced, explained, and discussed in light of counseling psychology. I highly recommend this book for teachers, counselors, principals, and educational researchers who are deeply interested in capitalizing on the individual learning style strengths of students. Shirley Griggs does an excellent job of explaining major research studies involving the Dunn Learning Style model and their implications. Several studies are summarized in table form in the appendix of this book.
