Facts galore in this interesting piece of work
Isaac Asimov, someone typically associatied with science fiction novels, compiled this tremendous book of facts that will amaze you. If you are planning on scoring big on "Who wants to be a millionaire?" than this is the book for you. This compilation of useless facts is grouped by subject and can be read from cover to cover, or is a useful source when writing a paper and looking for that one interesting attention getter that will make your paper seem much better than it really is. I would highly recommend this book to anyone that does a lot of writing, since it does contain so many interesting things about so many subjects. Enjoy!

Issac Asimov: Lord of Robots
I bought this book on a whim, and man was I glad I did, it is superb! The book is split up into four different stories which all focus on I-Bots, the first examples of artificial intelligence. The first story begins by chronicling the life of an American spy in WW2 Germany then rockets to the near future, and leap frogs again to many points in bettwen. The book is fully illustrated with wonderfull artwork, that trully matches Asimov's genius. If you are at all interensted in robotics, or are just looking for a good book to read, buy The History of I-Botics, you won't be dissapointed. Peace.

This is an excellent book for all adventurous readers.
Robot City is an intriguing book about the presumed future of man. It is an excellent read because it shows how people from the past viewed our future. This book was written in 1985, but is still shows a total different view of the times to come. The book takes place in the Twenty-third century, and is very mysterious. The mystery is one of the elements that makes this story great. The true identities of the main characters are not revealed until late in the saga. When you start the book, Robot City, I guarantee that you will not be able to put it down. Although this might not be one of the non-stop, exploding, shooting, books that are popular now, it is a mysterious book that will leave you hanging after every paragraph. It is amazing as the author uses his skillful writing to introduce the reader to his view of the future. There are many kinds of robots, new materials, new devices, and many more things that you had never dreamed of to discover in this excellent novel. This book is very hard to come by, and if you are lucky enough to obtain it, I highly reccomend you read it and behold the mystery that Robot City has for you to explore.

Very good Dramatization of the first book.
This was a very well done "book-on-tape". It was actally a dramatization of it intead of just a boring reading. Very appropriate for the book. It is too bad they did'nt make any more of these based on the other books.

Solar quest
This anthology takes us on an SFnal tour of our home system, with a story for each planet, plus one for the Sun. It's a solid collection, with no really weak stories, and a couple of outstanding ones. All are reprinted from Asimov's SF magazine. This collection should lay to rest any lingering doubts of whether the magazine publishes hard-SF. Recommended.

Isaac Johnson from Slave to Stonecutter

Sad, yet repetitive story of most black American ancestors.
The purpose for my search for Isaac Johnson was interesting because like artwork it is controversial in nature and ignites various responses. The review of Isaac Johnson of Kentucky is very similar to most Black Americans. Therefore, I'm very interested to know more information about him. His siblings names, Also, who his wife was. Your review in my opinion is not funny, as some reviews have said. By his father being a slave owner and his mother a slave shows that she was not in love with him; in fact most likely taken to him. His father selling them into slavery and his mother back into slavery tells the bitter truth of why so many black people are angry and bitter. Yet, through the belief in a higher power is why so many are strong, love all and continue to endure. To know your history is to know yourself. This story is interesting and should be told as well as others like this. Hopefully Isaac Johnson of Kentucky found his siblings and his wife in Canada. Thank God he escaped without death or else that would have been another generation lost. "God, forgive them for they know not what they have done." Black America has always accepted interracial children as there own people, because the government and the people of our country didnot. This is nothing new. (interracial children)It appears that the government and religious leaders are now more accepting because of the benefits it may bring.
