Very Good
This book is very good. It shows how kids have a say, when it becomes in the middle of divorced parents. It shows that Karen and Andrew have feelings too.

The Best BSC Book Ever!
This is by far one of my favorite books ever! I will always cherish the wonderful memories created by reading this with one of my friends. From her mousey brown hair to her famous cities skirt, Maryanne is a true frump, and one never to be forgotten. And of course, who could forget such wonderful quotes as: "Claudia almost said BRA STRAP in front of a BOY!" And what about shopping where Kristy wanted to go to the sports wear department in preparation for the upcomming dance. And my personal favorite, Alan Gray's "Little Orphan Annie eyes" staring blankly at Maryanne. Cherish this book as much as i have.

Princess Victoria is coming in!
When some British diplomats (a little odd for a story, I must say) come to live in Stoneybrook, Mary Anne is hired as a companion. This is far-fetched but highly entertaining. Look for Princes Victoria in more books, like the European Super Special, when the BSC goes to London and visit her. Victoria is one of the most interesting child characters yet in the BSC books.

Great Thanksgiving story!
Timid, sensitive Mary Anne is baby-sitting an actual PRINCESS-a little girl who is used to being waited on hand and foot, complains endlessly about her "frightfully old" nanny, and is to put it mildly, blunt. Mary Anne does an admirable job with her and cracks her "royal" shell. I admired how patient Mary Anne was with her. While the other kids were quick to dismiss Victoria as a spoiled snob, perceptive Mary Anne saw a lonely, insecure girl who needed a lot of love. I also loved how the author interwove a subplot of Mary Anne's growing closeness with her stepmother Sharon, who misses Dawn. What a kind heart Mary Anne has to arrange that Thanksgiving surprise for Sharon. I like how close Sharon and Mary Anne have become. Mary Anne desperately needed a mother and I'm glad she has somebody as wonderful as Sharon. I wish I had a daughter or baby-sitter like Mary Anne!!!!

The BSC In The Big Apple
"New York, New York!" starts with a journal entry by Claudia Kishi about her plans to take an art class in New York City during her two-week school vacation. One thing leads to another, and the entire BSC is on their way to New York for two weeks. During their stay, the following things happen: Stacey McGill and Mary Anne Spier baby-sit two British children who they believe are being followed by a mysterious man who wants to kidnap them; Dawn Schafer becomes apartment-bound because of her fear of city crime; Claudia and Mallory Pike enroll at Falny together, but their friendship falls apart when the art instructor plays favorites with Mallory and criticizes Claudia's work on a daily basis; Jessi Ramsey meets a guy who also loves ballet just as much as she does (She receives her first kiss from him!); Kristy Thomas finds an abandoned dog in Central Park and sneaks him into the apartment, despite the no-pet policy.

This is the sixth Super Special in the Baby-sitters Club series, preceded by Baby-sitters on Board! (#1), Baby-sitters' Summer Vacation (#2), Baby-sitters' Winter Vacation (#3), Baby-sitters' Island Adventure (#4), California Girls! (#5), and succeeded by Snowbound (#7), Baby-sitters at Shadow Lake (#8), Starring the Baby-sitters Club! (#9), Sea City, Here We Come! (#10), The Baby-sitters Remember (#11), Here Come the Bridesmaids! (#12), Aloha, Baby-sitters! (#13), The Baby-sitters Club in the USA (#14), and Baby-sitters' European Vacation (#15).

What I liked most about "New York, New York!" (and every other Super Special) is the change in character point of view with each chapter. Although this is primarily Claudia's book (she compiled everybody's diary entries and letters and then included some illustrations--which were drawn by Ann M. Martin's father, Henry R. Martin), everybody in the BSC had a chance to share their fun and excitement in New York. This is definitely a must-read for BSC fans, especially those who love the Big Apple.

It is a wounderful about New York
This book is about when the Baby-Sitters Club goes to New York for two weeks.Stacey and MaryAnne are being followed while baby-sitting two rich kids,Jessi meets a boy ballet dancer. Dawn stays in the apartment because she is so scared,Kristy does a little sight-seeing,and Claudia and Mallory are taking art classes. To find out what happens to them read this book by Ann M.Martin.You can also find cool facts about New York and if you love this state.

30 Full-Color Postcards For You To Collect or Send
For those who are Baby-sitters Club fans, this postcard book is a great collection, whether you intend to keep the postcards or send them to a friend or family member. There are 30 full-color postcards of various Baby-sitters Club book covers, such as the one from "Kristy's Great Idea" (#1), "Baby-sitters' Summer Vacation" (Super Special #2), "Claudia and the Sad Good-bye" (#26), and "Stacey's Emergency" (#43), just to name a few. There are even covers of the BSC 1990 and 1991 calendars. Although there are no postcards of the more recent books, this is still worth owning if you're a diehard BSC fan.

AWSOME !!!
This is a really good book, (well, it's kind of a book). It has many postcards and I LOVED IT !! It was originally for my little sister while I (13) ended up reading it and trading it with her for all my Halloween candy !! I really liked it because I've always been into postcards and I'm a fan of the Baby-Sitters Club. But I think that even people that aren't fans are going to love it. But if you try to describe it, owwww ! I can't put it into words, so JUST BUY IT !!! YOU'RE NOT WASTING YOUR MONEY !!! IT'S WORTH IT !!!

Unbelievable!
Stacey wants to get her boyfriend Robert a ticket for Broadway. But they are so expensive. So when there is a special job call for the BSC she takes it. But then Mrs. Cheplin, the client, starts giving Stacey this incredible list of housechores. And after awhile Stacey gets tired of it and does something she should have done at the beginning.

The baby sitter makes a cake
The setting of the story was in Texas present day. The main characters in the book were Saha,Brian, and Claudia. My favorite character was Claudia because she was so helpful .My favorite part of the book was when Claudia was happy with her sister and they stopped fighting and Brian was happy too.I recommend this book to people 13 years old to 15 years because it was very exciting and people can see different ways to stop fighting.
