It's a rainy day in Lobster Cove, ME, were Karen is having the packket family reunion. Her and Diana and the rest of the kids that are there before the reunion are exploring the attic. Karen and Diana find many secret this and adventures when the stumble apon a distaint cousin, Annemaries trunk, with diaries and othe old neat stuff. Annemarie writes about how she is going to show Polly (her cousin) the Magic Garden. The garden is located in the yard of were she is staying! Diana and Karen are determen to find it, and the long lost memory boxes. Also try to find the picture of Pollys mother (who died young) which is the only picture missing from the family tree. This book is very magical and fun. Read about fun, food, games, and pure magic.

Karen's life is changing way too fast. The little house moved to Chicago, and came back. The big house got a new kitten, but Boo-boo (their old cat) died. Now Karen's mom is going to work. Which means that Karen and her little brother are getting a nanny. Karen doesn't want a nanny. She is tired of all of these changes. So Karen decides that her New Year's resolution will be not to change. She even makes a schedule! Karen can only have smooth peanut butter on whole wheat bread for an after school snack. She can only do homework between 4 to 5. She has to raise her hand in school every other question. Even if Karen doesn't know the answer! This schedule is making everyone go crazy! Especially Karen! What is she going to do? Break her resolution, or keep it? Either way, her life will be miserable! Meanwhile, Karen's mother is interviewing three nannies for Karen and Andrew. Andrew liked the first one, but hated the second. Karen didn't like the first one, but thought the second was okay. Will the third nanny be okay with both Karen and Andrew? Karen's Nanny got five stars from me. It was great. The only thing wrong with it was, the book was mainly about Karen's NOT CHANGING resolution. Only a few chapters were about a nanny. But the book was still great. Especially Karen and Addie's Project Jupiter assignment. Read it!

Karen was going to be in the biceothon, with her new two weeler. She picked a really neat Bike and stuff. Then, It got stolen! Oh no! I was really worried untill the ending and I wont ruin the ending for you. Anyway, If you like Karen, you should dffanly read this book! You'll enjoy it, I know I did!

I own this book and have read it over 10 times. It's a great story and kids can have fun reading it, and they learn about American history without knowing it, too!

Karen and her family take a trip to Plymouth Plantation which is a place where people can learn about pilgrims and how they lived. Not only can the tourists learn about it, but they feel as though they're actually in a real pilgrim village! There are actors and actresses who pretend to be pilgrims and native americans(indians).

This is a book that kids can read over and over again(as I have done) and still not get bored with it. With each time that you read it, you learn a little more and it's still interesting! All in all, this is a must read book.

Karen and her brother Andrew know that soon they will be going to Chicago and they are scared to leave Stoneybrook. So Karen makes a promise to Andrew that where ever they go thay will stick together. Will Karen keep her promise read it and find out. It really is a great book and I recommened it.

I'm already ten and so I read the Baby-Sitters Club or BSC Friends Forever Series. But I read this series when I was younger and really enjoyed this series. This book helps divorced parents understand how their children feel how it is to have to be seperated and be caught in the middle. This is the why I like this book.

Karen and Andrew are staying at their daddy's house for the month of May. At school, Karen is getting ready for Mother's Day and preparing for her gifts for her mother, her stepgrandmother, Nannie, and her stepmother, Elizabeth. Even at her father's house everyone is getting prepared by giving Nannie and Elizabeth breakfast in bed. But Elizabeth hass new rules at the big house:Everyone has to do chores in order to get their allowance each week. Karen tries to follow these rules. But each week, she loses her allowance because she either forgets to do her chores or is very busy to do them. So Karen hates her stepmother. But then, something changes, and suddenly Karen is doing all her chores. A very good book for childrens 6-8.

boys can be silly around girls but when they aren't invited to a party or some thing liken that they are not going to be silly.when karen has the party the boys turn up and they are not being silly and when they are at that school the boys say may i please have these pantys, but they are spot to say may i please have this dance and the girls say you may.karen is up set that her pretend husband/boyfrien (they got married at school)is saying those things at the school.the end turns out a pretty got and it is a graet storey.
