Not just a pricing catalog.
Coincraft has a series of catalogs and related information. This particular Catalog as described in the title is more than just a price guide. It features:
•Hammered and milled patterns
•Collecting Hints for each series
•Quick-Index-Charts
•Over 700 pages, with illustrations & line drawings
•Over 50,000 prices
•Numismatic Glossary
•Introduction to coin collecting
•History of British Coinage
•Notes on grading
•Mysteries explained
•Index of Engravers & Designers of milled coins
•Comprehensive general index

It is time to dive into collection and what can be more intriguing than the coins that you see and hear about in old English movies. Add to that coins that represent historical events and people. It is always safer to have some for knowledge and this is the book to give it.

Has some very good features
While it is not as comprehensive as the "Seaby" catalogue, it does have some very useful features such as the rarities of the different mints and line drawings of the many different types of the Henry III, Edward I and earlier, making them easier to identify.

It does not include the Anglo-Saxon coins of before 1066, but is a very helpful resource for any English collector.

Excellent livre!
Un ouvrage particulièrement bien travaillé, tant au niveau de la pertinence de l'explication qu'au niveau de la qualité de l'iconographie.

The best book ever written on veterinary anatomy
This was the single best purchase I made as a freshman at CSU vet school. Everyone I know at school was hot and bothered to get this book.

Pilates
I did and still do pilates classes once a week but couldn't get to the classes any other time and i wanted to do it more times a week so i bought this book. This book is very well presented with easy to follow instructions. It has pictures which are always excellent espesially when you are a beginner and dont really know what the positions look like. This book has been a great help for me to do pilates more than once a week and to rase my flexability level as well as my fitness and confidence in myself.

Great Book for Beginners
I bought this book just before I signed up for a 9 week introductory course in Pilates that was being run at a local evening college.

Reading all the introductory chapters gave me a great insite into the methods and helped me with understanding better what the instructor was telling us during the first session about the method.

When I got home from the each of the sessions, I was able to read about each of the excercises we completed during the session and understand better what the instructor was teaching us and also to remind me how they were done when I was doing them at home.

A great book, very clear and easy to understand.

An Excellent Resource
This is the book that I turn to when I want to learn something new. It is not the best "Learn to Juggle" book, but if you can already juggle, this book will push you to the next level.

This book just expects you to want to learn how to juggle 5 pins, or learn complicated passing routines.

The coverage complete, but brief. There isn't a lot of hand holding, but covers a lot of ground.

Comprehensive, great book on juggling
I have had this book for the last 10 years, and it is well-worn. It has been very useful in helping me refine my club juggling, devil stick, and ball juggling skills. The diagrams are well drawn, and Finnigan also provides hints for when things go wrong.

He goes into details other books skip over (such as color-changing rings) and cigar box juggling.

My only complaint is that this book isn't indexed, so you have to rely on the Table of Contents to search for stuff.

All in all, I highly recommend this book.

The best author ever lived
Edgar Allan Poe sure does something with writting and reality that all of us would like to do. He is able to write all autobiographies, but substatute it with something that you wouldn't even imangine that he is talking about himself. He has to be the author that suffered the most his whole life. But now after his death, we learn to appreciate his life, and his place when he was here on earth. He is the best author that ever lived until this very day.

A wonderful collection of poems
The book "Poems Of Edgar Allan Poe", contains thirty one works by Edgar Allan Poe. Ranging from sonnets of love to personal depiction's and morbid descripive poems. Such selections as "The Raven", "Lenore", "Annabel Lee", "To Helen", and my favorite poem "Alone" are included in "Poems Of Edgar Allan Poe". Poe's poetry is a beautiful display of human nature and emotion. The poetry portrays his abstract look at the world, especially in the poem "Alone" where a sympathetic nature arises in readers from understanding exactly what he poetically writes. With Poe's descriptions of being an odd child during his youth, readers empathize with him and understand his sadness. Give Poe's work a try you may find a strange connection of your own.

Bought this book as required text for a social work course. Best textbook I've ever used. Great explanations of concepts and interesting exercises.

win-win
Teaches you how to get not just what you want, but what others want, too. Great cases and examples to show you how to mediate and negotiate... especially how to be prepared for tough situations in practice.

A Fun Informative Easy Read - A must read
If you want to know what it is really like to be a police officer in "real life", you must read this fun, informative book. The style is, informal, real, refreshing, and very enjoyable. I could not put this book down. If you are like me and enjoy understanding your world a little better then this book belongs in your personal library. I loved it!

Travel back in time and ride shift with a Philly Cop
This book is a departure from my normal reading genres, but a friend recommended I read it and I'm glad he did. It is written in an unpretentious, personal narrative writing style of an uncle to a nephew (Grubb to Cole). The book draws you into the world of a rookie cop, poorly equipped and trained by today's standards, in Philadelphia in the 1950's. Mr. Grubb takes us back into his world and provides lessons in both history and humanity. What impressed me most was the quiet, unassuming professionalism and personal character Mr. Grubb demonstrated while working in some of Philadelphia's toughest neighborhoods peopled with pimps, prostitutes, pushers and junkies -- good cops and bad. This book is nothing like the sanitized TV cop shows of today. It is instead an accurate account of a difficult job in a different time. Check it out. I think you'll enjoy it.

A tale of love from Minnesota
Dr. MacDonald's book is a welcome remembrance to those who lived in Northern Minnesota in the 40's & 50's. His stories of survival (and sometimes not surviving) are very descriptive and detailed. When he tells of a trip through a swamp he carried his wife through to help a patient, you almost feel as though you are sloshing through the mud with him. His stories are NOT about heroics that he performed on helpless rural Minnesota residents, although he certainly could do that as well. They are about the heroics of those people he cared for. This story has it's humorous parts as well as parts that make you cry for the brave and futile attempts at life of his patients. I am grateful to Dr. MacDonald for this book, and I hope to see more from him in the future.

Sickness, compassion, feuds, dangers, births and deaths
A Country Doctor's Casebook: Tales From The North Woods is an anthology of autobiographical stories by Dr. Roger A. MacDonald, a physician who has served the people living in a remote region of northern Minnesota during the years after World War II. Vignettes of sickness, compassion, feuds, dangers, births and deaths make A Country Doctor's Casebook unforgettable and very highly recommended reading.

A Landmark Text
In classic Posnick style, this landmark text embraces critical data analysis, fundamental science, and thoughtful evaluation of childhood facial reconstructive surgery. No stone is left unturned in an exhaustive treatise on craniofacial and maxillofacial surgery in young adults which was written by Dr. Posnick at the request of the "father of craniofacial surgery" Paul Tessier. Remarkable illustrations and photodocumented case reports guide the reader through all aspects of corrective craniofacial and maxillofacial surgery.

Excellent book!
Based on a life dedicated to research and the betterment of his patients, Dr Posnick has written a thorough and insightful book that is detailed and insightful. Through his amazing knowledge and experience, Dr Posnick has helped thousands live better more functional lives- my son included.
