Fun!
I found this book delightful and colorful!

So much so, that I recommended it to my Planetpals.com website readers and listed it in Earthzine monthly Ezine!

Can't wait for Sara's next book.

fun fun fun
catchy ..... alive and fun...fun...fun..a must have ...great imagination....

Polka, polka, polka dot, whirly purple maisy!
We checked this out of the library recently and since our 18 mo old son loves this book so much will be purchasing it. He says "hi" to the girl at the beginning, giggles at the pineapple feet and bopps along to the beat of the rhyme. It is as fun to read (perhaps even more fun to read) as it is to hear.

when there is no doctor, this book is.
many people came to my orthomolecular-clinic just to rejuvenate because they feel weak and do have some mild allergy symptoms. this book is going to show you the reader a special diet that specificaly was chosen with a very selective nutritious-hypoallergenic foods that as it sounds,-was made to give you a boost/rejuvenation,while trying not to give you allergic foods that could offend your immune system. the strategy is explained in details, and a very important section on immune system mechanism in the liver is also explained in a very interesting/yet simple to understand, and a nutritional supplements along with it.the book is very unique at this topic and is understandable to anyone. i recommanded as a proffesional and as a book reader. dont mis this book, buy it today.

This book helped me with my health
I really liked this book. I read a lot of health books and this was one of the best in giving me thing to do to improve my health that really worked.

Science Based nutrition program for antiaging
There are many "antiaging" books around but this book I found to be one of the best. It is a good balance of recent science into what accelerates our aging process and what to do about it in a practical program of personalized nutrition. The book is very technical at times, but I found it fascinating to see how personalized diet and nutrient intervention can work at the physiological level to help improve health.

My View
This book is so warm and charming! Like a fantastical dream, its beautiful pictures of glowing characters and wondrous environments opens my mind to a world that becomes possible. And the story unfolds in a prose with twinkling twists on words. I giggle with comfort at A Fairy Tail's insight. I finish reading with a feeling that magic really exists in each of us and all around us even during times of tremendous trouble.

What a Precious Story!
I absolutely love this book. The illustrations are so incredible. The colors are vibrant and beautiful. I really love the message in the story and the fact that it rhymes from beginning to end. I highly recommend this book for children as well as the child in all of us. It's a fun read.

Sweet!!!
The book is excellant for children and adults alike. The way Sara writes about Love Trust and faith. I found myself feeling those feelings and wanting to know what was on every next- page.
I couldn't put it down!!! My grand niece likes to hear the story repeatedly. I would recommend this book for day-care and children's hospitals schools etc...........Very good read!!!!
The illustrations are great!!!!

The Federal Siege At Ruby Ridge: In Our Own Words by Randy &
If you want to know the absolute truth about what happened at "Ruby Ridge" you should buy this book. I thank the Weavers for writing this book. I know it must have been very difficult for them. The story is in their own words. It tells the truth about their life before, during and after the siege. I have no doubt at all whether the facts in this book are true or not. Every American should read this book.

The USA, no Longer Liberty and Justice for all
In my opinion, "The Federal Siege at Ruby Ridge", is an excellent choice to buy, and read. It is comforting to know that what I'm reading is actual truth. I recently completed a research paper on "Ruby Ridge", prior to reading this book, and find it frustrating that the material published in other books is not entirely accurate.
If you want just the facts, mam, just the facts, then this is the book to read. Randy and Sara, in their book, "The Federal Siege at Ruby Ridge", give an accurate chain-of-events description of the events atop, and surrounding "Ruby Ridge." Some of the other authors borrowed from each other, and consequently, they are collectively inaccurate.
After reading and reviewing other sources of material, I found that some of them have conflicting data, and left me wondering, who was right? After reading Randy and Sara's book, I know which way it was. I don't have to be concerned whether the information is reliable, and if the author is credible.
I also believe we, as Americans, owe it to the Weavers to read their book. "Ruby Ridge", the siege at Ruby Creek, and Caribou Ridge, affected all of us, not just the Weavers and Kevin Harris. "The Federal Siege at Ruby Ridge", clearly depicts the actions of the US government officials who were involved in these events, and how Americans, in reality, have no rights.
Unless you have a cast-iron constitution, reading this book will draw you into their feelings, as well as may cause you to feel passion for the injustice that was done to the Weavers and Kevin Harris.

The inside story that TV never tells!
If you want to know how it feels to be set up for a phony arrest and then have your home attacked by a small army of federal police and your wife and boy murdered without warning from ambush by government snipers, read this book. It's the inside story from the victim's perspective. A must read!!!

A visual treat, a true delight
I purchased this book when I was in Art college over ten years ago. Sara abilility to capture her interest with her illustrative talent is amazing . It is definately the most interesting book I ever read without seeing typesetting, but with her beautifully hand painted type.

Enchanting book of exquisite watercolors and garden wisdom!
What an enchantingly beautiful book! This is one of my favorite books, and I love giving it as a gift to gentle souls. If you like gardens, watercolor paintings, and calligraphy, you will love this beautifully bound book that is filled with Sara Midda's exquisite watercolors. Each page is a miniature painting of breathtaking intricacy and delicacy celebrating the myriad forms of gardens, flowers, vegetables, and herbs in which we delight. The book is filled with boundless garden wisdom, recipes, and poems, all charmingly set forth in Sara Midda's beautiful calligraphy. You have to see this book to know how beautiful and inspirational a gem it is!

An escape route from hustle and bustle day.
I've gone through this book again and again. I think whoever like calligraphy, water color painting and gardening would love this book. Although it's quite difficult to concentrate on the attennuated of water color written content. But it strongly inspires me to grasp by brushes and calligrpahy pens again. It becomes one of my possessive books and always added in my bag wherever I go since then.

optimal Health: How to get it, How to Keep it
This book's approach on how to obtain your best overall health utilizes mind, body and spirit to incorporate a total approach to wellness. Instead of simply treating a disease, Dr. Martin urges us to examine the origins of the problem, the underlying total health and life situation of each individual. The emphasis is on "constitutional homeopathy" and not a one-shot Western medicine approach of treating the symptom at the expense of the entire being.

Once a course of treatment is determined, it may not necessarily be an "instant cure-all," but it will be another step and effort toward total well-being.

The author combines his back-ground in Oriental and holistic medicine with classical and acute homeopathy, acupuncture, acupressure, Oriental and Western herbal medicine and nutrition.

There are user-friendly acupuncture and acupressure charts, as well as an in-depth section on Yin and Yang and the role of awareness, meditation and stress reduction. Outside stresses, such as pollution, poor nutrition and self-sabotaging behavior are also discussed, along with suggestions on how to approach a positive cure.

There are specific tools offered so that the individual can ask the right questions and make the right choices when it comes to medical care. Optimal Health is about empowerment and control of one's well-being. The book includes a wide variety of specific ailments along with recommendations for cures and treatments, as well as an explanation of how we can control our illness and wellness.

This book is a great reference tool as well as a comprehensive collection of various disciplines, combined in a manner that works for the overall enhancement of health.

Optimal Health: How to Get It, How to Keep It
Dr. Randy Martin combines Oriental medicine, homeopathy, and nutrition in this user friendly guide to holistic health. Optimal Health is your birthright, he proclaims.

Instead of cutting out or covering up symptoms, we can learn to use symptoms as our guides to better health. The book includes quizzes, so you can learn if you are a Yin or a Yang type, or which of the Five Elements (fire, metal, earth, water, or wood) is predominant in your body/mind dynamic. These quizzes are fun to do and help you understand a lot of Eastern medicine quickly.

Even thought the book is easy to read, there is so much information you probably will not read it from cover to cover. It deserves a place on your bookshelf where you can turn to it often.

If you have ever wanted to integrate the various natural approaches to health, Dr. Martin has done it for you here. He makes it clear that the right diet for you depends on many factors, mostly unique to you and your genetic predisposition. The book helps you learn these factors or points you to the specialists who can tell you.

Finally, Dr. Martin takes us through several dis-eases and tells us what we might do using a variety of methods: homeopathy, acupuncture, Chinese herbal medicine, nutrition, and supplements. Hold this book in your hands, open to any page and you will believe in your ability to control your own health.

I my years of hospice work I have wished for such a book
Mr. Boldman has skillfully created a readable, well-researched text that will benefit both clinical professional and lay readers who are interested in learning more about the near-death experience and its impact on the individual. He offers hope and assurance via authentic case studies and research sources. He utilizes story telling techniques that address basic human doubts and fears and in this way reveals the possibility of a pathway to becoming based on love. In my many years of hospice work, I have wished for such a work to share with frightened patients and their families, particularly when they could no longer remain in denial of a terminal diagnosis. There is no doubt that this book will stimulate thought and for many bring comfort as it sharpens their awareness on the journey to knowing. By looking at death, the author brings us full circle to the study of life.

Diane Longeway, LMSW, Hospice Team Leader, University of New Mexico Health Sciences Center

Offers clarity and insight
Stephen and Odrea Levine, authors of WHO DIES?

From the long, slow laboratory of the true heart, Sacred Life, Holy Death offers clarity and insight for healing into death that extends our life all the way to God.

A profound discourse
Kenneth Ring, author of HEADING TOWARD OMEGA

Mr. Boldman has written one of the most profound discourses on the spiritual meaning of the near-death experience I've yet seen. His book brims with important new insights into this phenomenon, and I recommend it to all who would seek to extract the deepest wisdom that the near-death experience has to teach us.

Booty-licious!
I loved this book and read it a few hours. It gives a very quick biography or a dozen or so female pirates throughout history, accompanied with some great, colorful illustrations. I really like the pictures. It is not a serious or scholary book on the subject, but rather a fun and campy look at a bit of history. I'm not so sure how accurate the accounts are, but it is an entertaining read none the less. I would recommend this book for highschoolers as a way to introduce them to and spark some interest in interesting characters from the past. The author includes a list of further reading at the end of the book if you find your are further interested in reading up on pirates.

What a gem!
This book is a smart read for femmes of all ages and genders, and the illustrations are too, too fabulous! The cover art alone is worth the price.

Great book on an unusual subject
This book is a lot of fun, on a subject that doesn't get as much attention as it should. Piracy is a good career for a girl, too! For a terrific adult book on the subject, I would also recomend The Sweet Trade by Elizabeth Garrett.

beautifully illustrated
This is just a perfectly involving and cute holiday book for children but the illustrations appeal to all ages. And the price is right!

A favorite....
I love this picture book. My mother read it to me so many times (well over 20 years ago!) that I memorized the text! I loved cats as a child and was delighted with the story of Henry ("One smart cat") shushing along the snow on skis and poles he fashioned himself. The author tells the story so matter of factly that it seemed so real.

This is also a beautiful book to look at. The water color illustrations of the snowy landscapes are very well done. I remember this book fondly and look forward to sharing it with my own children.

A great story to read out loud!

CUTE
Sorry to hear this is OOP. Another great read-aloud story. The adventures of Henry as he tries to make his way back home after being left-behind on the family vacation are both cute and funny at the same time. Anyone who loves cats will enjoy reading this book. This is definately one of our "family-favorites". If you can get your hands on a copy I would definately grab this one.
