Henry work is essential to understanding the whole, but the other two works should be utilised in conjunction to obtain a fully understanding. I cannot recommend them enough for someone starting in the search for a man that is so amazing.

A the ripe age of 26, Mr. Nathan T. Matney has managed to fashion a book with more introspective thought than can be found in the most popular Lando and Vada collections...one could even argue that his razor sharp combination of wit, charm, introspection, and self-deprecation couldn't be matched by anything put out since the days of Harriet Tubman and/or the Louisiana Purchase. One could argue that. Or, about that one could argue. Or, that one could about argue.....or something. Help me out Nathan T....
But digress I do. The effect this book has had on me is extraordinary in that I haven't been able to make a movement for days. I can no longer eat, sleep, or drink and my thoughts are running wild with...something or other.
Kudos to you, Nathan T Matney. I've recommended this book to all 5 of my friends, so I expect some kickbacks when the checks come your way.

Russell thought that Frege's Puzzle was a pretty serious concern (he wore out several leisure suits worrying about it), and here Salmon defends what has been termed the Millian (who?) or naive theory of descriptions. It is a clear and rigorous case in favor of a semantics of direct reference and propositional attitudes.
This book is destined to become a classic, along with Moby-Dick, Hamlet, and 'Bugsy Wabbit.'
