Life improvment as simple as A-B-C
Thank God someone has finally written a self-help book that is simple, concise, and effective. You won't find any abstract terms or ideas here, only practical means to achieve your goals.

Ideal starting point for IT managers
It was an interesting book. Something I could see being a critical read for any IT management integrating accessability in to their workplace.
Provides some great real world examples of how companies have successfully integrated accessability technology into their environment, and provides insight in to the application of a variety of products to address a range of user needs.

Beautiful Love Story
Years after her death, a book by JHG has been published that is a beautiful love story between two people at a time when divorce was against religious teachings. Yet these characters demonstrate that life is good even though all others seem to be against what would be the only way for them to lead the life they seem destined to live.
I could not put the book down until I had finished. It was too long in coming!

great book!...
This was the first futuristic book that I ever read. It was a good introduction into the genre. It is set on another world. It has a really different mood to it, but it is like Dara Joy in that Ms. Bennett creates a totally different world. It was quite a while ago since I have read it, but I have read it several times. It is a fast read, not boring or too long. If you want a fast read and if you could find it, I really recommend it.

Love it
I wrote a letter to the author telling how much I loved this book. also because it is out of print I wanted the sequel and all the others that would have followed. I mean when I read this book I understood how Andie felt. Being a girl is hard enough without guy friends messing it up for you. I can't wait to read the next book. thank you Janice.

Crisp and concise
I am a big fan of mystery writers who can get the job done in no more than 250 paperback pages. Beyond that, all is filler. Janice Law has written a concise book with (maybe a bit too) little background on her main character Anna Peters. The story moves along, the dialogue is real, and the characters are well drawn. The plot is a bit hackneyed, but so what? There just aren't any truly new mystery plots. I enjoyed the book and felt caught up in the action. This was my first Anna Peters and I plan to read all of them.

Excellent pragmatic reference
I've known John and Janice Baldwin for about 2 years now and have always admired their devout interest in 'practical applications' of sociological science to the real world -- and, most importantly, real people. This is the raison d'etre of their well-attended and well-received Human Sexuality courses at UCSB, as well as John's courses on pragmatism and *ethical* captalism. The Baldwins genuinely care about people-- this book helps bring sociology 'to the people' in their excellent tradition. Enjoy!

If you love Regencies, this deserves 100 stars!
Three delightful stories. Patricia Bray's Charlotte's Kitten is wonderful. I laughed and cried. It's a 3 hanky that redeems you at the end with a warm feeling of love. Ghost is the great "secret" hero of the story. Charlotte is cherished the way everyone would want to be. This talented author pulled it all together to make a wonderful read! Halloween is over, but Charlotte's Kitten is timeless.
