Hawaii With Kids -- Don't Leave Home Without This Book
Copious notes on what activities and attractions are available and of interest to kids and other family members. Only shortcoming is minimal references to restaurants and accommodations. Author selects top 10 day trip ideas for each island and they were dead on for our family of five.

Easy to read, up-to-date information and great suggestions!
It is very easy to find age appropriate activities for your children. The book is arranged in an easy to follow format which allows you to find special stops coming up as you drive. A great quick reference that we used many times a day while vacationing on Oahu.

My choice
I had to make a quick decision.....I had some emergency repairs I was trying to get to. I am not a professional.I wanted a "dictionary" of suggestions.....this book did exactly what the title promised. there are a lot of clever tips here....stuff you would never think of, let alone hear about. "Three thumbs up."

A Must Have For All Furniture Repairs
This book is an excellent reference manual for home furniture repairs. The alphabetical listings make it very simple to look up tips without having to do extensive research. The repairs can all be done with things found in your house, making them inexpensive and easy to complete. I can't think of a better reference guide for repairing your own furniture.

Start reading this book and you WILL get your novel written!
I have had a story brewing in my mind for a long time. Also, from the time I was very young I knew I wanted to write. I didn't have enough confidence to do so ... until now.

Donna Levin approaches the subject with humor, but also is very practical with her approach. One thing I like about her approach as well is that she maintains an upbeat attitude throughout the book. The other cool thing is that she includes anecdotes about other famous writers and their insecurities and ultimate success.

I read 1/3 of the book and promptly jumped up and started writing my book. Now I have three chapters written. I never dreamt I would ever get even that far! This book filled me with inspiration and hope. If you want to write as well, you should buy this book!!

This book helped me to get started for the first time ever.
I am amazed at the way Levin's book helps to get started. I've started and found the process fun and fulfilling. I never thought I could do it. But I am. Thanks Donna.

A Homeschooler's dream
Too many recipies to ever list...non-newtonian fluids?? They're in there! Honestly, there is a recipe for every craft need I could think of...and many more. The best thing is that there are some many versions of each recipes. If you don't have ingredients for one, there several versions. Don't stay home without it!

wonderful
I checked this book out of the library last month and could not believe all of the various recipes it had for so many different art activities. Page upon page of dough recipes, salt mapping, food recipes, and all the goos that a child would love. I am a preschool teacher for 4 and 5 year olds and I found this book a wonderful way to add to my daily curriculum. Child-care providers should really check this book out.

Great for Sunday School as well as for family!
I bought two books, one for my mother as an early Christmas gift and the other to use as a Sunday School lesson helper. Many in my adult class are in the church choir and not only appreciate great music, but need to leave sessions early, or arrive late because of their choir committment. The various stories, references to current living circumstances and history are great tools for keeping interest high within the class setting and throughout the Advent Season. I get the best of both worlds- the opportunity to read it over and over as I prepare lessons and the CD to listen to those wonderful tunes from the Messiah.

Christmas Devotions your whole family will love
If you have never bought a family devotional before, thinking your family would never sit still for it, you're in for a real surprise! This is one thing you will want to add to your family's list of "to do's" over this Christmas season. I have never read a devotional quite like this one. Based on the great Handel's Messiah, this beautiful book is full of stories you most likely will never find anywhere else. Chock full of surprising and very interesting but little known facts. For instance, why do people all stand up when the "haleluia chorus" is played? How about this story intitled "Daughter of Her Son". This is a beautifully written piece about Mary and her relationship with her Savior/Son. Children will love the stories entitled "The Flying Snakes", "The Reindeer People" and "No Christmas allowed". Each story has been carefully researched and well written with beautiful color artwork. There is a story for each day of advent. I guarantee your family will be eager to sit down each evening to hear what story will be read that evening. If you have never had family devotions before, this is a great way to introduce your family to a time of learning, reflection, and what Christmas is truly all about. This is the best book of the Christmas Season. I can't wait to go through it again this year with my loved ones.

This book is a MUST for anyone who wants a great resume/job!
I absolutely LOVED this book. It's perfect for anyone who wants a good resume and help in finding a great job. This book is NOT just a resume book, but rather a great resource book that will inspire and motivate you. It really helped me and I can't wait to read more Heart & Soul career books. I understand they're coming out with more including one on the Internet.

Excellent! I Can't Believe a Resume Book Could Be So Good!
The content was professionally written in a very pleasant and interesting way. It basically explores the human side of your career and of writing your resume; and, avoids the tedius clinical text that I've seen in the other resume books.

It's not really all about resumes either. It really helped me focus in on my own marketability.

This is definitely not your every day run-of-the-mill resume book. I truly believe it has changed my life and how I look at my profession.

I would highly recommend it to anyone in career transition!

Heated fantasies and encounters -- Very highly recommended
Handcuffs, a leather mask, and a pink tutu promise public scandal, threatening the mayor's reelection campaign. Charged with finding the truth, Detective Brady O'Keefe heads the investigation into the murder of the mayor's kinky chief financial backer. With the media circling, the case couldn't get much more difficult. Ordered to stay away from the press, Brady's expected to turn that chore over to a professional liaison. Then Brady's childhood nemesis shows up as a PR consultant and as mouthy as ever. Indeed, "Terror Mahoney" has grown into a nemesis with incredible erotic possibilities.

Spin doctor Erin Mahoney knows to present facts to the media with just enough titillation to turn the tide in her direction. A lot is riding on her reputation to get the job done. She's equally adept at manipulating men with her sexuality, without giving into the passions of sex. But somehow with Brady those lines are blurring. She intends to work right up to the edge of professional acceptability; instead, she finds herself falling hard for the dangerous and unpredictable Detective. With heated sexual tension building, it only seems to make sense to let off some steam in a single night of no strings attached passion. But Erin and Brady fail to realize that strings have a way of attaching during heated fantasies and encounters.

Author Donna Kauffman once again pens a sensual and heated romance in HEAT OF THE NIGHT. As temperatures rise, the plot promises to leave someone burned...or burning! Sizzling and enticing to the extreme, this fast-paced romp can't help but please. With believable, sexy characterizations, readers will find the pages turning quickly as steam rises and suspense builds. Very highly recommended.

Putting a Spin on Love
Heat of the Night (Donna Kauffman's latest Temptation) features a police detective hero and a public relations heroine and what a beautifully matched duo they are, both in terms of sexuality and intelligence. Both as sharp as tacks and both with some hot fantasies that involve the other. When a city official is found murdered in eyebrow-raising circumstances, Brady O'Keefe is hot to find the perp before the mayor's reelection hopes burst like soap bubbles. But he's hindered by Erin Mahoney (former classmate and the mayor's PR consultant) whose fledgling PR firm could really use the publicity that a job well-done would generate. It's obvious that neither will be able to do their job until they indulge their fantasies and put out the fire that smolders between them. The love scenes are intensely hot and both Brady and Erin find much more than they'd bargained for. The banter between Brady and Erin kept the book going at a fast clip and made for a book that was hard to put down. The cast of secondary characters added spice and variety and the murder mystery was plotted well. Ms. Kauffman's talent and her love for the characters made Heat of the Night one of the best of the summer.

Very Original
I would highly recommend this book and anything else published by "Innovative Kids" My five year old daughter loves it and so does my nine year old son. The recipes are easy and fun with secret ingredients and magical "spells" that the kids can say as they wave the magic wand (provided) over the recipe they just made. The graphics are whimsical. This book is just really well thought out and original.

Hocus-Pocus Magical CookBook
I bought this book at the school book fair as a birthday gift. When I got home My kids would not hear of it. We have been making magical meals out of it ever since. They had the hocus pocus pancakes one morning and swore that they felt silly all day. I then took it to work to show to my clients and I had to go back to the book fair and order nine more! My kids are 9 and 7 they believe in magic! This book should be advertised so more people would see it.

Getting through a chapter won't be easy when you come across a reference to one of the shows' characters or memorable lines, and finding yourself going to the glossary of terms to look up it's meaning. Almost every conceivable item is listed and defined.

Thank you, Donna for taking me on an unforgettable "HONEYMOON" with one of television's greatest comedy shows of all time.

Great Book for Honeymooners Fans Of All Ages
Great book for Honeymooners fans of all ages. This book focuses on the 'Classic 39' episodes of the show due to it's being published before the 'Lost Episodes' were found. Also includes a lot of information on the cast and the events leading to the show's success. Overall, it is highly informative and very entertaining. The follow-up book by the same author and R.A.L.P.H. co-founder Peter Crescenti titled 'The Honeymooners Lost Episodes' contains all the newfound stuff on the lost episodes
