Lizzie's being bad...
One of the best bits about this book is the food fight between Liz and Nicole Banes. It seems that Jess can do no wrong in this trilogy, whereas poor old Liz has to deal with boring Maria Slater (I have no idea why she was introduced back into this series) and nutty Nicole Banes (the 'bane' of Lizzie's life - NOT). Not only all that but, there's also the story of a mad stalker with an axe, who hides out in the woods....
Everyone-you guys have to read this book. It's soooooo good!
This book is a great book. It really is exciting how Elizabeth and Joey fall in love. Liz is mostly the good girl while Jess is the bad one. But this time they're roles are the other way around. I thought it was awesome how Liz could hate someone like Nicole her rival so much. I also thought it was really cool how the two of them competed for Joey. And also for Maria since she's friends with both of them. You guys, I think you will really enjoy and like this book!
It's excellent!
I like this book. I especially liked the way Elizabeth fought with Nicole. It's about time that she must retire from being a goody two shoes. But it's totally weird that Jessica became good. Lila and Bo makes a beautiful couple but don't be fooled! In the end, they will end up as both brokenhearted. You'll know the story if you'll read the book Fight Fire with Fire or the books before that.

A GREAT BOOK! Sweet Valley Is Great yet Again!
After reading this book, I felt like i was actually in Paris! This was a way romantic story, with a great plot. Thats so mean of Jacques, how he sets Jessica up with the jewel and everything.. but its so sweet how he apoligizes at the end! If i ever went to france, i would want my vacation to be exactly the was this book was! Anyway, this book was totally romantic, full of action, and great for any fairy tale lover! I totally recomend it!

Portable and cheap, in immortality sleep
Your title confounds me putting you at a distant,
A pedestal of immortality, but I want you in the here and now; in the existent.
Assigning you 4-stars is akin to the betrayal of a friend.
For your dog-eared pages has backpacked peaks with me; your spine water-stained with a tendency to distend.
But you try too hard capturing poets and poetry alike through the ages.
There is too much of you and too little of Cummings, of Lowell, of Whitman among the other sages.
There is no poet's life and who and where
There is only the poet's strife and your title's cavalier.
But I dog you no further down for your dog-eared pulp has brought me much not leaving my wallet forsaken,
For in your ambition you have failed not to include Housman, Santayana, and Aiken.

Great Value
The poems are listed in chronological order of author birthdate which gives an interesting perspective of the history of the english language. It has two indices that list the poems by author and first line which can be very handy when you are trying to find something. It does not contain any modern work still in copyright, but has most of my favourites (Daffodils, The Traveller, Shall I compare thee..., Kubla Khan, The Ancient Mariner, The Jaberwocky).
Six Dollars for a Lifelong Enjoyment
I own various anthologies of American, British, and modern poetry, but none of them are as portable and densely packed with soul-moving poetry as this six dollar book. You may find it regrettable that the book lacks some of your favorite poems. Sandburg appears but without Chicago, and Poe but no Raven. However, each one of the poems stirs in such a way that you will find the titular adjective "immortal" quite apropriate. My copy has traveled with me over three continents, and now rests on my nightstand. As someone who loves poetry, its the one book that I don't leave home without.

OKAY BOOK
This book was great except it's ending was predictable. I wouldn't recommend this book if you are an avid mystery reader.
Murder Mystery
An intriguing mystrey novel that will keep you wondering all the way through, who is the drug lord/murderer,who is helping him,and who can,in fact,be trusted????
Super Book :)
This book was really really good. Kinda predictable, but I still loved it! If you love the other SVH Super Thrillers then you will definately love this one!!!

Very thrilling!
It was bound to happen-- one of Ned's cases coming back to haunt him. Made my skin crawl how close Marin was able to get to Jessica and Liz and how he worked a little psychological terror into his game. This book sets you on edge; I read it cover to cover without stopping.
A real THRILLER!!!!!
This book is a real thriller. It's like a horror movie that fits in your hand. It keeps you on the edge of your seat. You can't seem to put it down. It's about a handsom murderer who is after the twins blood and won't stop until he gets it. He already got close to one of them but was delayed, but not stopped. He's not gonna rest until both of the twins are dead. Why is he after the twins? Does he get the twins? What does the twins do? Read the book and find out. You won't be disappointed!
terrifying and fantastic!
What was the name of that movie in which a killer is out for revenge on ..ive got it ..hang on..Cape Fear! This is SUCH a copy and it is very scary!John Marin is out for blood, since Ned Wakefield, lawyer, put him away so many years ago. I think that this book is different then the others.
For once, there is something wrong with rich, popular Lila Fowler. I think that more people should have had more faith in Lila, and not gone against her. It had a lot of suspence, and irony. You don't expect this to happen to Lila, maybe one of the other characters, but not Lila. This book is a little different than the othes, and its a nice change.
An ideal date turns nasty.....
I thought that everyone's reaction to Lila's story wasparticularly truthful. Especially since some of her closest friendsrefused to believe that it really happened. It seems such a shame that Lila had to get another girl as evidence. I mean, if these so-called friends of hers had believed her in the first place, then she wouldn't have had to suffer. I definitely recommend this book to others. It also questions the notion of friendship as well as date rape.
Teen Series examines date rape
One of a rush of SVH books dealing with adolescent issues. Snobbish flirt Lila's romance with wholesome John turns nasty when he tries to force himself on her. Shattered, Lila falls into deep depression, made far worse when she finds the courage to speak up about the attack, only to find her peers turn against her. The lightweight series deals surprisingly well with the difficult issue of date rape, depicting it in ways that should move and affect its audience of young girls without distressing them too much. The surprising choice of having manipulative bad-girl Lila attacked by long-time "good guy" John, hero of a volume or two of SVH himself, works very well.

Fiction: Often More True Than Fact
One of the best books among the many about infantry combat. That it is fictional detracts not one iota. The author quite obviously writes from experience and makes use of the freedom fiction provides to paint a powerful and realistic picture of ground warfare, particularly the randomness through which men live and die. As one who fought in the infantry during the Battle of the Bulge, the setting for Mr. Boyd's novel, and produced three highly researched chapters about it in a memoir, I am proud to recommend "The Gentle Infantryman" as an authentic account of the way it was. Fiction can indeed be more true than fact. This honest little book is a primary example.
Gentle Infantryman no fiction
This is the best book about the WW2 combat soldier I've ever read. The information is historically accurate and exacting in detail, told with a true storyteller's memory and eye for a good yarn. The fact that the author experienced WW2 in Europe gives you the feeling that he is writing his own life story. The story is neither sentimental nor maudlin, nor is it gritty; it is realistic. Easy to read, it makes you proud to be an American and will leave you with immense respect for the "Greatest Generation." A must for every WW2 historian.
Fantastic Book
A Vet I met at the Bloomsburg PA county fair told me about this book. He said that the author was in his unit and that the stories were very well retold in the book. You as the reader can get a real feeling of what Bill Boyd and the men in unit went through. When you finish the story you are left with an feeling that it just incredible that anyone survived those final months of the war as the Germans fought to save there homeland and sadness for those who didn't make it. You will thoroughly enjoy reading this book.

accessible
this is shakespeare's most accessible comedy. it's a farce about mistaken identities among identical twins. nothing complicated here. the play has it's funny moments. it's not the bard's best comedy; that's 'much ado about nothing', imho. but this is not a bad place to start.
Shakespeare's Finest Comedy
"Methinks you are my glass, and not my brother."
So says Dromio of Ephesus, one of the members of two sets of estranged twins whose lives become comically intertwined in this delightful, ingenious, & aptly named Comedy of Errors. Being an avid Shakespeare fan and reader, I unequivocally consider The Comdey of Errors to be Shakespeare's finest and funniest comedy. Antipholus of Syracuse and his long lost twin Antipholus of Ephesus along with the two twin servants Dromio of Ephesus and Syracuse become unceasingly mistaken for each other making for a hilarious and entertaining farce of a play.

The Comedy of Errors has been copied many times since in literature, movies, & sitcoms, although it has never been duplicated.
The Comedy of Errors
There is no doubt that this comedy of Shakespeare's is delightful, crazy fun. You could call it the father (or mother) of all sit-coms. The play is suitable for middle school production and viewing, with some modifications. For my students and myself I prefer the Folger's edition of Shakespeare's plays for three reasons. First, the footnotes are easy to read and across from the text. 2. The choice of illustrations and 3. The introductory information. When purchasing for my students, though I have tried other publishers, I now always choose Folgers.

Da Bomb!
This book is da bomb!:) And I want you to read it! It's a romantic and shocking book that you don't want to miss!
Just one word. WOW
In the maximity of the SV books, I'd have to say that Jessica Takes Manhattan was one of the best. Probably what I wanted most was to see Lila actually carted off and never seen again. But after her drama in the SVU series, I regret my opinion.
