It is to her credit that Ms. Brennan has been able to consistently and coherently assemble a literary piece on the intangibles of so many lives. It is a must read for the passive and impassioned lovers of music alike. Mavens of the music world this is your bible!

I loved this book, it had opened me up to a whole new genre of books that i just can't seem to get enough of. This book had a good mixture of love and excitment this is a really good books for ages 12-17.

This very colorful book has lots of basic information about crayons and how they are made. The photographs used throughout the book help to make this seem like an actual visit to the factory. Included is the timeline of Crayola and sidebars of facts about crayons. There is also a short bibliography of books for those who want to know more about crayons.

I've used this text book to hone and review my basic math skills. It happened to also be a good review and reference book for the GMAT exam if you have the extra time to study.
If you do all of the section excercise problems you can really become good at all of the individual topics.
It's also a good book if you're weak at certain basic math skills such as decimal conversion to fractions, square roots, reducing fractions, exponents and radicals, polynomials, solving quadtratic equations by factoring and other basics.

The author is my mother. It is the first book that she has written. I began to read it out of curiosity and respect, but soon found myself reading on because of the engaging writing style and the way in which the subject matter has been made fascinating and relevant. Dear Mom, congratulations and great job!

This was, and is over 20 years later, my favorite children's book. I wish I could find Gale Brennan and tell her how much I love this book. There are more in the series, but I am having an impossible time finding them.

As I became lost in the art of intarsia, this book was my map. Completely unknown to the craft, I purchased this book as a way to beat my summer bordom. As I opened each page, a swirl of thoughts came to me, and I immediately made plans to visit the local hardwood retailer to start my first project. But where to start? This book has the most wonderful design ideas, from beginner to advanced, even I was impressed with the works I had done. You can make each project over and over, because the wood you use is always different. I would recomend this book highly to anyone slightly interested in the art and history and creativity of intarsia.

This is a terrific study guide. Just what I needed to get my paper written. Finally I understand this poem! Who knew how easy things could be with a little help??? The plot, characters--everything--are described really well. And the price is great, too.

I was on a mission to find listings of non-profits in the Chicago area and I couldn't find anyone with a comprehensive list until I found this book at Amazon.com. The book is broken down by state and then by city so it is very easy to find what you are looking for. And as an additional bonus, the local chapter of national organizations like the American Heart Assoc. and American Lung Assoc. were also listed. A definite must have!
