This is a beautiful book of pictures of Ottawa as I remember it. Buy this book for anyone who has ever lived in Canada's beautiful capital city.

Confidence is enhanced by the process of doing and finishing projects. Instead of watching television, get out a craft book like this one and make things happen !

Paper mache is *not* just covering a balloon with newspaper! I never dreamed of all the things you can do with it. This is a great book with projects that are inspiring, beautiful, and useful. This is a great craft because it's probably about the cheapest arty thing you can do - basically just cardboard and newspaper. I HIGHLY recommend this book!

The projects in this book are all fun and also nice to look at. Unlike some kids' projects, these are things I wouldn't mind having around my house!

I checked the book out from the library and had it for a whole year before I realized I should buy myself a copy.

Best physics book I've read yet. (College Freshmen/Sophomore level). The questions at the end of the chapters are fantastic the examples are relevant and easy to understand. THEY MUST REPRINT THIS BOOK!!!!!

If you are new to the field of Project Management this book is very helpful. It draws upon the accepted practices of the PMBOK (Project Management Body of Knowledge) but is written more for those who don't want to learn directly from a text book style reading. The story follows a character named Sam and how he deals with his first exposure to project management. The flow of the book is very smooth as it takes you from basically describing what a project is, through the skill sets required to be a successful PM, and finally to the development of a Work Breakdown Structures and project planning techniques. This is a great quick read for anyone interested in project management as a profession, or who uses project management skills in their day to day jobs but don't have any guidelines.

This perceptive volume (1992) is one of the finest all-round books about the Portuguese people, and a first-rate travel-companion. Ranging knowledgeably from literature to the Church, from agriculture to emigrantes, its sympathetic feminine perspective seems appropriate for a country whose men so often seem to be abroad. Usefully updated in 1998.

This book is one that i recommend most to anyone who is searching for a start into the study of an earth based religion, or even to a practioner of many years who would simply like to get a new perspective. This is a very comprehendable read and was very enjoyable.

This book spoke directly to me. I read it first in the mid 1980's, so much of the contents is now irretrievable, but I wanted to let other shoppers know how much this book helped me. I am so happy to find it again.
