The best book for junior and Senior high teachers
I first read this book as an undergrad, and then again the summer after my first year of teaching in the Writing Project. I found so many useful things that I could actually impliment in the classroom. Z and D offer many easy to follow suggestions that set off that "why didn't I think of that" response. They also suggest that we "break the red pen" habit when "rewriting" our students' papers. As I finish up my first full year of teaching, I look back and see the many times I turned to Z&D for help in solving a writer's problem.

Covers everything that's possibly related to wireless!
If you want to learn wireless and mobile commerce development this is the best place to start. The 34 lessons cover the absolute basics of "what is ... ?" to actual coding. It uses audio, code examples and more resources than you can possibly get through in a lifetime. Better, the web site that the authors put up to support the book provides even more material.

I like the way that authors cover all technologies with no favoritism. There is something for every developer and platform, including Palm, Pocket PC, WAP, WML/WMLScript, Web Clipping, i-Mode, Bluetooth, XML, J2ME, .NET, Qualcomm BREW. The audio is over 9 hours, and over 10 thousand lines of code is provided to play with and learn from. If you don't have the time or budget for training this is a great way to learn on your own time at a reasonable cost.

The cutting edge on addiction technology
This book is a must for anyone who wants to understand the physiological process involved in addiction and compulsive behavior. The biggest revelation of this book is that all addictions whether they are substance or behavior based such as gambling, are caused by natural neurochemicals in the brain.

In an era when addiction is running rampant. When you can walk into any convenience store and acquire nicotine, alcohol, junk food, lottery tickets and pornography. Harvey Milkman and Stanley Sunderwirth discuss more positive ways of achieving a natural high such as involvement in the arts. It's about changing negative behaviors that destroy life into positive ones that add to life.

Harvey Sabinson is the classiest, funniest, most...I don't know, you just want to be him when you read this book. Takes you inside the theatre world when there really was one, from David Marrick to Barbara Streisand to flops and hits and misses and anecdotes...it's just great. I want to be Harvey Sabinson. He told Barbara Streisand not to get a nose job, and won a lifetime acheivement TONY award.

The Day Jesus Came By

A truly captivating childrens book for all ages to be!
I have reviewed this book from my child's school library and have been very entertained and impressed with Mr. Wilson's writing techniques. My daugther and the children in my four and five year old class were simply mesmerized with The Day Jesus Came By. It is such a pleasure for the children to be able to relate and understand so clearly Mr. Wilson's writings. It has been a pleasure to read a good clean book. I can feel comfortable and proud to own this book in my home for all that enter in to view and read. The story of how even animals know who Jesus is and how even the natural instincts of the cat, to harm the woodland creatures, was changed when the cat saw Jesus---such an event filled, soul inspiring story to be forever remembered and charished!

Fascinating stories!
These are stories that explain background about things or people you thought you knew. They are tales from the "Rest of the Story" radio show. All are amazing and I have enjoyed trying to figure out the ending before I get there. Sometimes I'm even right! Great for a minute's read.

Comprehensive Introduction to the Mystic Path
Written in the form of an interview with Mark Matousek, Andrew Harvey brings his knowledge of eastern religions, the Christian mystic tradition, and modern scholarship to bear on virtually every issue pertinent to bringing a mystic perspective to contemporary Christian life. Harvey makes it clear that mysticism is not the private domain of monastics but actually an imperative for the "ordinary" Christian wishing to make a real difference in his or her world.
