My son, who just turned four, and had previously shown absolutely zero interest in shop tools, was fascinated by this book. He seemed to find the completion of the construction project especially satisfying. This book is really a sleeper and the main character is just adorable!

My 2 1/2 year old son has really enjoyed reading this book anytime. He likes tools and this has taught him what to use tools for. Everytime you read it you will notice something you missed before. The illistrations are adorable, detailed, and to the point. One of the better childrens books.

This is a great set of professional Italian recipes. The range is magnificent and utilizes the ingrediants to the fullest. I must warn the home cook these recipes are not designed for the casual cook,Most recipies require a solid knowledge of classical culinary technique . This book is great for expierenced home cooks to create dishes that are elevated above the ordinary italian fair. I ,as a professional Chef, found this a great resource in designing my own menu .

I found this book from a suggestion of an Italy friend.I read it and i thing that it is a good guide, for someone who want to learn something more about Italian kitchen.For me it was very good.

This book is a good monography to have in one very small size book, almost all the project made by wright. all the buildings are presented cronologically with b/w pictures and a small text, some drawings follow some projects. The text made by Bruno Zevi, is also very interesting.One very important things about this book, is that it is in GERMAN & FRENCH only!

When ever I need a pick-me-up I go to the libary and find a copy of a Bruno and Boots Adventure. Thats a sure way to turn my frown upsidown

This book is so good, you can't put it down untill you finish it. All of the Bruno, Boots stories are the answer to a good laugh. Anyone who doesn't have anything to do, and feel bored should read one of the Bruno and Boots stories

Anyone who has read Devil's Food and Double Espresso in the Kovacs/Marvelli series is in for the ride of their life with this third wacky installment about the lovable duo. In this episode, Marvelli is persuaded to go to San Fran with another parole officer, Vissa. Because of jealously and a concern for her ice cream addicted partner, Loretta Kovacs follows them.

It turns out to be a nightmare for both her and Marvelli(especially Frankie) Frankie ends up getting kidnapped by a group of S&Mers and is subjected to some torture. Loretta has to use all her smarts and Attitude to save him.

Boy is this book a treat. Literally too. The reader will be introduced to a new way of eating a hot fudge sundae, demonstrated by the dominatrix Sunny, with the unwilling help of Marvelli(I CANNOT GIVE IT AWAY, read it yourself), and the reader will also discover the secret ingredient of Elmer Fudge whirl. Meanwhile, we root on Loretta as time winds down on Frankie's life span, and she struggles to rescue him.

This book is hilarious. It has a dizty blonde in it, an unusual dog named Dragon, a Finnish lesbian massage therapist, a man who leaks, and other weirdos. Plus, there is a sex club in which Loretta infiltrates, and of course her attitude gets her in trouble.

Don't miss it! I bought this in hardback. And it was worth EVERY darn penny!

It is a great shame that this perceptive, intellectually stimulating, and moving book should be out of print and only available secondhand

You can pick from hundreds of fun parks and musams right down to were you eat dinner. This book has been reprinted several times since 1996 and now is available in hardcover for the first time. "Intimate Friends" features all of the most famous and popular Bel Ami models like, Johan, Lukas, & Ion Davidov. It's a beautifully designed book, with all of his handsome nude young men in living color. All of these models who appear in his videos plus prints are very handsome and in the prime of their life. I think Bel Ami has been a true pioneer in presenting us with some of the best looking European men ever to be photographed and published in America and worldwide. He enjoys an almost cult status now. If you're a fan of the Bel Ami stable of models be sure and have this wonderful book in your collection. We would all like to have "Intimate Friends" in our lives who are this handsome and beautiful. Highly Recommended!

This is one of my old standards-- in other words, an all-time favorite. It's got great, simple recipes. The roasted vegetable recipe is outstanding. If you need pictures, this book is not for you, but use your imagination-- It's worth it!
