It's about a kid name Bernie Magruder. He noticed some strange thing about the Bessledorf Hotel. A lot of bodies in the hotelrooms. The bodies would be there the next day and gone. So, Bernie and his friend Lester made there own case. Jackson Prather did it.This case is closed.

This book was not at all what I expected. It is a small leaflet stapled in the middle. Its contents are not worth even the shipping.

The book is a re-hashing of old stories related by the author in his role as "storyteller". The book is both rambling and redundant. The author shows little imagination in that the majority of his characters are named "Joe". The text is poorly written with many errors in grammar, punctuation and spelling. Mr. Bedore's limited knowledge in certain areas is evident in this lack-lustre collection. Bedore's penchant for name-dropping adds nothing to what he apparently intends to be a very local, recent history of his home town, somewhere in Canada's back woods. His self-proclaimed fame as a storyteller is severely hampered by a very limited repertoire. However, there is no doubt Bedore is a storyteller ... NOT an author. This book should not target any audience under the age of seventy years. My best advice, Mr. Bedore, DON'T give up your day job

This book is so dated that I am not sure that you could get the examples to compile. Additionally the book was not easy to use or read even during it's time. I had hoped for a book explaining how to create Virtual Worlds, but instead I got a treatise on using one particular program to create boxes on an empty plane.

If you really want information on the big bands, this is not your book. There is a lot of information on the sex lives of big band leaders but even more info on the slights suffered by the author.
Even the pictures are an attempt to show how important Bernie Woods was, including one of his golf foursome.
