Your price is an unheard of 260 dollars! Somebody must have goofed in your organization when he or she set your price, which should be less than Columbia's!

This book contains most recent important perspectives about conceptual change, such as cognitive, situational,domain-specific and instructional aspects. It can serve as a useful handbook for a naive reader or an experienced researcher to get a whole picture of this category and the development of the conceptual change researches these years.

This book looks into the wonderful Tarot Garden which was made in 20 years by Niki de Saint Phalle. It has many pictures and opens the mind for great, colorful, living art.

This book is awesome for all Mario fans! It's how the Koopas capture the princess and throw her in a pit. Mario & Luigi team up to save her.

The best book so far i have read on Nonlinear Dynamics. From the best of the best.

I found Odisea del Norte to be an exceptionally well written and interesting novel. Starting in the present and using a series of flashbacks, Bencastro tells the story of Calixto, a man from El Salvador, who is trapped by circumstances into crossing illegally into the United States.

The book is filled with humor and pathos along with exciting action sequences that will hopefully help everyone to take another look at the problems of "illegal" immigration.

One nice thing about the book is that Bencastro simply tells the story with a minimum of editorializing, thus allowing the reader to come to his or her own conclusions.

Although written in Spanish, the vocabulary and style was quite readable for a non-native Spanish reader such as myself.

The book was a pleasure to read. I was sorry when I got to the end.

Well, i'll tell you this...Prima's guide is ten times better than the Brady games guide, and that's something that doesn't happen often. First off, the maps...The prima games guide has maps that actually resemble what the game looks like. The maps have all the details that are in the game, and point out where everything is...the brady games guide looks like the maps were drawn with a big marker...they just show the outline of the levels, with no details really. The prima games guide gives enough information to get you through the game without walking you step by step through the game...this alows the guide to be effective without spoiling the story. The one complaint with this is that it doesn't have a answer section to the treasure box puzzles...these puzzles force you to look around for 4 sets of these books that give you the answer to the puzzle box. If this guide had just given the answers to these puzzle boxes, you would just be able to get the item in the box without having to perform the annoying task of finding the code and then backtracking to the box. Otherwise, this is a great Guide, one of Prima's best.

After reading this compilation of texts about the late-great filmmaker Stanley Kubrick, I got the feeling I knew more than before about the master. PERSPECTIVES is filled with details about his films and about the way he worked as an artist. It is an important contribution to Kubrick studies. This anthology edited by Falsetto covers the first period (i.e. from his second film KILLER'S KISS) all the way to his (next) to last production (the incredible war flick FULL METAL JACKET). It even includes an article by Kubrick himself, as well as a piece wrote by Anthony Burgess on Kubrick's adaptation of his famous novel A CLOCKWORK ORANGE. Overall, I would recommend this book to anyone interested to know more about Kubrick's work or about cinema in general. It is a must-read for any Kubrick aficionados and, as far as I know, the only serious compilation of writings about this true genius of cinema. By far one of the best book on the master to date. Let's hope that the author or the publisher will reprint it in a paperback format, so that more people will have access to it.
