Portal Design in Radiation Therapy
Published in Paperback by D W V Enterprises (1994)

The Only Book.
Drawing a portal could be difficult for radiation oncology residents, especially in their first two years. This manual talks nothing but how to draw a portal. It is easier to read compare to the text book. Rad portals could be very different from physician to physician. At least this is a good reference.

A facinating, suprising book with intriguing answers
If you are very comfortable with your understanding of the problems of the inner-city, don't read this book. Roth writes in a very readable style, but he produced a challenging even startling book. His analysis of the interplay of inner-city problems is penetrating. He shows how these problems multipy each other rather than merely add to each other. He shows very compellingly how the social science establishment ignored what was right in front of them, because the truth was not welcome, and how public policy makers made foolish choices because of bad social science.
This is a facinating book. A real eye opener. You may be uncomfortable with what you learn, unless you are ready to deal with reality. This book is a must for serious students and scholars of social policy.

This is the most interesting history book I have ever read.
The author gives a vivid picture of all the major figures involved in the Mahdist revolt, from Mohammed Ahmed and the Khalifa Abdullahi to the three main European prisoners. With detailed accounts of military engagements, the stories of those trapped in the Sudan, and escape attempts, this is very engrossing reading.

The best text on play therapy
This book very capably presents the wonderful method of play therapy the Nortons have been using and teaching for years. The material is basic enough to help the beginning play therapist get started and yet deep enough to challenge and enrich the work of the most experienced. A must have for every play therapist's library and also a good read for parents and anyone else interested in the welfare of children.

The Lives and Deaths of Shelley & Byron
If you're interested in the life of Edward John Trelawny, you'll have to look elsewhere. Suffice it to say that Tre' (as his friends knew him) was a privateer, a scoundrel, a lover of poetry, a freedom-fighter and a loyal friend of the most prolific literary talents of the romantic period. "Records of Shelley, Byron and the Author" is an account, not of Trelawny's extraordinary life & adventures, but of the two men that helped make that life so extraordinary. In his own words, he tells of the secret lives of Byron and the Shelley's, their romp through sunny Italy and the tragic death of Percy in the coast of Spezzia. The tale continues as Tre' follows Byron to the bloody civil war in Greece, where Byron too dies. To his credit, though, it is never "Trelawny's tale", but "Byron and Shelley's tale" as told by Trelawny. This deep, insightful book shows the poets as only a close friend could. Yet throughout, one can not help but love Trelawny himself: the man who supported the impoverished Mary Shelley to her dying day... the man who bought a slave for $10,000 only to set him free... the man who reached into the embers of Shelley's pyre, withdrawing his heart. If you love the poetry of Byron and Shelley & have even a passing interest in the men behind the legends, then Trelawny's memoirs are a must-read.

Fabulous overview of world religion
This book is broken into 10 chapters, each representing a major religious tradition. The chapters are well written, and by major researchers in that particular field. They give plenty of information, but in a way easy to comprehend. Each section has a glossary of terms, as well as many illustrations. This is a wonderful book for people who want one book as a reference for all major world religious traditions.
