It finally made sense
All the things my Mom didn't tell me about my cycle, ovulating, and natural family planning, I learned from this book. The author gives Dr. Roetzer's wise advice to the many women who sent him the charts and observations they made of their cycles. After learning how to chart my own cycle this way, I finally feel like I know what's going on with my body each month. This is a great book for anyone wanting to get pregnant, prevent pregnency or just to find out what on earth is going on with your cycle!

A fantastic book!
My 5-year old just loves watching "Between the Lions" and this book includes all of her favorite characters from the show. It's much more than a coloring book, with fun word games and puzzles for her to solve. I definitely recommend this book for fans of the show!

Hospital Roadmap
Published in Paperback by Resources for Children in Hospitals (1982)
Author: Ingrid G. Elliott
Amazon base price: $10.95
Average review score:

Hospitalization From a Child's Point of View
This book is a great contribution to the field of literature on hospitalized children. It provides all the necessary information to prepare a child for hospitalization. The illustrations are excellent. I was particularly pleased by the way the book handled emotional concerns of the child. Mastery of the hospital experience is encouraged through play with the 'Hospital Road Map'.

This book addresses the major fears of children in a clear, supportive, non-threatening manner. The family-centered approach to the book is most effective in mitigating the stress of hospitalization for families and their children.

I would highly recommend this book for parents, teachers, pediatricians, health care professionals and anyone working with young children.

"Theo Van Boven" The PRINCE of Human Rights Education
I have heard 'Theo Van Bovan' at the International Institute of Human Rights at Strasbourg. An Anthology from his work was much awaited. This book will be of great help to Academicians, Research Scholars, Human Rights Activists and even to United Nations Human Rights Commission. A cheaper edition of this book should be made available so that people from Developing Countries can benifit from this work.

Kids Can Save the Animals!: 101 Easy Things to Do

Review for Kids Can Save the Animals! by Ingrid Newkirk
This has got to be the best grade-school children's book ever written!!! Newkirk is funny and attention-keeping, while making her points clear. Many childrens' animal rights books nag on and on about the animals dying, and how they need to be helped and aren't getting the help they need...etc. etc. etc. The problem with that is that it doesn't tell the children HOW to help the animals! Each chapter in Kids Can Save the Animals! first explains the problem, tells about what's needed to solve it, and then tells how the individual child can help. It's a must for each and every child about 7 and up. The same book is written for moms and dads, called "You Can Save the Animals! 101 Things You Can Do"

EXCELENTE
LEI ESTE LIBRO EN MENOS DE UNA SEMANA. SOY UNA LECTORA CONTINUA DE DISTINTOS TIPOS DE LIBROS. CONSIDERO QUE ESTE ES UNO DE LOS MEJORES QUE HE LEIDO. LA FORMA EN QUE ELLA PRESENTA LAS SITUACIONES DE SU DIARIO VIVIR COMO PERSONA POLITICA PUBLICA, COMO AMA DE CASA, MADRE, HIJA, Y SOBRETODO, CIUDADANA DE SU PAISES, DE SUMA REVELANCIA.
NO ES UNA NOVELA DE FICCION, SINO ES LA NARRACION DE HECHOS HISTORICOS RECIENTES NARRADOS DESDE UNA PERPECTIVA SUMAMENTE INTERESANTE.
ES UNA FORMA DE CONOCER LA POLITICA DE ESTE PAIS.

Outstanding.
This is a wonderful book. It is well-organized, systematic, and informed by Professor Wickelgren's work in cognitive psychology and by his many years coaching talented math students of all ages. "Math Coach" inspired me to start an after-school math enrichment program at my children's school. I recommend it highly.
