SANTINEROSS RUNS RAMPANT WITH ORIGINALITY
As an erotic photographer myself, I dont see too many of my peers whose work Id cross the street to see. Or whose work I would say even "moves me". But for Santineross Id run across the street. His haunting images that showcase femalians wrapped in gauze or naked and clothed merely with angels names written upon them, are really some of the the most original images Ive seen of late. You cant really put his art in a "slot" which is what makes people shy away from some artists and I think this is one of the things that will hurt Santineross in the long run as they will try and slot him in with Witkin. His stuff is really more erotic and more glamourously beautiful than Witkins imagery. Give this book a chance. Youll be happier for it.

John is an amazing talent...
I happen to have had the chance to visit with John int he studio where most of this was shot - and I must tell you that the sense of reality you see in his art is present in John's daily life.

The book is an amazing addition to your collection.

It Has No Equal...
My first experience with John Santerineross's work left me clutching for classification, to help me explain what I was seeing. I had not then, nor have I still, seen anything like it. Subsequent readings of the book have led me to believe that there is no reason for classification...as John puts it, "it is what it is", and I enjoy it. I'm amazed by the images in the world that he creates. This is not simple eroticism, and it is not only eroticism. It is real life, but it's not "real life". This book will challenge what your preconceived notions are about both topics, and lead you back to its haunting images and text again and again.

SEXY DEATH
The view of men through "Charlie Dean's" eyes is an honest, although uncomfortable, reality. Having experienced some eye-opening nights at dance clubs, bachelor parties and bars where ladies perform and dance, I've always wondered why these women sought this lifestyle. The book "Smoking Hopes" has helped to increase my understanding of their needs, and their world. Charlie's descriptions of events can be funny or tender, but brutally revealing. Her need for hope is always very strong as she pursues her relentless search for her evasive lover.

Author Victoria Alexander has given us an insightful story of a woman's struggle in an obscure world. When this moving story was nearly ended, an intense desire overwhelmed me to save and protect the doomed "Charlie Dean" from the ravages of mankind! Share the experience. I was not disappointed.

An Updated Waiting for Godot
A re-working of _Waiting for Godot_, _Smoking Hopes_ implicates the contemporary cult of physical perfection in its exploration of the timeless human craving to be loved. This dark tale's incisive and insightful portrayal of the sexual underworlds of New York and Tokyo impels its heroin's quest to its inevitable conclusion. Alexander's prose is finely-honed and bewitching.

We are all a little Charlie sometimes
I was facinated all the way through the book with Charlie's strategic study and wielding of beauty and sex. There are very funny parts too. I love Charlie's letter to the IRS. I wish I could be so bold, but it is fiction after all.

Unbelievable Secrets!
I never knew TEA could be anything steeped in hot water, nevertheless medicinal! It is a true must have and I don't leave town without it. It really makes sense and I never knew there was so much information just on black tea alone. I read it all the time just gleaning from its information. I even bought a copy for a friend.

yallah
Great little book packed with useful information concerning the benefits of tea.

Good, simple, and clear advice about brewing herbal teas.
I started experimenting with brewing herbal teas several years ago and have greatly relied on this book. I have in that time frame become much more knowledgeable and adventurous about brewing teas from bulk herbs, largely due to this great resource book. It describes the attributes and potential benefits of many herbs in detail, and gives advice on brewing methods and blends. I like it so much I am now buying another copy for one of my friends.

The expression of her words is truly of another dimension...
I cannot remember when I have ever been so moved by a story. The way Victoria writes is nothing short of annointed. The power of the Spirit of God pours through this story. I cried, laughed and was so overcome I felt I could not even move.

I cannot wait for her upcoming childrens series for I know parents and children are going to be taken on a "heavenly excursion."

I just hope that if I were going through what she went through I would have the courage to keep going with the faith, hope and joy that she continues to live with today.

May you always find an angel of God at your side.

Best Wishes for a great writing future.

A CHRISTMAS GIFT FOR ALL SEASONS
I met Victoria live one night while surfing the internet. I am a single parent father. I have had great difficulty in my life and have battled many problems over the years.

She sent me a note without even knowing me or what I was going through and called all my emotions right on line.

Over the past year she has supported me through wonderful notes of inspiration, motivation and prayer. She has given me the boost that I needed on those very dark days to pull myself out of the barrel...lol.

It took me a couple of times to get through her story because it's so powerfully emotional. The tape came into my life at just the right time. It gave me a different perspective on my life and my problems.

Victoria is a wonderful lady who is full of compassion, understanding and unconditional love. She is like sitting down with a dear friend.

PLEASE DON'T HESITATE TO GET THIS AWESOME LIFE CHANGING TAPE.

My love and thanks to Victoria, Alan

I'm amazed and thankful for finding this book!
The power of this audio drama with all the sound effects is something I have never experienced before. WOW! What a display and what a story.

It took me about 4 times to get through the story as I was so overcome. I have since played it over and over again. I have found that when I feel a little down I can pop it into my tape player and I'm back on track hummming a song and being grateful for the life I had as a child and now as an adult.

My prayers are with you Victoria and thank you for stepping out and sharing this awesome story with the world.

I am a member of Charles Stanleys Church in Atlanta Georgia and I have shared it with some people who totally agree that it is truly an anointed testimony of someone who was touched by God and His messengers. I say messengers because I believe all through-out your life God has sent heavenly messengers and earthly encounters to bring you to where you must be today.

Love and blessings, Sue

I couldn't put this book down. The story line was easy to follow, yet interesting. There was encouragement and hope throughout the entire book for those that need reminding that God's timing is not always our timing.

the perfect book for a cold, winter day
Flowers for Victoria is wonderful! I finished the book in a couple of days because I just couldn't put it down. The characters are developed well, and you feel yourself cheering them on as you read. The plot is impressive with twists and turns that you never see coming. It is the perfect book for a cold, winter day. You will not be dissapointed. I'm a definite fan after reading this one!

Wish there was more........
What a great read. I was inspired especially when finding out that he not only volunteers his time to do search and rescue but that his K9 partner is a Doberman instead of the typical shepards. The stories were wonderful; I got a feel for what true search & rescue is like....not just all happy or gruesome endings. Hope he continues to write additional books.

TREAT yourself (and your dog!) to this book!
An awesome book. Light and humorous, yet profound and wise; it takes you on a journey and you return inspired by the courage and faith of both man and dog, and the magic in trusting the invisible. It's moving and inspiring on many levels, and very zen: it's about the journey and not about getting there. It's a gripping read- excellent rhythm of suspense and amusement.

Fabulous, fabulous, fabulous!
I highly recommend this book, especially if you are an animal lover. Readers will find that Tom Shelby seems to inhabit Michelle's brain and soul. Their relationship is amazing and touching. Mr. Shelby's training tips which follow each SAR story are practical and wonderfully simple. Thank you to Tom and Michelle (and all the other hardworking SAR teams) for your continuing work.

My enemy the queen
This book is a great incite into the times of elizabeth the first. Written from the perspective of Elizabeths cousin, this was an honest, enlightening and interesting book. It has certainly got me gripped on the British monarchys history. Elizabeth is seen to be a domineering, spoilt person but yet extremely loyal to friends, family and her favourite servants. She is torn between the love of the charming Robert Dudley and her obsession not to have to share her crown.

gotta-read!
this is a really wonderful book. it's so descriptive and it feels as if you are looking through an window of Tudor England and seeing everything, from a jewel on a queen's splendid crown to the look in a man's confident eyes. Lettice tells her story so well, and makes the characters so real and believable. It is a good mix of entertainment and history.

Interesting
It was refreshing to see Queen Elizabeth from a different point of view; you always hear her described as "Good Queen Bess". Of course, we are shown through this book that the Queen wasn't as good and sweet as everyone thought she was. Granted, though, she was still brilliant.

It was also interesting to see more about the Queen's "favorites". Overall, I would highly reccomend this book.

Great photos, some factual errors in text
Many interesting photos and trivia about Victoria's large extended family-there's good reason she referred to it as "the mob".Slightly marred by sloppy editing and stilted translations;overall enjoyable and worthwhile.

Great book
for those interested in royalty. While some of these photos can be found in many different books, some of them I've seen for the first time. Queen Victoria's decendants are so numerous and belong to so many different royal houses. Definitely a worthwhile purchase!

Engaging!
Zeepvat has compiled a collection of photographs any follower of Queen Victoria's family will appreciate. While many biographies display photos of Victoria and Albert, their children and children-in-law, only a smattering of her many grandchildren are featured. And rarely are there any likenesses given for her army of great-grandchildren. This treasury of snapshots, many before unseen by the general readership, is laid out in generational format. The insightful captions and copious genealogical charts in the end pages both make for easy reference to keep up with how the subjects are related to one another. In short, a very touching and well-presented album sure to please many.

An excellent anthology
Secrets of a Perfect Night is the best collection of short romance stories I've read so far.
Stephanie Laurens tells the tale of a rake with a scandalous reputation who finds his life of endless conquests and aimless amusements dissatisfying. He decides to go back to his ancestral estate and start anew. On the way there he gets caught in a snowstorm and seeks shelter at a nearby cottage where to his surprise he finds a young girl, now a woman, that he once seduced and whose heart he broke.
I had read one book by this author before that I didn't enjoy at all so this was a delightful surprise for me and I will be looking for more of her books.

Victoria Alexander's story deals with two young people in love who plan to elope to avoid the wrath of the girl's father. The treacherous father already knows of their plans and hatches an evil scheme that tears the lovers apart.
I felt this story was the weakest of the bunch. I've never read this author before and while the story was well written. The
plot, which starts out nicely, quickly becomes too convoluted and ridiculous to be believed.

Rachel Gibson's contemporary story is the best of the bunch. She tells the story of high school sweethearts brought back together at their ten year reunion. I will not go further into it except to say that the dialogue sizzles and the characters are compelling and completely believable. The story is one that most of us have dreamed of: to attend our high school reunions and knock the socks off every person there. This is another excellent story form the very talented Ms. Gibson.

I give Ms. Lauren's story 5 stars. Alexander's story 2 stars and Gibson's 10 stars! Highly recommended

Secrets of...a perfect book!
If you love romantic anthologies then this one is for you. Let's be realistic - most anything that includes a Stephanie Laurens story is going to be great and this one is no exception. Her entrancing tale of rediscovered love is a perfect example of her amazing talent when it comes to blending sensuality and humor. I was less impressed with Victoria Alexander's tale of misunderstandings and rekindled romance - it was considerably more downbeat than the other two, although on its own probably would have been wonderful. Rachel Gibson's contemporary love story is a delight - for all those women who have dreamed of knocking the socks off their high school buddies at a reunion. This book is a great summer read, and the pleasure of anthologies is to be able to put them down and get a little work done in between stories!

PERFECT BEDSIDE READER
The title, SECRETS OF A PERFECT NIGHT, gets you from the start. And the names of the three romantic writers involved help it along. The good thing about a book of novellas is that you can read one whole story at one sitting, and get that satisfied, complete feeling.

SCANDALOUS LORD DERE, is the tale of a young man who wants to leave his well-deserved rakish reputation as "master seducer" and go back to his quiet country home and the girl he left behind. The problem is that he left eight years ago and all indications are that things have changed dramatically. If winning it all back is even possible, it certainly won't be easy. The "master seducer" will have to use all that he has.

THE LAST LOVE LETTER is the story of both selfish and well-intentioned motives gone awry. A couple who've declared their love against the wishes of their parents plan to run away together one night, but they don't make the last-minute connection. Ten years pass before they both receive a letter that lets them know what actually happened that night, and how neither of them was to blame. Now, has too much time passed to rekindle feeling which never really died?

NOW AND FOREVER is a modern story of a high school reunion and of seeing the one who got away and how much they've changed. It's the reopening of possibilities. It's the time to aplolgize and get on (or get it on) with their lives.

Pretty darn good!
This is a book I just picked up off the shelf with no prior knowledge of the book, the author or what kind of book it was. It turned out to be quite a pleasant surprise. It is the tale of two baby girls switched at birth. Chelsea Hutton, the natural child of movie mougel Roger Turmaine and movie star Lana Turnmaine was a sickly baby switched with a healthy one in the hospital. Chelsea learns of this swap and makes it her goal to get back the life that was stolen from her by Cassidy Turmaine. Chelsea's mental instability, the murder of Lana Turmaine, a deadbeat half brother and a lot of old Hollywood stardust make this book a winner. The two women's lives are forever intertwined, but it is not until the very end that we discover who was the real puppeteer in their lives. This would be a great beach or airplane ride book.

i couldn't put it down!
i normally do not read books like this but i thought this one was great! the characters were very well written and the plot was amazing. i really got the feel of the movie industry from this novel. i abolutely loved the love story between jack and cassidy.

AN AUTHOR YOU CAN'T REFUSE WRITES A PAGE TURNER!
This twist and turn "switched at birth" HollyWood based epic is a must read for fans of Collins and company. Victoria Gotti has again proven herself the queen of the genre with this tasty read. Especially delightful are the subtle name games played with some of the characters which should cause intelligent insiders to inwardly chuckle. Once you start Super Star you'll find you can't put it down.
