Very Disappointing.
When i first saw the book i said wow! someone has finally released a book on how to grow taller so i rushed out and bought the book. Unfortunately when i read it it hardly made any sense. The book contains fairly outdated excercises to do before you sleep and after a month the results should be seen.They were lying! I started to get back pains and told my local doctor about it in which he replied that the book was the biggest load of rubbish he had ever seen and told me to throw it away! So there you go. Please do not make the same mistake i did.

Waste of trees
To print this book, is a crime againist nature, because the waste of trees to make the paper. This books was predictable, and uninteresting. Characters were unrealistic and had no connecting character traits. The plot was plain STUPID! Don't read this book.
