The best!
The best book for the money, and I have read them all! Clearly explains MP3 and other aspects of digital music. Great CD, too.

Easy to understand, all-inclusive guide
I have read several books on MP3, and this is definitely the best for beginners. It explains all aspects of finding, playing, and creating MP3 files. While it is easy, it contains enough technical information for advanced users, as well.

The included CD is worth the price of the book, and is the best suite of MP3 programs and utilities I have seen!

Very good book!
This book opened my eyes to the craft. I see now what I had degraded for years in my christain family, I see that I was wrong. Mr. Maylone truel knows the craft. Though I will not ecome a witch I have a new respect for them after reading this book.

Great book for begining witches!
I loved it! I was a wondering occult practicioner when "Today's Witch" taught me what I needed to know, and how to learn more! I think the author deserves a thanks from all us new witches, thank you!

At last - a plausible explanation of this event.
The really amazing thing about this book is that it was written in the 60s. Yet, I often find "scholarly" books of recent publication that unnecessarily complicate this same material.

Brandon does a wonderful job of taking each major group in this event (i.e. the Romans, the establishment Jews, the rural Jews, and the Gentile (soon to be Christian) Jews) and explaining what they did (or probably did) and why their acts made sense to them.

By the end of this book you will understand that spin doctoring was alive and well in the 1st C. AD.

Accuracy Above Dogma
This book is a scholarly investigation into the trial and execution of Jesus Christ.

It is very well written and researched. It moves beyond the dogma and rhetoric of modern day Chirstianity and sheds ling on the realpolitics and dynamics of 1st Century Jerusalem.

You conclusions will be much more clear and concise after reading this book and your understanding of the times that led to the Crucifixion will be enlightened. I strongly recommend this book.

I actually found a job using this book!
I was given this book (not a very subtle hint), and while some of the techniques are a little out there, I did get a job as a computer draftsman by agreeing to work for next to nothing for a probationary period. I let them know up front that I had limited Autocad experience, but when they saw that I picked it up quickly they kept me on at 'normal' pay. I recommend this book highly

"America has much to learn"
about the heritage of our American Indians"- JFK. Thus begins this book that has an introduction by Pesident John F. Kennedy. In this book you will learn about the such diverse native cultures as the Inca, Toltecs, Aztecs, Cherokee, Seminole and Eskimoe, just to name name a few of the indigenous peoples explored. The illustrations, historical photographs and art work is spledid and quite lavish. Very informative, short histories on most of the major native cultures of the Americus. If you're into native culture this is a good book to add to your libray.

Find This If You Can
There is an unfortunate idea current, that sex was invented in the 20th century and before that Victorian ideas held sway all the way back to the dawn of time. This book is a refreshing antidote to that idea, with its merry quotations from over 2,000 years of erotic writings. It also has some examples of bowdlerized and direct translations, which are interesting not only in themselves but as a way of recognizing stealthy censorship. All in all, this is a marvelous resource.

The Bird Who Was Afraid to Clean the Crocodile's Teeth!
This is a darling, funny, rhyming book about a bird who's only way to eat is to clean a crocodile's teeth. It is a great story to teach us not to judge people, or in this case a crocodile, by their appearance. I think this is a topic that children in our society need to be taught, as well as a lot of adults. It's a charming, cute story with delightful illustrations. My 6 year old loved it.

Fantastic Advanced Level Ghost Hunting Book!
I have the authors first book, Ghost Hunter's Bible Definitive Edition, so I thought what the heck, lets check out his new book. WOW! This book was designed perfectly for advanced level ghost hunters. Different types of ghosts are broken down into separate categories. Each ghost is explained, detailed and described very accurately. The stories in this book are also amazing and are the icing on the cake. If you are a ghost hunter or someone series about studying occult subjects this is a good book to own. The writing is high quality and the pictures in this book are incredible. I am very happy with this book. I predict that The Book of Ghosts will go down in history as one of the most prominate ghost hunting references even written.

The Boy Who Burned Too Brightly
This book is an excellent representation of the typical student who has been diagnosed as Attention Deficit/Hyperactive Disorder. It give a realistic view of how these children are perceived and treated in school systems. It also presents many of the myths associated with these children and treatments or mistreatments associated with this syndrom. I highly recommend it for parents of children who have been diagnosed with this syndrom.

Best Children's book for my child this year
This was the book my daughter Elise enjoyed the most in her 4th grade class. A delightful account of how women shaped the country's destiny as our nation moved westward. I would highly recommend it for any young adult boy and girl who is interested in our past
