exceptional devotional
I have been reading this Bible through for 9 years and love it more each year. The insight into the Word from Oswald Chambers only enhances what the Holy Spirit shows us in the Word. Oswald Chambers loved Jesus Christ and listened so intently to the Holy Spirit as He spoke to him, that the devotionals placed before each day's reading only deepen the spiritual insight. How many books can you say that when you finish it on December 31, you can't wait to start reading it all over again on January 1?!!!

Hey, Its a Bible!
Well How do I review a Bible? Its great content is aided by its clear style of writing. I had a hard time with King James Version which is why I went to New King James. I like the way it says things in a more concise way without all of the antiquated language.

Possibility Thinkers Bible - The New King James Version
This edition of the Bible, Possibility Thinkers Bible, the New King James Version, was made available through the Sunday TV program by Robert Schuller who said that it contained the most beautiful English translation of the Bible available. Dr. Schuller was correct, in my view. This translation is quite beautiful and very easy to read. Previously I had read another translation in English which was frankly quite poorly and unevenly done. This New King James Version, Possibility Thinkers Bible, brought the Bible to life for me in everyday, beautiful English. My thanks go to the translators of the New King James Version. You did a wonderful job for the Lord God/Jesus Christ.

WHAT A FIND!!!!!!
I came across this book in a used book store a decided to read it. I had some interest in the story behind the discovery of King Tut and this book was full of information. It traces the beginnings of Howard Carter's search, the discovery, and the events that followed. I had no idea of the problems that Carter was faced with after the discovery. Perhaps there is some truth to the legend of "Tut's Curse" after all. I suggest that the book be read if you have any interest at all in the history surrounding one of the biggest archeological finds ever.

Clear and Concise
This was a very good study guide. I took this course via Independent Study, so it was nice to have a study guide that I could depend on. The book features a summary outline of the key concepts for each chapter along with 10 to 15 true/false questions, 10 to 20 fill-in-the-blanks, 10 to 15 multiple choice questions, and 2 to 4 excercises/problems. The fill-in-the-blanks are somewhat cheesy, but all the other types of questions make you think. There are answer keys for each chapter that even explain why the answer is what it is. The exercises/problems are good because they were usually a different scenario than what was used as an example in the textbook, so you got even more learning out of them before attempting homework problems in the text book. All in all, I recommend this study guide if you are looking for extra help with the answers available or if you are taking this course via independent study.

A wonderful book of codes to live by for modern day warriors
This is a terrific book! It's a slim volume, only about 100 pages, but chock-full of wisdom from ancient Chinese leaders and kings. It's amazing to read through this book and see how much is still pertinent in today's world, especially the business world. There are principles from six classic sources: Master Wei Lao; The Book of Three Strategies; The Book of Six Strategies; The Warrior Code of the Cavaliers; Wu Qi's Art of War, Sun Tzu's Art of War.

Topics covered include everything from warfare to statesmanship, governance to strategy, leadership and teamwork. Each writer has their own section, and there is a long table of contents in the beginning which lists each piece in the order in which they are presented. This book would make a great gift for any student of strategy, be they businessperson or merely scholar.
