It's okay
This is one of the good books in this series. It's more realistic then the latest ones. Enid is acting like a total snob, and I can't believe the way she is treating Liz just because she got into the "cool and popular sorioty" (I'm in College and there is no such thing as an "in crowd".) I was so glad when Enid got what was coming to her it really starts with the next book. Todd gets what's coming to him too. Speaking of Todd, he is a jerk, it was obvious from the way he just slept with Lauren that he would have slept with anyone as long as he loses his virginity. Jessica made really big mistake she sleeps with Mike MCAllery, whom she hardly knows and according to his rep. he could have had anything. Other than that the book is good, the scenes between Celine and Liz are hilarous. Tom and Liz have more chemistry then she and Todd ever had and I'm glad they end up together. And Liz ended up happy and Todd and Enid ended up depressed like Liz once was.

Interesting and Realistic!
This book is great! Everything about it is so interesting, and still realistic. Jessica Wakefield falls head-over-heels for Michael McAlley, despite all the warnings everyone has given her. She does something very big in this book, which I won't spoil, but you'll be surprised. Anyway, Mike and her have a very intense relationship, but she catches him with many other women and gets suspicious. Steven and Billie who live upstairs from Mike talk abotu Jessica and Mike's relationship a lot. Steven goes balistic. Elizabeth Wakefield is dealing with fitting in. Her ex-boyfriend, Todd Wilkins recently dumped her, and Tom Watts has a crush on her. But she's worried about her weight. This part in the book was very realistic. I am thin, and don't have weight problems, but while reading it the pain she was going throyugh with not having to eat such delicious food was very well written. It was so well-written I literally felt her pain. Even though I don't have weight issues and am in great shape, while reading I felt like I was worried about eating to much sweets. I totally felt for her. Todd Wilkins and Tom Watts, who are rivals both love Elizabeth. Tom and Liz work on a story for the WSVU news, but it may effect someone close to her. Meanwhile, William White, whom Celine loves is totally into Elizabeth. His obsession with her is way above normal. Anyway, back to Jessica and Mike. Jessica and Mike grow extremely close, and she does soemthing very, very big that will change her life forever. You will enjoy this book and I reccomend it to anyone. This book is great!

Warming up....
The only problem I had with this book was the fact that the Tom and Liz thing was beginning to get tedious. It's so irritating when you know that both characters like each other but are too scared to say anything in case they get rejected. Jessica's floating on cloud nine since she lost her virginity to Mike McAllery a tall dark handsome hunk of a man. Only problem is that he seems to love his women. I think Jess is kidding herself, I mean, twice she's caught him in the arms of another woman and yet she's willing to get him the benefit of the doubt. I think she made a big mistake by sleeping with him. Guys like that aren't worth it. Which leads me onto Todd. I cannot believe that he slept with Lauren Hill! Good for Liz, she did the best thing by waiting for the right moment to lose her virginity. At least she won't end up hurt like her sister. Celine is being a complete witch and spreading nasty rumours about Liz but, luckily Liz has found a friend in the form of Nina Harper. She'll soon put a cork in Celine's fat mouth. Although I wish someone would put a cork in Alexandra's mouth - ever since she's changed her image from dorky Enerd to sexy Alex, she's been nothing more than a royal pain in the you-know-what. Keep reading this gets better and better...

Emotional, romantic, sweet. One of the best!
Nick and Jessica show their true colors in this book- and show how much they love each other. Nick is so sweet and romantic with Jess when they meet at a safe house. Be prepared for tears! This book and the next book 'Love Me Always' will make you totally feel for Jess. Elizabeth thinks Tom slept with Dana, which is obviously true, but personally it shouldn't matter that he did because if she slept with Todd, well, it's just not her business and 'sweet Lizzie' shouldn't be getting involved. Another couple, Danny and Isabella, are also going through a tough time. Poor Isabella and Danny. You know they love each other, so why the heck is the author already seperating them? Other then the Liz-Tom-Dana drama it should be full of laughs because Oakley Hall is being invaded by high school girls and they all seem to really like Winston- expecially Brenda and Denise starts to get a little jealous. This book is the best one of the whole SVU series! You won't be disappointed!

The best emotional Sweet Valley University book.
This book is very sad, full of emotions, from Tom and Liz, to Winston and Denise, to Jessica and Nick, and Isabella and Danny. This book makes you want to curl into bed and read all day long, so make sure you have a free day, because you won't want to put it down. This book is really good and heart touching! Be prepared for a few tears!

Great book! Very emotional and romantic!
This book was excellent!! It was very romantic and emotional. Jessica Wakefield helps save Nick Fox when Clay Dipalma hurts him. She also tells him something very important CLay said. So, Jess wants to testify, but Nick knows it's too danegrous so he offers to testify instead to prove that Clay killed Steve Riveira. They have to pretend to be broken up for awhile, so Clay won't try to hurt Jess to stop Nick from testifying. Soon lots of emotional things occur and Nick tells Jessica that he has to give her a bodyguard that will pose as her new boyfriend. He's a rookie cop named Graham Stevens. Anyway, she's really sad and disspointed, but she agrees. Then, on her date with Graham, she begs him to get Nick to meet ehr soemplace. Graham agrees and arrages her and Nick to meet by his house up in the mountains. So they reunite, and Nick and Jess get really intimate, romantic, and Nick is so sweet and romantic with her. He gives her a night to remember, and they even go in the hot tub together. It's really romantic and sweet. They toast to their relationship lasting forever. Meanwhile, Elizabeth Wakefield has a feeling that her boyfriend, Tom Watts slept with Dana Upshaw. After finding a condom package under his bed with seven missing, presumed used, she has a feeling he used with Dana. Meanwhile, Danny Wyatt feels coonfused and depressed, but he finally visits Isabella. Also, Everett girls are in Oakley Hall for a visit, and they are all after Winston Egbert, especially Brenda. Denise Waters feels jealous. Anyway, the parts with Nick and Jessica are really romantic, emotional, and sad. The night they shared was so romantic, emotional, and memorable. This book is great!

I LUV this book!
This is one of the best SVHSY books, because it focuses on all the characters. Will invites Melissa to dinner, and she lies and says she has a family thing. Her secret plan was to actually meet Will and take him to dinner herself. Only when she came to pick him up at the zine office, he was kissing erika brooks! Meanwhile, Maria finds a bunch of flowers on her desk and figuires they are from Ken. So she buys him two tickets to see Friction. When he sees the tickets, he buys her earrings, so she buys him balloons! But Ken never sent her the flowers in the first place, because they agreed to keep valentines day low-key. They eventually find out and have a good laugh about it. Also, Liz is finally over Conner and totally ready for someone new. She starts getting secret admirer notes, but the author doesnt tell who it is. (well, actually I KNOW who it is. I think its Jeffrey French. Im pretty sure its him.) Jessica, on the other hand, shares a nice valentines day with jeremy. Tia has no boyfriend, but she got flowers thinking they were from trent, but they were really from jessica, because jessica wanted to get tia and trent back together. Andy thinks Dave does not want to be seen in public with him when he sees him in the park, but Dave apologizes and they make up.Basicly, it's a great love story!

Romantic (or not) Day!
This book was revloving around one thing- Valentine's day and how everyone takes it. I was so glad to see Liz FINALLY move on with the whole-Conner-thing. She deserves better treatment! I wasn't really sure who it was-Liz's secret admirer is a BIG surprise to me! I'm glad Jessica and Jeremy are doing so well. I think Jade and Evan are over-analyzing everything, and Ken and Maria's day was really funny-but kinda predictable. Andy's day is pretty good-he sees Dave again. Conner and Alanna--unnnmmmm...

Be Mine!
This was one of the best Sweet Valley Senior Year books. It was mainly about Liz and gets a secret admirer. It sorta left you hanging in the end, but i think it is jeffrey because in one of the future SVSY books the description says jeffrey is elizabeth's boyfriend now. It was also about the will/erika saga and how melissa catches them kissing. Anyway it was full of suspense and stuff and was REALLY good.

Incredible!
Jessica Wakefield was almost raped by her former boyfriend, James Montgomery. In this book she deals with it, and finds the effort to speak up. Her ex-husband, Michael McAllery has some kind things to say to her. Elizabeth Wakefield supports her also. Meanwhile, Lila and Bruce fall in love, and Alexandra falls in love on the campus hotline. Maia Stillwater gets the courage to speak up. It sends James down. This book deals with rape and sexual assault greatly. This book is excellent!

Great Book!!!!
This is one of my favorite Sweet Valley University books. It deals with serious issues, and I reccomend it to anyone. Jessica Wakefield, who was assulted by her former boyfriend, James Montgomery, is wondering what she should do about it. Maia, who was raped by James, is afraid to speak up. Jessica was afraid, at first, but eventually spoke up. Also, she has a trial with James in court. Elizabeth totally supports her, as do Steven and Billie. Also, her former husband, Michael McAllery says a few kind words to her. Anyway, Jessica deals with the fact that James almost raped her, and hopes that people will believe her. Meanwhile, Alexandra Rollins fidns love on the campus hotline, little does she know who he really is. Lila and Bruce fall madly in love and are rescued. Anyway, back to the Jessica/James trial. It was so beautiful! The way Jessica felt confident was so wonderful! And when Maia testified, I was so proud of her. Also, the march was awesome! The way it built up Jessica's confidence was great. The trial was awesome, too. This book deals a lot with date rape and sexual assualt. Jessica and Maia helped save a lot of people. Also, Mike McAllery is so sweet to Jessica. Anyway, this book is a must have!

Take Back the Night #10--a review
I think the first 11 SVU books are the best ever-written. this particular book follows Jess/James' trial, and has a relieving, courageous (Maia) outcome. It deals with the outcome of rape-assault, and I think the book emphasizes the importance of speaking out! I think the male reactions in the book are pretty realistic...and Jessica's fear, the whole thing is just so REAL! I also like the march on-campus, I know a lot of colleges are doing those nowadays.

But she cant stop the bullies at school who pick on Ronald because Damon is always watching. But Damon gets mad at Jess cause she isnt doing anything! But finally in the end, she sticks up for Ronald and Damon asks her out in a really sweet way! READ THIS BOOK!!!!!!!

This book was awesome
This book was great. It was mostly about Jessica, Damon, Bethel and Kristan. It also brings back the annoying charcters of Justin and Matt. he ending was so sweet-but I don't want to give to much away. You should definetly read this book.

You have to read this book.
Too Popular is one of my favorites in the Sweet Valley Jr. High Series. I also like #19 She Loves Me...Not. It's probably my favorite. I highly suggest you read this book, because it is really good. I was glad to see Jessica and Damon start going out, and it was soo sweet how he asked her!

Intelligent monster book
Dance of Death splits it's story 2 ways - there is the one set later in the century of the 1700's, and one set back a wee while when the characters first come about. This is an excellent idea and is used very well. We get to know the true nature of the characters, their motives and their ideas better. And it is all encapturing in its story, usually with these sorts of books, it's just like there is one great story you wanna keep reading, and the other one is really dragging on and you don't want to read it but you have to so you understand the ending. All the stories in this book are interesting, fun and really intelligent, so you are never bored. R.L. Stine uses descriptive language and good puncuation. If there was one flaw in this book, its that it may kind of leer itself off into the land of the ridiculous occassionally, but not very often. A great Fear Street read!

a really really good book!!!
this was one of the best books i have. this is about a girl name madeline which this story goes during the 1700s fallin in love with a young doctor name justin fier who lives next door to her cousins house which she was sent to live there. but later she is warned by an old woman and a ghost to stay away from him becuase he hides a terrible secret. later in the end she discovers his terrible dark secret. this is really a good book i recommend it 2 any1 who loves these kinds of books.

"This is an EXCELLENT book"
This book is totally superb! It keeps you on your toes, and saying "don't go to him, he's EVIL" and "run far away, don't let your aunt and uncle talk you into marrying him"!!! Stine produced the perfect amount of detail and suspense. I really think that anyone who likes mystery and horror books should definatly read this book.

It's a Sweet Life
Elizabeth Wakefield plays a modern-day Robin Hood, taking money from a party fund and giving it to a poor, homeless family at Christmas time. When she is caught she feels absolutely awful, everyone is mad at her and she whispers,"I wish I had never been born."Enter her guardian angel,Laura,a wise-cracking hippy chick from the 1960's.Just like in the classic film,It's a Wonderful Life,Elizabethh will be shown what life would be like without her,and realizes that we are all here for a reason and that she is very special. Also,Laura is fun to read about as she is so funny!

one of the more touching books in the series
Elizabeth Wakefield has been put in charge of her school's party money. But Elizabeth decides that a poor family needs the money more, and gives it to them, hoping her friends will understand. But her plan backfires when the family still doesn't have the money to move into the apartment, and her friends are furious with her. So Elizabeth, upset, goes to the Sweet valley Mall and silently wishes that she had never been born.
Elizabeth meets up with a girl who claims to be her guardian angel, who shows her how important she really is.
By far one of the more touching books in the Sweet Valley Twins series, "A Christmas Without Elizabeth" is a touching yet funny story about Christmas.

BEST BOOK IN THE SERIES!!!!!!!!!!!
Elizabeth has the responsibility of taking care of the money for the school's Christmas party, but instead gives it to Al and Suzannah Glass so they can have a home for the holidays. When Jessica demands where she put the money, Elizabeth has to tell Jess that she lost it. In the chaos of having to cover up the fact that she gave away the school's money, Elizabeth gets everyone mad at her. When she wishes that she had never been born, her wish comes true. A girl named Laura, who claims to be her guardian angel, shows her just how important she really is. Through a series of humorous and tragic incidents, Elizabeth learns that you have to stick around, because everything may turn out to be all right. I liked this book because everthing was described in such a realistic way, you feel as if you're in the middle of the story, watching every event, hearing every wisecrack (compliments of Laura), and seeing how every plot turns out. Overall, this is the best book I have ever read. I've read it six times, each time better than the last. I highly recommend this book.

Fearless #6: Payback -- a worthy addition to the series.
Gaia Moore is excited about her newest friend, Mary Moore. She's fun, she's smart, she's exciting, and she's daring. But someone is preying on her. Someone is taking advantage of her. And Gaia knows one thing : nobody messes with her friends...

payback
when a guy at school asks gaia to a party she reluctantly goes. is her social life looking up? she has friends, goes to parties
and the end crowd just can't stand it. but when gaia's new friend
is raped, it is up to gaia to find the creeps and turn them over to the authorities. can gaia never have a life like a normal teenager without complications? this was a decent book but not one of the better ones. that is why it only has four stars.

Young girls are being raped...or they are not sure...
Gaia starts to go to school parties, and even slightly fits in and flirts with one of the hottest boys at school. Heather and Sam have a major problem and Heather gets drunk and sleeps with this one guy...except she cant remember sayind yes so shes not sure if its rape. The next day a girl claims she was rape, and its up to Gaia to find out who...

The whole rape thing was DISGUSTING, and so was the whole sex circle. I bet guys do that in real life, though. Its sick. But i like how Francine tells us EXACTLY what can happen in real life. She doesn't make things up. People really are raped out there and guys really do have sex circles behind our backs. There really are serial killers and drug dealers that kill to get their money. People really do these type of things, and this series is about a girl who try to change things in the world by kicking some twisted peoples butts.

The Best!
If I could I'd give this book a 11! Now I have said before that other books were the best, but this one was really the best. I started reading it the night I got it and I told myself I was going to bed after chapter 5, but after that chapter I was hooked, I just couldn't put it down. After every chapter I told myself I was going to bed, but I would always tell myself, "just one more chapter", until the whole book was read . That was the fastest time I've ever read a book. It only took me 2 hours, then I finally went to bed! You must read this book, cause it really is the best!!

Runaway a review by Joe
Have you ever heard of a girl with telekinetic powers? Well in the book Runaway a girl named Felicia has powers to move things with her mind. One problem, she couldn't control her powers. So she became a runaway. After he escaped all the tests people were doing on her she went to a town called Shadyside. There she met a boy called Nick and his girlfriend Zan, short for Alexandria. Felicia became runaway because at her old town she killed two people. Zan found out about her secret and tried to kill her. Next her friend Debbie tried to kill her. Do you think she think survived?
While I was reading the book, I was on the edge of my seat. Everyday I read two to four chapters. When I was reading the book I pictured I was in the book watching everything. Everyday when I was in school I couldn't wait until my study hall so I could read the book. One weekend I stayed up from 9:00pm to 1:00am finishing the book. I absolutely could not put the book down. The book had so much action and excitement. That is what I look for in a book.
Felicia, the protagonist, is tall, slender, brown eyes, and long brown hair. Her personality traits are nice, caring, helpful, concerned, generous and courageous. She showed she was helpful by helping out at the Burger Basket. She showed she was courageous when the Burger Basket started on fire and people were still trapped inside the building. She went inside and cleared the fire with her telekinetic powers. She has a couple of strengths and weaknesses. Her strengths are that she has telekinetic powers. Her weaknesses are that she cannot control them. They just go off when ever they feel like it. An example is when she was in school, she felt the powers swell inside of her, then they just burst out and a row of lockers began to tremble and books began to slam against the lockers.
Felicia seems like a nice girl. She seems she would help out no matter what the situation. She acted strange a few times but people got used to it, except for Zan. It seems like she had a lot of adventures. This was a good book, I hope you read it.

The Runaway
Have you ever had telekinetic powers and want to get rid of them? Well, a girl named, Felicia, in Runaway by R.L.Stine did. Before her telekinetic powers start up again, she wanted to run away. However, everyone knew she had these powers and that her two best friends were dead as a door nail because of them. Rather than staying where she was, Felicia ran away from her family and friends to a small town called Shadeyside. There she meet two new wonderful friends. Their names were Zan and Nick. They got her a job cooking hamburgers at a local resturant, and seemed pretty nice. Zan Nick and Felicia stayed friends for quite a long time. One day, Felicia, overheard two boys talking about how they can't watch a man's cat while he was on a vacation anymore. She needed the money and a place to sleep at night, so she asked them if she could watch the cat. They said sure, why not. The next day at work, Zan told her to change the light bulb in the storage room. When she got there, the room was flooded with water like an indoor pool. When she took the light bulb out of it's socket, it started a fire. No one was hurt and everyone got out safly. That night, when Felicia entered the den area of the man's home, it looked like a hurricane had hit. There were papers off the desk and on the floor. Just a she was about to clean up the papers, she noticed there was blood on the walls, too. When Felicia went to wipe the blood off the walls, she realized it was only red paint. The thought that someone knows who I really am scared her silly. When Felicia is about to runaway agian, someone finds out who she really is. Who could it be? Ladies and gentlemen, I invite and encourage you to read this fabulous book, Runaway, by R.L. Stine.
