Great!
It was great but it was a little to nerve racking. I couldn't put it down I even got in trouble for reading it to much in class.

Great book!
Jessica thinks that James Montgomery is the perfect guy- but he tries to rape ehr on a date. Elizabeth finds out that he raped Maia Stillwater, also. Meanwhile, Lila and Bruce are trapped together in the wilderness. Alex calls the campus hotline. Tom wants to go to the next step with Liz.

Serious issues...
The main reason why I enjoy the University series so much, is because it seems to allow the development of serious issues such as racism, date rape, sex, and so on. This particular book explores the notion of date rape and is developed particularly well with Jessica falling for handsome and athletic James Montegomery, a guy who seems too good to be true. Unfortunately, it seems that James is a guy with a few skeletons in his closet and it's up to Elizabeth to reveal the truth to Jessica before it's too late.

Who's cooler, Jessica or Elizabeth?
Elizabeth makes some neat earings. Jessica says they are dorky, but the kids in school think that they are awesome! Jessica goes around saying it was her idea and she starts selling them! Jessica tells a bunch of lies. It was all Elizabeth's idea, but can Elizabeth prove it?

I liked this book a lot. It was very interesting.

One of the best Sweet Valley Twins books!
This book is really good. It's about two twins, Elizabeth and Jessica. Elizabeth makes these Halloween earings. Jessica tells her twin they are dorky. Elizabeth threw out the earings.
Later, Jessica remembered she had to do her art project. She took Elizabeth's earings. The earings were her art project. In school, every thought the earings were the coolest thing. Jessica said it was her idea, but it's not. She starts selling the earings! One day when Jessica was gathering acorns. (She needed acorns because the earings were made out of them. She was making more of earings to sell.) Elizabeth saw her gathering them and she asked why. Jessica said it was for a baby squirrel. (That's a lie!) Elizabeth wrote it in the school newspaper called The Sixers. Everyone is voting for Jessica to be The Sweet Valley Middle School Queen of Halloween! She doesn't deserve it. How can Elizabeth let everyone know SHE made the earings and Jessica lied?

Wow!
I really liked this book and I think that it has a moral lesson.

You see, Elizabeth makes these totally beautiful, cool and funky earrings. Of course, even though she's not really cruel, Jessica criticizes the earrings and hurts Elizabeth's feelings. So Elizabeth throws them away, which was totally WRONG.

Then Jessica suddenly has an idea and uses the earrings as "her" art project because she couldn't think of anything that could be a suitable project. Everybody at school oohs and aahs, so Jessica pretends they're her IDEA. There are a lot of twists and turns.. Let me just say that it's really great and that it reminds me of "The Telltale Heart". Read the book, because you won't regret it. L8er! ^_^

Gaia finds out some more so-called "truths."
The entire Fearless series just isn't what it used to be. It's still entertaining, but I'm afraid that our little Gaia has changed tremendiously, she's not nearly as hard as she used to be. The author writes her differently now. She's more flighty, and far more susceptible to danger for some reason. I miss the old days, I miss Mary, I miss Ed worshiping the ground that she walked on.
However, these are new days. And Gaia seems to have fallen into another one of the Orginization's little schemes, even with Loki gone. We meet some interesting new characters, ones that I'm positive will be showing up again in the near future. And one highly entertaining, to say the least, revelation is made. Jake plays an interesting role in the book, a much larger one. (Didn't you just see that one coming?) As well as "Ana," a.k.a. Tatiana.
I, personally, don't understand the "Super Edition" books at all. After the first one, the series continued on as though that book had never happend. Until, ofcoarse this one. This is the only book since then that I've heard Gaia make any reference to the Saints and Sailors monument-any of it. However in this one we atleast have some conception of when it's taking place, and in the previous one, nil.
All in all, it's a pretty good book. Francine really gives us the runaround though and it gets really confusing. However by the end, it's just another messed up chapter in Gaia's life. I think the only really good that's going to come of the events in this book later on are the characters.

Worth the money, the wait, the everything
As I picked up the newest Super Edition, I was a little dismayed to find that it was taking place in some kind of alternate setting than the regular series. I guess it was to be expected based on the other Super, but this one is even more obscure, especially after you read the preview for #28 and find that it picks up exactly where #27 left off. But don't let that stop you. It was slow going at first for me, but the further I traveled through the book, and the heavier the situation got, the more I couldn't wait to get to the end.

I found Gaia's newfound mental desposition more than a little irritating, but it was I guess nice to see her so out of it for a change. It makes you appreciate the Gaia we're all used to so much more.

By the time I got to the end, I found myself like Jake more and more. I'd been intrigued with him ever since #25. Now he's definitely considered someone to cheer for. And although he doesn't take Sam's place in my heart, I do consider him a nice break from the emotional storm that is her relationship with the other men in her life.

We don't get any information on Tom's whereabouts or Loki's condition, but we do oddly get some kind of "insight" into Katia's mortality. The book gets so convincing at times that I found myself second-guessing Gaia's past right along with her.

The ending is so unbelieveably climactic and shocking that it just blew me away. We also find out how far the Organization is willing to go to secure a stake in the Moore family, it seems for much longer than we dared thought. Gaia isn't the only target it seems.

I won't spoil the surprise, but I will say that this does rival Super #1 in its ability to deconstruct your expectations, while simultaeously building up all kinds of new facts that the reader most likely never considered in their wildest dreams. I recommend buying this today.

Another superb super edition
In this new long awaited Super Edition, Gaia awakes to find herself in Fort Meyers, Florida, thousands of miles from "home", in a mental institution called Rainhill. Gaia has no recollection of how she got there or why. She only knows she has to get out. After wreaking havoc trying to convince everybody she isn't mentally insane she finally meets the enigmatic Dr.K, a man Gaia is sure will finally understand how desperate she is to get out of Rainhill and back home. However the meeting doesn't go as planned and Dr. K begins to instill new theories about her "fearlessness". Deeper secrets are revealed about her mother Katia and the depths of "The Organization's" schemes. The ending, like the previous Super Edition, will blow you away.

The time period of this book seems to be right after SHOCK. The only character present in this book from the series is Jake, the mysterious new guy. I must say though after reading this book Jake entered the same league as Ed and Sam in my mind. It looks like Gaia might actrually find true love in a guy you would have never thought of. Jake definitely does have more in common with her.

Anyway can't wait to read the next Fearless and see how this Super Edition fits in. Definitely will enjoy Jake much more!

Try not to to break a rib
this book kept me laughing throughout the whole thing. Especially snooty veronica. since when do 12 year olds get this much freedom?

Heaps Fun
This is a really fun book with all the 12 year old couples mixed up and going to heaps of dances where they make idiots of themselves and stuff.Omigod, what happens to Amy is so mean and hilarious. The Unicorns make her dress up in all sorts of weird stuff, and Ken laughs at her.

Fun to read!
The Sweet Valley Twins series is great. I recommend it. This is one of the most fun books in the series, and the most scandalous. Everyone is switching boyfriends at the school dance, and it's one heartbreak after another. This book is fun to read and I really enjoyed it. (However, I didn't quite understand why Veronica was in this book. She never came back for any of the other books.) But it's a fun read and I recommend it!

AWFUL!!!!!!!!!!
It really makes me wonder whether the Americans really do perceive us as a bunch of prudish snobs. If this book is any indication of this - then I am very worried. Elizabeth manages to have 'tea' with the Queen - yeah right! I have spent 19 years in England, and have not even been inside Buckingham Palace - let alone have had 'tea' with the Queen! God! How juvenile! Come on Kate and Francine - don't underestimate us - we may read Sweet Valley, but that doesn't necessarily mean that we are complete fools! Also, I cannot believe that Liz and Jess are completely stupid as to not recognise the Queen's daughter with glasses and a dye job - yes, I can really understand that!!

Amazing!
A real thriller. It keeps your interest until the end. I read it in a day.
It is about the Wakefield twins, who go to London to work for a newspaper. There, Jessica finds a rich guy who she falls in love with. But there is a problem. He's suspected of being a wolfman, especially by Elizabeth and her new boyfriend, Luke. But Jessica doens't believe it. She is sure she will find the real wolfman. Elizabeth thinks Jessica is in danger, because she doesn't know that she is in more!

scary!
Read this if you don't mind scary books with just a slight gory edge.Which of the twins is dating a boy who enjoys ripping peoples throats out??

Read Sweet Valley Twins,they're great
Elizabeth Wakefield is the pretty young middle school student who edits and writes for the class paper,The Sixers. Her best friends,Maria and Amy also write for the paper, and when they hear of a competition for newspaper agony-aunts to win a desktop publishing system, they coax Elizabeth into becoming..tralala!!!...Dear-Elizabeth.Soon everyone wants Elizabeth's advice, faster than she can type. She becomes so busy she can't keep up with her household jobs or even her schoolwork. And as soon as her advice starts to go wrong, everyone in the school blames and abuses her.Has she lost all of her friends??

ESIA
elizAbetH bEcomeS An advicE Columnist

but people rely on her good advice too much and blame her when things turn out wrong. the book portrays how elizabeth puts too much pressure on herself, tries to be too strong, feels the need to be perfect, and never asks for help.

Yeah, right!
I really liked this book, but I didn't like the way all the kids ganged up on her. I mean, they can't expect Elizabeth to write a few words and then just sit back and wait for everything to be alright. I also hated the way Elizabeth just let them blame her for everything. Doesn't she have any dignity? Overall the book was alright.

It was okay....
Usually this book is about Elizabeth, worried about Conner and having some kind of feelings for Evan...
While single Jessica wants Evan and wants Liz to stop cheating on Conner and not liking Evan instead. But I say that Miss Jessica has to stop being ALL jealous of everyone that wants someone that she has to like.
She should mind her own business, in fact. In this book, I actually feel sorry for Melissa. It is a good thing that she starts to "move on" without Will. Conner finally apologizes to Tia and Elizabeth. Which I thought it was loyal of him.
Evan and Liz should be a couple. Well, because he's a fun, smart, and a humorous perosn to hang with. If I were Liz, I would go for it. Maybe he has long hair and all, but I think that they would be a great couple.
But Conner was never the kind of guy that would give Liz comfort and a lot of funtime with him. I'm actually surprised that Melissa goes to the dance with Ken. But I say that Ken should back together with Maria. Until she's not crabby or anything to him.
Oh, and Tia and Liz finally make up. Andy has to improve his grades with going to college and all. SO this book was okay.
Now, this is what I would give to the main characters in this book with their attitude and all.

Jessica: 3 stars/out of 5
Elizabeth:4/5
Evan: 5/5
Conner: 4/5
Andy: 5/5
Melissa: 4/5
Will: 1/5 LOL
Ken: 4/5

So in my opinion, I think that of their act in this book. So read this book. If you want to.

Falling Apart
This book was pretty good but the not best SVHSY.The best part about it was when you realised that Jeremy and Jessica(the perfect couple)might get together again. All because Jade gave Jeremy this really soppy card while Jeremy gave her this just friends one.Jade begins to flirt again because she doesn't want Jeremy to feel sorry for her.
Conner's off living with his dad and enjoying his total freedom until he goes overboard with the alcohol and ends up in hospital. Will he admit he has a problem? This question is answered in the book. Also Andy has to start getting serious about his future. It's college application time and Andy's grades are not that good. Will he be able to get into college? This might seem a bit vague but I don't want to spoil anything major. You don't actually find out if he gets accepted or anything but you do find out how he tries to get into a good college.
The other storyline which the book is supposed to be centered around is that since Conner took off Elizabeth has been taking comfort in the friendship of Evan Plummer. But does she want it to become something more? Also Jessica wanted Evan to take her to the homecoming dance but since he's going with Liz that's not possible. So Jessica is ignoring Elizabeth and trying to make her feel guilty.
I like this book because it is a fairly easy read and the diary bits between chapters are interesting to haer the characters point of view. This book may not be the best but it's important because many plot lines get started i.e.Jessica or Jade?Elizabeth with Evan?Ken and Melissa? Will Andy get into college?
If these sound interesting go out and find a copy of this book.
Happy reading!!

Falling Apart
Oh my gosh!! FINALLY Conner wakes up! It's about time! I cried so hard when I read them breaking up... sorry, yes, they break up! That whole Liz and Evan thing is [***]! Liz is in love with Conner, even though he hurt her, and if that's not enough, SHE BROKE UP WITH HIM A FEW DAYS AGO! come on, Liz! Wake up! That whole thing in the end about jess being [mad] at jeremy because he was visualing dancing w/ jess was soo funny! "jeremy looks happy. da[r]n." that was great. overall, this book was sad but good!

Jessica the TV Star

Jessica or Elizabeth
This book was about when Todd Wilkens by accedent tells Jessica that he is making a movie and can use her but he doesn't know Elizabeth is ill so Jessica goes to his house to do it and Elizabeth gets suspicouis because Steven is also going over and so Elizabeth goes to Todds house and everybody finds out a lesson and then Elizabeth Todd AND Jessica all get to do it.

The twins are the TV star
When Elizabeth was absent from school, Jessica didn't tell Elizabeth that she pretended to be Elizabeth and appeared in a television movie. I thought she were wrong to lie. the last of the story, I was happy Jessica and Elizabeth appeared in a television movie!

"Lights! Camera! Action!"
While second-grader Elizabeth Wakefield is home sick with a stomachache, Jessica Wakefield pretends to be her twin sister for fun. However, when Todd Wilkins invites her to play a small part in a TV movie that's being filmed at his house (thinking that she's Liz), Jessica is conflicted about whether or not she should tell Liz--or just take the part for herself since she really wants to be on TV.

Whether or not Jessica learns her lesson by the end of the story is never really crucial to any Sweet Valley book--including this one--since Jessica always acts the same--selfish and underhanded--by the next book. Still, for those of you who are Jessica fans, you might like this 16th addition to the Sweet Valley Kids series. Recommended for readers age 5 - 8.

Go Jess!
This is a good book in which Jessica learns how to put away rivalry and vicious competition and to work with a difficult girl competitor in order to win a gymnastic competition fairly, and not because that competitor has been injured.Jess shows great maturity and initiative and is a noble role-model in this book.

SOME FLAWS
I think that this was a good book but there were some major, major flaws n it!!!!! I am a retired elite gymnast so I know 4 a fact that Jessica could not have been that good if she had not done gymnastics b-4. There were some other little flaws 2!!!!!!!!

Pretty good, except for the sabotaging.
I think this was a pretty good book, except for the sabotaging. (person from South Africa, you're right: this book is a little silly cuz of the sabotaging). Jessica and Dawn didn't like each other at first, when they saw how good the other was at gymnastics and wanted to ruin their rountine, but when Jessica started going over to Dawn's school and helping her practice gymnastics, Dawn started softening up a little, and they became pretty good friends. Besides the sabotaging, this book was pretty good. I have to say: this is a MUST READ book.

My opinion
I have only read a couple of SVU thrillers but this one I liked the least. I think this one is scary and disgusting the way so many people are murdered for no reason so I think that only people who like murder and gore in books should buy this one. If I would have known what kind of a book this was I never would have bought it but it's your choice so you choose.

Good book, could have been better
Gosh, trouble just has a way of finding the Wakefield twins, doesn't it?? Seems like they should have gone looney by now with all of the murders they narrowly escaped! Well, this book had a very interesting and creative plot, but I think it could have been more suspenseful if we did not know who the villans were. That kind of took away from the book. It was still very good though!!

The best SVU thriller Ive read so far.
I have read a lot of the Sweet Valley books and a lot of the thriller editions. This has been the best one ever. The plot was interesting and creative. it kept me hooked. I finished reading it in two hours. I think this book would make a great movie.
