I read this book in one sitting and found it to be very informative. In outlining the basis for an existentialist psychoanalysis, Sartre gives interesting and riveting existential perspectives on the human situation. I would recommend anyone with an interest in philosophy, psychology, and the human situation in general to give this book a try.

I am a high school student who uses this book, and I believe this is a great book. Students learn simple phrases and expressions, and later on they learn to conjugate verbs and Spanish grammar. I recommend this book to anyone who wishes to learn Spanish.

This book is absolutely great. With very easy to read text and super photos. I got it for my friends for christmas and even for my Dad.

This book recounts, in meticulous and fascinating detail, the inside, untold story of the famous architect, and the not-yet-famous educators who dreamed of a home of their own that would grow with and around their young family. A wonderful read, full of personalities and the unexpected challenges of this daring young couple's audacious undertaking of building an "outside the box" home in the 1930s. Hanna Honeycomb house underwent careful reinforcement after it was severely damaged in the 1989 Loma Prieta earthquake, and is once again available for docent tours. Contact Stanford University, where the home, long ago called "a monstrosity" by other faculty, remains a viable part of the education institution that sustained and grew the young homeowners and their infamous architect. The ashes of the writers, Jean and Paul Hanna, remain lovingly buried on the property, near the home they dreamed, built, adored, and shared with the world.

The book is systematic and explains in easy language the various grammatical rules...If you can have only one book this is it!

EASY TO UNDERSTAND. EXCEPTIONAL BOOK FOR BEGINNERS.THE METHOD USED BY THE AUTHORIS EXCELLENT.

I have used this book in my classroom for many years. The information is excellent and there are many wonderful activities. The activities are based on different grade levels and support the various chapters. This book can be used for students from Kindergarten through 6th grade and each grade level will get more and more out of it. The children love reading about whales, doing the activities and even becoming a giant whale themselves. This book can be an entire semester's unit.

John Calvin is among the clearest, and most systematic of the Reformers. "Instruction in Faith" is an early work, written when Calvin was no more than 29 years of age. In this small volume Calvin has no polemic goals in mind. He is only interested in expounding Biblical Christianity, as he understands it, with as much pith and perspicacity as he is able. It is a superb introduction to Calvin and the Reformers and a nonpareil brief systematic theology. Indeed, it is in that capcity that the volume has the greatest value. I know of no more succinct summation of Christian doctrine (excepting, of course, the Westminster Shorter Catechism and in many ways I prefer this) and certainly know of no other with an author of comparable authority. This is well worth the time of any Christian young or old. Paul Fuhrmann's introduction is quite informative as well.
