The Salution of the mystery
I think the best part of this book was that they had a carnival and everyone was happy . It was a great book. I like went they solve the mystery. That was fun to but the only thing was that I don't like chapter books. I think chapter books are to long but this one was ok. I recommend anyone to read this book. Click!
Cam Jansen has a incredible memory. One day Cam and her friend Eric Shelten thought they saw a U.F.O. Cam's real name is Jennifer. But when people discovered her memory, they started to call her Camera. But soon they shortened Camera and started to call her Cam. Whenever Cam tries to remember something, she always says click. I like the Cam Jansen books a lot.

There's a photography contest!
Cam Jansen and her friend, Eric Shelton have a mystery to solve! They were looking for the perfect picture that would win them a prize in a photography contest. Who expected that they would get a picture of a U.F.O.!?!? But is it really a U.F.O.? Follow along with them while they figure out what's going on. You'll have a lot of fun.

Very good concept. Mediocre Execution
not a bad book. I felt coverage could be much much better. Referencing would enhance the value of the text. Cost is too high for a simple Q&A book.

Excellent review
Fast final review just before boards. Probably picked up 30 additional questions that I would not have known.

This is a very nice book on the Holocaust
This book, We remember the holocaust, is a very good book. It is very discriptive and gives some very nice pictures. It has some nice opinions and sayings of what some people said after the holocaust. It also interviewed some people who have actually survived the holocaust. This book is a very imformative book and is pretty fun to read.

we remember the holocaust review
WE REMEMBER THE HOLOCAUST IS A GOOD BOOK BECAUSE IT FIRST HAND HISTORY. FIRST OF ALL THE PEOPLE IN THIS BOOK LIVED THROUGH HELL. I FELT LIKE I WAS THERE. THIS IS THE BEST BOOK BECAUSE THE PEOPLE TELLING IT LIVED THROUG IT.

Can you solve it?
Cam (a shortened nickname from "camera") Jansen has a photographic memory. Along with her friend Eric Shelton, she solves a mystery. The young reader is challenged to pay attention to clues and solve the mystery as well. This is a transitional book aimed at the beginning reader who is starting on short chapter books. The full-color illustrations are appropriate for the story. A memory game is included. This is seventh in a series that should make beginning readers feel successful.

Youg Cam Jonsen
Cam Josen is a little girl that has an amazing memory. She loves reading mysteries. I like to read all the books of Cam Jonsen. I like to read mystery books like Cam. This book showed me that any thing I have,I must keep in a safe place, where could remember where I put it. This story is a perfect story for kids of my age. I engoyed this book and I liked it.

great book for first graders
This is a great book for your first grader to step up to the next level with. This book is perfect for catching your young scolars intrest in reading.

my daughter loves Cam Jansen
While my daughter, age 3 1/2, is younger than the targeted readers of this series, she has loved Cam Jansen since she was 2. These stories are wonderfully written and illustrated and they encourage children to think. My daughter has red hair and brown eyes just like Cam, and now she wants to have long hair like Cam. I highly recommend all of the Cam Jansen books.

Not just for Early Readers
...We have most of the Young Cam Jansen paperbacks and recommend them unreservedly for other real-along parents, especially parents of young girls. Less-than-ideal personalities, personal conflicts and misunderstandings are all presented, WITH good resolutions, character modeling, and handling of sticky situations.

The main character is a self-confident, intelligent girl thinker and investigator, with a boy as her best friend. Not exactly typical, and not for ultraconservative parents who think that only boys should use their minds and have adventures.

One particularly nice aspect is that most of the stories take place outside of a public-school setting, recognizing that most discovery and meaningful social interactions take place outside of that institution -- a point not lost on homeschooling-minded parents. The one public-school setting (see the "Lost Tooth" mystery) is in the Art class, where creativity and fun are the dominant theme.

Get and read the Young Cam Jansen series!....

Cam Jansen book lover
This book was not the best Cam Jansen. It was a little boring. I love most of Cam Jansen's books. Cam Jansen and the mystery of the Carnival Prize is my favorite so far.

Cam Janson
This book is about a girl named Cam Janson or her real name Jennifer Janson. She thinks the man in the yellow house is a robber. The woman she keeps chasing because she thinks she is bad.
This was a great book. Its a good book for mystery that's why I liked it so much. I want to read this again!

LOT'S 'O PRO'S, NO CONS
I LOVE THIS BOOK! IT'S ALWAYS MAKES YOU THINK AND CAM CAN PASS EVERY SINGLE CLUE A PRIVATE EYE DETECTIVE CAN'T SEE. ONLY PROBLEM IS THAT ON EVERY BOOK THERE IS A VERY LONG INTERDUCTION IN FIRST FEW PAGES. ANYWAY I LOVE THIS MOSTLY BECAUSE OF THEIR UNPERDICTABLE ENDINGS (CAM AND ERIC'S FAMILY ALWAYS GETS AN AWARD). I RECOMEND THIS BOOK TO EVERY SINGLE ONE OF YOU

A Picture Book of Helen Keller
Published in Library Binding by Bt Bound (October, 1999)
Authors: David A. Adler, John Wallner, and Alexandra Wallner
Amazon base price: $19.50
Average review score:

Basic Information?
I must take issue with the last reviewer. This book provides no basic information about Helen Keller. In fact, in this version, Keller doesn't even graduate from college. How would you like your own productive life of 88 years reduced to your pre-college days?

And we have wonderful photos of Keller's final 66 years, that would have made for fantastic illustrations. Marching for peace; learning to speak so she could denounce the murder of coal miners; helping to found the American Civil Liberties Union; casting her first vote, having been an ardent suffragist.

The story of Helen Keller is one of a person who used her fame to promote social justice, peace, and human rights. You'd never know it from this piece of claptrap.

girl in the dark
I like the picture book. It's Helen Keller. Helen Keller was born in Tuscumbia Alabama. A girl would like this book if they bought it. 6 years old, 6 1/2. I thought I was back in Helen Keller's year. -- Written by Meg, age 5 1/2

Perfect for small children
No, it isn't the full biography of her life that one might expect to find in an adult level book. But, I think it is pretty obvious that it is a picture book. As such, it is perfect for small children.

Cam and Eric
I think kids will like this book , because when the monkeys were gone it took a long time to find the monkeys , and there were some clues , and there are adventures. I think it is intreresting because Cam and Eric talk to different people.
That was my favorite thing and I think kids will like it.

julian
I like the book because it is a mystery about three kids
at the zoo. And then Eric (one of the kids) lost his wallet. And that is just the beginning and then the good part comes. I like it too because it is funny.

Cam and the monkeys
I think kids will like this book, because when the monkeys were gone it took many time to find the monkeys, and there were some clues, and there are adventures. I think it is interesting. At end of story, there was the thief, and he went to jail. And that time when the truck was almost going, Cam stopped that truck, and looked in the back, that was my favorite thing and I think kids will like it.
