It was okay, I didn't like it that much because...
Tune In Anytime was an okay book. Personally, I didn't like it becuase it was very boring. All this girl talked about was her life, and how horrible it was. I do though think Mrs. Caroline B. Cooney is a talented writer, but I found this book not as enjoyable as some of her other titles. I didn't find the way the girl decribed her life as being horrible, it doesn't appeal as a book that would lift my or any teens spirits if they are going through what she did. I gave it three stars for her effort af trying to understand what it is like for us teens, but it wasn't the same. So please think about what I am writing before you spend $ on this title. You may like some other titles though from Mrs. Cooney, like, Flight #116 is Down! or Emergency!
Caroline B Cooney at her best
Tune in anytime by Caroline B. Cooney is my favorite book ; there are many reasons why I love this book.. for one thing it has many examples of internal and external conflict. For example the internal conflict is with Sophie, and her father (Daniel Olivetti) has just filed for divorce , and has fallen in love with his nineteen-year-old daughter's twenty-one year old roommate Persia. You can see the conflict in this story. The external conflict in this story is between Sophie and her father , and between Sophie and Persia. If you are a Caroline B. Cooney fan you will most likely love this book as much as I did. Between Marley (Sophie's sister)falling in love with a doctor, and her parents divorce, you can see this book's all action.. Caroline B. Cooney is a great author and has done a great job on this book. I hope to read more of her books . Well I'd like for you to read this book.. you don't have to but I would highly recommended it.
Awsome!
I have literally read every book Caroline B. Cooney has written and for some reason I put off reading this book. I am not the soap opera type and thought there was no way I would like the book. Boy was I wrong! I finally decided to read it and fell in love with this book! It is really an amazing story. The emotion throughout the whole story is so intense you feel like your in the book! The characters give off a quality that you are still laughing and thinking about weeks later. I found myself taking quotes from the book and using them in conversations. I told every one of my friends to read it and loaned it to everyone I know. This is a really great book!

Freeze Tag: Great book, Bad ending
I just finished reading Caroline B. Cooney's Freeze Tag. Although the book was interesting as well as unique I was disappointed with the ending. I have read many of Caroline B. Cooney's books and this would be one of the best if the ending was different. If a sequel was written I would enjoy it much more! However, I recommend this book to others in hopes that they will enjoy it more then I did. I REALLY WANT THERE TO BE A SEQUEL!
Freeze Tag
This book was actually pretty good. I loved the characters, the normal herione, the perfect guy, the evil one... and I loved the plot. All mixed togething in an incredible smoothie. It was delicious!
Amazing, Superb
I have just finished this book and i think it is great! I have read 5 other books by this author they were all great but this i have to say was the best. This book had a bad end not because it is poorly written (very good writing in fact) but because the reader wants to read more. I really want a sequel to this book and i hope more people had the joy i had when i read this book. If you are wondering what it is about it is simply love and thrill.

Rear-View Mirror
I started reading this book, even though i knew nothing about it, i have always been a huge caroline b cooney fan and i have read all her books, but please don't read this one. In only the first chapter they drown a baby, kill a dog and a few cats, they go into graphic detail about all of it, it was disgusting and couldn't even force myself to finish this book. There are a lot of better books by Caroline Cooney to read i would recomend all of them except this one.
A wonderful suspense thriller for people of all ages!!!!
I had to pick a book for my English final and I am not the sort of person who likes to read if I have to, so I had a hard time choosing a book. This was no mistake though I could not put it down. Events kept on happening and I was sitting on the edge of my seat. Although I am only in High School I recommend this to anyone who loves to have some excitement in what they read.
I just couldn't put this book down!! A great book to read!!
This is a really good book to read if you can find it. I found mine at a local second-hand store. This book makes you want to run out and read more of her books. It kept me on the edge of my seat. The only dissappointment of this book was that it ended. I wish it would have went into more detail about the characters.

substandard- caroline can do better
This book, although very funny, centres too much on the narrator's discovery of her "real" self- feelings are dealt with to the extent of boredom, and the character of Angus deserves the limelight given to Shelley- she thinks like no other teenager and never realises that the reason her siblings are idolised and admired is because they are more interesting. Her aunt Maggie's transformation from bossy determined arrogant mother to realising her faults after one sharp sentence from Shelley is idealistic and unrealistic.

A pleasant mediocrity.
Good-natured but one-dimensional story about a a lazy-ish girl from a ridiculously driven family who decides, partly to drive her parents nuts, to try out for the cheerleading team. There's one pretty powerful scene involving the family's misguided attempt to take her out to a celebration dinner, but the rest of the book seems to wallow in shallowness. The characters just aren't fleshed out enough...no one will stick with you after the book is closed. The story is so lightweight, in fact, that I'm surprised Cooney wrote it, given her knack for complex, offbeat, memorable characters. Go figure.

Horrible
This is perhaps the worst book I have ever read, and I have read lots of books. The author uses way too much symbolism, and she overuses similes and metaphors.....there is at least 1 in each paragraph!!! This gets EXTREMELY annoying and iritating. Also, the plot is cheesy, and the author never tells about the feelings the students have when they "become dark." They all act normal. I'm done, I've said my piece, NEVER READ THIS BOOK! A waste of time.
