Making a Colcha embroidered Place Mat or a Hen Pincushion take some previously learned skills. But projects like making a Fringed Shawl or Sash could turn out well enough to show off to friends! Whichever craft you choose, the directions are well written and have a materials list and clear pictures for each step. The format and the pictures are so well done, that girls will eagerly want to browse through it to find their next craft project.

Although this book is now out of print, it is well worth a search to find this jewel. It is rare to find a book like this on Pakistan, and in a way that is geared towards children. Wonderful!

This is a great book for pre-teen Cubbie fans! How can a person not like Mark Grace? Reading this book you will discover why it is so easy to like Mark Grace. Mark shows great sportsmanship, is a wonderful role model, and you will enjoy his sense of humor. Mark truly shows his love for baseball in this book. He is as much of America as baseball and apple pie!

This book is about a freshman named Conte Mark who decides to try to get away with an amazing prank--be two people at the same time. His new high-school programs him as two people--Conte Mark and Mark Conte. With a wild plan and a couple of helpful friends he almost accomplishes it. This is a fun book for any teenager.

Good supplement to the marvel universe rpg. It adds a fair number of new powers as well as some good villains and heroes from the marvel x-teams. The mini-adventure in the back is top notch and will help inexperienced game masters and players ease into the gaming system. Not a must have, but definitely a nice addition for the marvel gamer.

My Life in the Seventh Grade was actually the first book I read by myself. Without anyone telling me or making me. I enjoyed the comical yet true to life description of a young man finding his way into the world (his school).

This book related to me and my situation at that time. Of course I was in seventh grade and life was simpler then that it is now. But somehow this book was an escape for me. I'd read till I fell asleep or my dad would tell me to do my homework."I didn't even watch tv".(miracle) I coudn't put the book down because it always put me on suspense. Each chapter more intreging than the previous one. I also loved the humorous aspect and the detail description of the book. This book ,I think, opened my eyes to the world of reading.
