Im sorry to tell that the book has no continuity in its examples, makin reference to programs that doesnt even exist in the cd rom, it just cover the must important subjects in a superficial way, leaving the user on his own most of times. Some of the cd rom examples doesnt work at all... I cant recomend this book, is just a lost of time and money.

The author seems either unable to communicate or completely unaware of the big picture regarding Exchange 2000 in this tedious work. When I picked up the book I was trying to find the latest information on using Exchange 2000 to produce collaborative workflow and tracking solutions.

Sadly, Mr Ammann dives into the nuts and bolts and unexplained jargon at the beginning of the introduction and he never comes up for air. Reading this book is like trying to follow a roadmap while dragging one's nose along the page.

The best reference I have found, though not great, is the Semeniuk and Mackenzie book "Constructing Collaborative Solutions."

This "book" is apparently aimed at the 3-10 year-old age group. It reads as a "Dick & Jane" book. No photos and "illustrated" by a comic-book wanna'- be artist. Fifteen "pages" of "text", 1-3 paragraphs each. An insult to Celtic/Irish heritage. Totally worthless.

A total waste - 250 tips that just state the obvious - I feellike I've been outsmarted out of $ by "Smartiepants" -don't you be too....

Bottomline: Don't waste your money or your time on this e-document. The title promises so much, "When they want it done right: Creating customer-valued Websites". I thought the e-document would give some good practical advice on how to construct a website. I guess I let the price blind me to what this document really was. A slick report from a customer survey. I really wasted my money.
