Technicolor weirdness
This is an amazing document. It preserves hundreds of colorful posters used in India to teach children about health, history, animals, and good manners. All done in an array of amazing primitive styles. It's a source book that every artist and illustrator should own. Big and glossy.

The creation of the myth of The Mahatma
This novel , if not anything else, clearly explains how the myth of Gandhi was created, not by Gandhiji himself but by his ardent followers who consciously (and deliberately) made a myth out of Gandhi. The insatnce of Jayramacharya is a very good example. We also get to know that Gandhi was considered a "avatar" during his lifetime.

If someone wants to study the effects of myths on human society this novel is a must for him coz, the myth of Gandhi caused a event unprecedented in world history (even today) -- a non - violent struggle for independence .... and ulitimately ...success!

This is not to denounce Gandhi, rather is a tribute to the man who could lead 400 million people into non-violent struggle, who had the moral authority to call back his own struggle if it went violent (even if it was in a critical stage).

I would say , a must also for those who wonder and want to know about the miracle of indian-freedom-struggle.

Great up to date title.
This book is one of the most up to date titles on Multimedia Systems I have got in touch with. Well worth it to acquire. As an example it mentions H263, H263+, H263++, H26L, MPEG7, MPEG21...

It makes a great set along with F. Halsall's "Multimedia Communications" book.

Corelation of Astro & Political Aspects of Nehru dynasty
The Book is very interesting and more informative. The Author has tried his best to compare the horoscopes of Nehru, Indira, Rajiv & Sanjay's and correlate them for the events happened in their life. The Author has been succesful in drawing the common line in the astrological predications related to the four important personslities of India. The author has attempted in many a ways to comprehend the rise and fall of this dynasty. The Author has explained the common political features of the great four personalities from nehru 's family based on their horoscopes. At times, the author has convinced the readers that he had a great relation and acquaintance with that family. The Book is very interesting to read and understand and it is undoutbtedly another feather to the cap of our book shelf.
