A wonderful, warm, and entertaining romance
This is the story of a widowed b&b owner who is still bitter about the death of her husband. She questions her own faith in light of his death. However, for the sake of her children, she accepts a dare to believe, with the caveat that it would only last through Christmas.
In walks the new local minister, who could not find any other place in the area to take him. He falls for her and her children. This is a sympathetic, believable and heartwarming story. Don't miss out!

A Sweet Romance
Having written a book on the virtues of being, well, virtuous, Kathy McQuade is set to go on her first book tour when her publisher tells her that she is to be accompanied by a bodyguard who happens to be her nephew. Gib London is wary about guarding Kathy but quickly gets to know and like her. There is nothing unusual about the plot of the story, boy meets girl, boy falls in love, but the language and the interactions between the characters us honest and unpretentious. You see how these people fall in love and don't simply accept the authors word for it as can often happen in a romanc novel. In a moment of self-phophecy, you learn that neither a developing romantic relationship nor a romance novel, needs sex to make it interesting.

Little Matchmakers
Synopsis: Nell Fairchild is in need of a temporary Husband and father to the four children she just "inherited". Dean McBride, a lonley, widower is in need of a temporary wife. A perfect TEMPORARY arrangement right? Not if four little matchmakers have their way.

This book is well worth the out- of-print search. The children make the story. Their ruses and stunts to bring the nell and Dean together are funny and a great read.

Got me hooked!
"The Mallory Touch" was the first of Ms. Muriel Jensen's book that I read. It was what I would consider an "easy to read" book, one where, after you're done, you don't have a heavy feeling in your heart. The characters came across as regular people. After reading "The Mallory Touch", I became a Muriel Jensen fan, and have started to collect her books. If you're looking for something that will make you smile (or even giggle, once in a while), then this book is it!

Absolutely charming! - Highly recommended
With water pouring from a shower wall, Mariah slips on a towel, knocking her unconscious. She falls and comes face-to-face with one of Whitcomb's Wonders. Plumber Cameron Trent moves her sodden body to a bed out of the water, and performs mouth-to-mouth resuscitation. But he is the one left stunned when she kisses him and then slugs him. Despite her mixed signals, Cameron finds himself enchanted with the avenging angel with the left hook.

Badly scarred by three miscarriages and a stillbirth, Mariah does not believe her dreams of family will ever come true. Her husband cruelly stressed his need for biological children and rejected her when she refused to get try another pregnancy. Now Mariah enjoys her quiet life as a dorm mother at the local boarding school and dreams of a trip to Europe. She resents Cameron's intrusion her life because he ignites her desire for things she cannot have.

Muriel Jenson brings a small-town richness to MAN WITH A MESSAGE, part of the continuing Men of Maple Hill series. Heroine Mariah echoes the disillusionment endemic in many modern women when her dreams of a traditional family seem to have become impossible. But Cameron's heart-warming assurances that dreams can come true makes MAN WITH A MESSAGE a modern fairy tale complete with a happy ending. Secondary characters are likewise endearing from Mariah's bohemian sister to her young charge that insists upon digging for bold in attics behind shower tile. A warm read filled with charm, MAN WITH A MESSAGE comes highly recommended.

:)
I liked Muriel Jensen's book One and One Makes Three for lots of different reasons. the main reason is that most books I have read are about the two main characters both madly in love with one another, but they just will not admit it. That is not the case with this book. There is no cat-and-mouse games.

Bobbi and Sin spent a night together after their best friends get married and Bobbi gets pregnant. Sin does not found out about it until several months later when they meet up with each other at a party and Bobbi starts to have complications and Sin rushes her to the hospital. Sin figures things out and than immediately "takes over."

Some of Sins tactics are a little hard to swallow. He basically kidnaps her and takes her into seclusion. Now comes the rough part of them admitting their feelings and becoming a family. Sin is every womans dream husband and father. It is a light romantic fun book about two people coming together to make a family.
