This book is very well written, with solid legal definitions, along with additional case examples to show recent court rulings. I however feel the price paid for this book is a tad bit to steep! I have paid less for other labor books that are equal to the quality shown forth in this book. There is nothign so profound or so unique to justify such a expensive price.

Montgomery's Auditing, 2001 is just a supplement to the 1998 version. You need both the 1998 version plus the 2001 to be current. I would prefer to have it all in one book.

Compendium of the results of 95 empirical studies on the relationship between financial performance and social performance of corporations. Most of the book (122 pages) is devoted to bar charts and tables describing the 95 studies and to a tabulation of the characteristics of each one of them. Unfortunately there is almost no discussion of the results and the implications for corporate behavior (13 pages at one and a half spaces). This should be of interest to researchers in the area looking for a description of the studies carried so far, but of little use to the practitioner that are searching for answers beyond those usually provided by the two handed economist: "on the one hand...........but on the other hand..". In this sense, the title is missleading, as it makes you think that an answer will be provided, or at least, if one is not available, that the issues will be discussed.

Unlike the Disney Mouseworks storybooks, this one was assembled using frames from the movie. The images therefore tend to be a little blurry. The text has some inconsistencies with the storyline as well. Its shortcomings would be glossed over by its young audience, of course.

The first three books were excellent, however I think Mr. Hogan stretched the story to far. First of all it took till chapter 22 to finally get in to what the story was actually about and although Mr. Hogan has a great way of tying things together at the end of the story, it was just not the same. Next time, don't listen to your agent Mr. Hogan.
