Excellent little novel
For children, this is a superb read. Rest assured, though, it gets better with age. As my all-time favorite book, I even bought a special-edition hardcover to pass on to my own little girl. 'The Secret Garden' is a delightful story that can be interpreted on a variety of levels, from a beautiful little story to an intensely moving classic, and each time it is read a new Truth can be derived. I highly recommend 'The Secret Garden' to both children and adults, preferably read from childhood into adulthood.
As an aside, unfortunately the movie version of 'The Secret Garden' is no match for the book. It presents a trite and overacted children's piece that isn't suitable for idiots. I wouldn't subject my child to it.

A literature that the none-literature readers will love.
It's amazing for me to read a book in tree days and want to read it again.I'm a Chinese, but I just can't resist the story line printed on the cover, and I bought a English version.I thought I can read it slowly and prectice my English, but I finished in only three days. Three person who can't love and got together in a great house.Mary,Collin, and Mr.Craven was teached what love is and how to love others by theyselves and by a magical natual-love boy,Dickon. And finally the great house bathed in terror came bake to the arm of the love. I can't write too much about this book. The ending will make you laugh with happiness and make you cry moved by the ending. You really should not only read it,but also own one.

Great book for 4 year olds
My son is 4 and this is his favorite book. I have read it to him over and over and he is never tired of it. The pictures of the monsters are cute, not scary.

Great Kids Bool
This is a great book for kids who have just started not using a nite light. I read it with my nephew and this book taught him that there is nothing to be afraid of. This is a good bed time story book. Youll be surprised at the ending.

This story is wierd but cool. in it sebastian barth is at it again he is always nosing around trying to find a mystery. well his friend eric moves away and sends sebastian these notes and the first one says s.i.s and they try to find out the mystery. but they find out about danny and he is on drugs so they find all these clues and he turns himself in.

One of the best authors ever.
I am 12 years old and have read two of James Howe's books and reviewed them. I think James Howe is a great author and think everyone who reads his books will love them. I could not stop reading this book either and loved it, I plan on reading more Sebastian Barth Mysteries in the future like Dew Drop Dead.

a bunny to scare all.
This one of the most entretaining stories about the old myth of vampires. The main character, who also is the writer of the story, is a family dog who witnesses how a charming being becomes a fiendish creature at night. One of the achievments of the book is how closely it takes on the characters and the story of Dracula, without the eerie parts no apt for kids. Instead it creates a world so familiar and common to children that they are really into the book as they read it. I and my daughters enjoy this naive tale, and they keep asking me to read it again and again night after night just for the fun of it.

Bunnicula Fun Book
This activity book is wonderful, kids can use it by themselves, or there are activities that a whole classroom can use. There is a nice variety of drawing pages, informational pages, a couple of mad libs, and even some knock-knock jokes. I bought this for my class, and they have really enjoyed using it.

A facinating look at the most popular Doctor
Tom Baker, for being the most popular actor ever to portray Dr. Who, has also stayed out of the sportlight. This book combines episode guides with collected interviews to form a facinating look at Baker's era as the Doctor. Really THE essential book on Tom's era as the Doctor
