My only objection about this book was the killer: to me, he was really not very scary. He was scary through the rest of the book, when no one knew who he was, but when they actually found him, he really was just kind of...well, a guy. He didn't really scare me at all, but otherwise I thought the book was okay.

This book is like watching an excellent horror movie. You never know what will happen next and you can't wait to find out! Molloy and her friends stay at Nightmare Hall to wait for a heavy rainstorm to pass. Unfortunately, they foil the plans of a mad killer who has also taken refuge there! Will the four friends get out alive? You'll feel the desperation and the struggle to stay alive--this is so well written

I`ve read this book in one night .....lol ....when I start to read , I couldn`t stop ....it`s an excellent book and you know the plot only at the end ....that`s great ....I like it ...it`s was not that long and easy to understand (I`m a french speaker)...So if you want to have fun or just relax read Last Breath and all the others books of the Nightmare Hall collection !!!!

This horror book upset me because I felt SO sorry for the main character, Cassidy! She is beautiful, capable and...losing her mind? Cassidy sees things other people do not and hurts herself in "accidents". Plus, she believes that a black Trans Am is stalking her and out to kill her. Unfortunately, everyone is telling her that this car does not exist and her "illusions" are just that. Gossip circles around her. Rumours fly. I was desperate for a "happily ever after" ending. Did it happen? Find out by reading this book

Are you resentful against the popular and successful who "don't deserve it"? Are you an outcast who just wants to belong? Molly was. She decided to join an eery anti-conformity group called "The Others", headed by weird Norman. However, the nightly meetings held in the forest by fire-light didn't appeal to Molly. So she quit. Suddenly, Molly wins a place writing for the prize-winning "Odyssey" newspaper. She is a somebody at last. But someone is angry at her and will stop at nothing until she pays. Who is it? This is a suspenseful and chilling book to read--lots of fun

Being a winner isn't all it's cracked up to be. When a female student is awarded a college tennis scholarship to Salem U, she does not expect to be greeted with hostility and hatred. Her teammates are jealous of her and her only friends are 2 lonely outsiders. Soon, bad things start happening...definitely not accidents. Can she discover who is out to get her before it is too late?
The author takes you on a wild ride as you try to find out who the murderer is. Really, really exciting and adrenaline-pumping

When I began reading this book it reminded me of RL Stine's The Girlfriend, but this one had an unexpected twist at the end, which not even I had sussed, and I usually do. Since it's not original or very scary I'll give it three stars, but it is a very enjoyable read

This book was OK, I guess. It kind of hyad twists and turns. Then again, it was kind of predictable. Just read it for yourself to decide.

This book is a thrilling ride. Dangerous obsessions and mysteries fill the pages. Since arrogant and rich Robert Q dumped unstable Darlene, things have been going wrong at Salem U--deadly things. In fact, Robert is not the only victim; others are being tortured. The only question is: Why? Almost everyone is positive that strange town-girl Darlene is seeking revenge against all who have teased and tormented her. She must be the cause--right? The ending is amazing as all secrets are revealed

I think Diane Hoh must of been "Night Writing" when she wrote this as it seems very loosly written and tirsome. I have read all the Nightmare Hall books in secquence, so this in my nineth, but if the next one is as bad it will be my last. The plot to this book is okay, but the ending is just awful and totally predictible

It'll keep you guessing until the tragic end. At night, someone has been committing awful crimes at Salem U. People are getting hurt and there are many suspects. A sleepwalker is petrified that she may be guilty of these tasks, but the clues are not adding up! Who is the nightwalker and what does he (or she) want? Read this late at night for maximum fear..

I personally didn't really like this book, although most of my friends did. I read most of the Nightmare Hall books, but this is definatly not anywhere near the best ( The Silent Scream ). The plot is a bit unoriginal but it is satisfying. Above all, not a great read, but I'l let you decide

Actually, this is good. However, I read "Diane Hoh" books all the time; so I have read better. Caryl is fatally attracted to her drop-dead (hot) English professor. She is reluctant to believe the rumours about his haunted past. The ending provides a neat twist to the story

The book Nightmare Hall, by Diane Hoh, to me was intresting the first time I read it but the second time it became kinda drab. In a way I liked it because it was very captivating and easy to read and understand. Sometimes it was too easy to read or the actions that the author said happened would never happen.
