Best AutoCAD book ever written, period!
I've had several AutoCAD books but none of them compare to Maximizing AutoCAD R13 by Rusty Gesner, Mark Middlebrook and Tony Tanzillo. The text is very easy to read and understand and includes clear and concise examples and screen shots. I am an experienced AutoCAD user and this is now my AutoCAD bible. The only problem now is I can't wait to get my hands on Maximizing AutoLISP which has been delayed to include Release 14. Excellent job guys

Excellent Book for R13c4 customization and productivity
I had very little experience with AutoLisp or AutoCAD programming, but now I am progframming the new accellerator keys and assigning our old R12 AEC lisp routines to the new toolbar feature. This book comes with a CD that creates a developer's environment and guides you through the maze of methods for ACAD customization that now exist and brings you up to speed on the prevoius versions .lsp, .mnu and .pgp file usages which are still supported. This is an excellent book

Inspirational
I really love this book, Nell is a great role model who likes herself as she trully is. She inspired me to be "real" and not be so critical of my shortcoming i.e. not being perfect, skinny enough, motivated enough, rich enough, smart enough.

I'm lucky to have found this book and think that it would be great for children as an great example of healthy self-esteem and self-acceptance.

Wonderful Book!
Nell makes a great gift book for friends and loved ones. It's a beautiful tome that makes you feel good about yourself! I whole-heartedly recommend this.

Absolute must for the MLM Industry
"Rise to the Stars" by Rusty Barrier and Tricia Seymour captures the essence of what you MUST have in your organization for long term success in the network marketing industry. Add this to your downline's daily diet of Personal Development and witness the power of Lasting Transformation. Definite and Absolute MUST HAVE for the MLM Industry. Paul Picard, Melbourne, FL Independent Distributor with New Image International, Inc. fransa@cybrzn.com

This book is a MUST for all Network Marketers.
This book is the best guide I have seen to keep me, a Network Marketer, focused on my daily tasks and goals. The 'quotes' are all appropiate and wise. The 'questions' associated with the quotes are designed to make entreprenuers think more constructively about building a "people" business and being good leaders to their downline organization. The 'daily affirmations' are mini road maps that will guide you on your journey to success! This book has been well planned and it is a much needed addition to any other self help books or systems that any Network Marketer is currently using. Thanks and Bravo to the authors, Tricia Seymore and Rusty Barrier.

Every kid has his or her favorite color
And mine was red. Asbury's books about primary colors are delightful. You'll also want to buy, as did I, Bonnie's Blue House and Yolanda's Yellow School.

I have read these books over and over and my baby loves them
Buy all three of these books. They are warm and comforting. I love reading them and my baby (although young) loves hearing them. It makes me want to have a red vacation.

Laughter lightens the relationships we want to keep.
Whether it's the relationship(s) you've already ruined or the one you're trying to strengthen, this funny little book can help you see many of those quirky little things we all need to work on. Most people will read along quickly, laughing at each page until they get to one of those that makes them stop and think, "Oops! I've done that!" Couples will enjoy reading it together because it could create some much-needed communication. "31 Days to Ruin Your Relationship" ought to be a textbook for teens to use in a "Relationship" class. (Is there such a thing?) Every doctor, psychologist and marriage counselor needs one in their waiting room. Their clients will be ready to talk with a lighter attitude. I especially thought the little heart in the bottom right corner of each page that gradually shatters (and worse!) was a clever addition. You'll think of a dozen people on your gift list that would get a kick (and lift) out of thi! s little gem.

visionary
Edmondson was one of the few artists ever to be led into his work by pure inner vision and his work shows the extraordinary power of genuine and uninfected inspiration so rare to us these days. A wonderful gift for anyone interested in the power of stone.

Scary & Funny!
Well, more funny than scary, and more touching than frightening, but a great read none the less. The author has a great sense of humor and I couldn't quite help picturing the book as a movie, even before I was finished!

Civil War Songs With Historical Narration (American History Through Folksong)

Wonderful history through songs
I have enjoyed Civil War Songs from the first listening. Hearing the history of the Civil War told through songs written by people who were experiencing the war first hand made it all the more real. I have toured many a battle sight from Gettysburg to Antietam to Manassas (Bull Run) and found that these historic songs bring an added understanding to the battlefield sights, as well as, a better understanding to the political and economic effects the war was having on the nation. I hope everyone has the chance to enjoy this fine narration with historic songs of the Civil War

The Story and Song of the Old West
"Cowboy Songs" is an outstanding collections of songs of the Old West, supplemented by historical narration. This set tells the story of the life and song of the old cowboy era. No Rhinestone Cowboys here! These songs are authentic renditions of the true cowboy spirit.

The songs are arranged chronologically, beginning with the songs of the early vaqueros and continuing to the end of the trail driver era.

The songs are supplemented by interesting historical narratives of the themes reflected in the songs. The narrations explain quaint terms appearing in the songs as well as the events in cowboy life which inspired the cowboy when they road the trail are relaxed around the campfire. The narrations, in themselves, make the set worthwhile. I think that most of what I know about cattle stampedes I learned from this CD set and the writings of Theodore Roosevelt.

This set is not suitable for quiet background music. These songs and narrations firmly draw your attention. For anyone interested in the history and music of the Old West, this set is a must.
