This book is the best Pony Pals bok ever! I have read it 5 times and I still love it! Bette Fleming is filming a movie in the town and she wants to use Acorn in it. Anna wants everyone to know that Acorn is special, but this time it means losing her pony for a few weeks. She finally agrees, knowing that it will only be a few weeks until he is her pony. This book is great! It is about three girls that live in a small town and they have all kinds of adventures together! In this particular book Pam (one of the girls) finds a abandoned pony!!! It was wandering around on a property that nobody has lived on in about a year! It looks horrible! She has to help! She can't do it on her own so she asks her friends. The owner is going to sell her to the meat buyer!!!! Will Pam and her friends' save the pony? Can they?? Find out if they can save the beautiful black pony from death when you read "The Wild Pony" by Jeanne Betancourt.

This book was one of the best book's I read. It was about Anna Lulu and Pam and how they helped a head shy pony they found. and at the end, one of the pony pal's friends bought the pony. IT WAS A GOOD BOOK!!!

The Pony Pals are great detectives! This is one of my favorite Pony Pals books.

I bought this book to read to my own son in second grade who was diagnosed with dyslexia and who hates school because it is so difficult to him. I teach sixth grade special ed kids and I read the book to them, a chapter a day. They would beg me to read it to them instead of teaching the class! They related to it and inspired them.

The book tells a story about a boy named Brian who has dyslexia but does not know it. The other children at Brian's school make fun of him because he makes many mistakes when reading aloud and while writing on the board. He thinks of himself as being dumb. His parents believe that he is just lazy. It turns out that caring teacher recognizes that he is neither. The teacher recognizes the symptoms of dyslexia and sets out to get Brian the help he needs. Brian is embarrassed that he needs the extra help in school. After Brian's teacher begins to explain dyslexia more to him, he begins to understand that he needs the extra help not because he is dumb, but because his brain learns differently. The story offers hope; Brian is really smart he just learns differently. I strongly recommend this as a book to be shared by parents and their children

I like Pony Pals books a lot, even if I am getting a bit old for them. This book was really good. Lulu finds an old letter in a tree, and starts to discover a mystery of two girls who lived a long time ago. It was interesting to find out who the people were. It was very interesting and it was funny when they scared the boys.

I really liked this book. It was really exciting especially when Lulu and Snow White find a letter from 1918 and they find out that the person that was suppose to recive the letter was ... I recommend this book to all pony-lovers.

Pam's pony Lightening gets sick because of a mystery illness which causes her an upset stomach. One night the Pony Pals take it in turns to watch Lightening to see if they can solve the mystery and give them the answer to the problem. When its Pam's turn, she sees a strange girl feeding Lightening apples. I really like the ending in this book, and I think the Pony Pals are pretty smart.

I think pony in troble is so cool. I think I would like toread it again because it was a cool how the pony pals found out whatwas making lightning so sick.Also because i kinda can conect with how pam felf when lightning coliced because when my colt tucker coliced last year and almost died i blamed my self when it was because he nocked his water trolf over and didnt get anough water. well any way i thought it was a great book.

I like that book so much i would like to read it one thousandtimes!!!

The book I'm reading is called Pony pals I want a pony.Lulu the girl in the book went to her grandma's because her dad had to go to the airpart.Lulu loved ponys.Then a pony came into ther yard.Lader in the book Lulu sees the pony agan.I recmmend this book for 7 and up.

I thought this book was extremally sad I even cried during the bit with Ms Wiggens coming home. I have a pony and I would be devastated if he died(his name is Acorn!)

Ms Wiggens is training Anna and Acorn for the Wiggens Winter Festival. When she has to go to a painting show in Boston she asks Anna and her Pony Pals Pam and Lulu to visit her pony Winston and horse Picasso. The Pony Pals discover that Winston is sick so along with Acorn they help take care of him. Anna is convinced that Winston is okay but Pam and Lulu know the time has come. Can they help Anna say good-bye? Also with Winston on his death bed Anna isn't sure if there will be a pony leading the parade. Can Acorn do it? A very sad but nice book.

I am an 11 year old reader.I own my own horse.He is a white Welsh called Acorn.So I highly recommend all Acorn books.
In this book Anna feels jealous when her neighbours neice Christine visits.Because she has Cerable Palsy she gets loads of attention.She loves ponies but hasn't been able to ride.But the Pony Pals convince her to ride and she rides Acorn.Soon she and Acorn become close to each other and she always wants to be with Acorn.Acorn even does a new trick for Christine.Anna is upset and needs Pam and Lulu.Can Anna win back Acorns love?Find out.

I PURCHASED TWO OF THESE BOOKS AND MY EIGHT YEAR OLD DAUGHTER LOVED THEM. SHE FINISHED BOTH IN LESS THAN THREE DAYS. HIGHLY RECOMMEND FOR ANY LITTLE GIRL WHO LIKES HORSES AND LIKES TO READ.

I think all the pony pal books are great because the girls
are pony lovers and they have LOTS of pony adventures,also,
Jeanne Betancourt does not axagerate like some authors do.

Snow White is sick. She has the strangles. Pam,Anna and Lulu are going to see a movie but Lulu knew she should have stayed with her Pony. When they all come home Snow White is gone! Where is she?

I like reading Pony Pals books. I like to read them with my friends. And sometimes even when I'm alone. Sometimes I like to pretend I'm a pony! These books are great!

This is a great book for the Pony Pal fan. I started my own Pony Pal group with my friends. We all read the book and then get together and talk about it. My mom used to read them to me, but now I can read them myself! I've learned so much, I even know what strangles are now! Thanks Pony Pals!
