Likable and Honest
The characters of this book are clear and believable, the trials they go through and the effort they put forth to 'push the inside beauty out' makes this novel a worthwhile read.

WONDERFUL! FANTASTIC! SUPER! BEST BOOK EVER!!!!
Oh my gosh! I just can't believe how great this book is! What a shame it's out of print. Please use the out of print service! It's about Barbie and her friends as they go to an island to visit some friends. The friend's mother has died and Winnie the daughter is in a wheelchair. Alex (the father) has just gotten a new job which isn't going very well. Barbie feels sorry for them. She has a dream which gives her a great idea. In the dream Barbie and her friends were mermaids. Barbie excitedly tells her friends,Kira, Christie, Midge, Jazzie, Teresa, Steve, Alan, and Ken (WHEW) her idea. She figures that since Alex works on a ship with a glass bottem and shows people that are visiting the ship it,they can pretend to be mermaids. I really shouldn't tell you any more info or the book wouldn't be as good. All I can say is that this book is worth your money and won't disapoint you. Do yourself a favor and buy this amazing book.

I like the book True Blue becaue it can help with friends.
True Blue (from the sitting pretty series.)

I liked the book True Blue because it taught me to not only look on the the outside to find friends, but also on the inside. It taught me that my friends and I might have arguments but we would always be friends. It taught me that not to desert them no matter how many new friends I meet.I could meet Michael Jordan and he might not mean half of what my old friends meant to me. If you ever do make this mistake, the thing to do is to apoligize and if they really are your friends, in time, they will forgive you. It might take a while but, the will forgve you. I mean what's the point of losing your best friend? ( If one of your friends ever does this to you, you should forgive them also!)

By for now! Leslie,(grade 6 at St. Peter Central Catholic in Worcester MA)

The junior novelization based on the hit summer movie!
This junior novelization is based on the new hit movie "Scooby Doo". Starring Freddie Prinze Jr., Sarah Michelle Gellar, Matthew Lillard, and Linda Cardellini, "Scooby Doo" was made into an immediate favorite of mine after seeing it in theaters. So I of course got this book to read until the movie comes out on DVD. Here is the plot of the story:

When Mystery Inc. again solves another mystery, the gang splits up for reasons of their own. Velma is tired of not getting any credit for her brain-work, Fred arrogantly thinks himself better working alone, and Daphne has had it with her 'damsel-in-distress' part. Only Shaggy and Scooby Doo is left heart-broken. But a few years later, the whole gang is invited to Spooky Island to investigate the mysterious going-ons and the strange behavior of the students who visit there. Of course the Scooby Gang wants to solve the mystery without the help of the others but in the end, they discover that the only way they would ever solve the mystery is to work together. But it will not be easy as clue by clue, the gang discovers a sinister plot to rule the world!

In reality I would give this book 4 1/2 stars because of the style used to write the book. Every chapter is read through the eyes of the characters Fred, Daphne, Velma, Shaggy, and occasionally Scooby. Overall, this approach was interesting to read and very fun to be able to see through the characters eyes. Unfortunately, using this technique also is at some points a damper since many subplots and events seem to be missing. But on the whole the story is fun to read and recommended for younger readers. Also included in the center of the book are pictures from the motion pictures, a total of 14 photos.

Also recommended is "Scooby Doo: The Complete Movie Scrapbook", the ultimate guide for all who loved the movie "Scooby Doo". Included cast and character guides, behind the scenes info, facts from the movie, special effects chapter, and a fun Scooby IQ test at the end of the book.

Absolute must have...
This book the the end all must have for anyone and everyone who liked the Scooby Doo movie.
Not only does it give you something to do while you wait for the DVD, it appears to have been written from an earlier version of the movie, so many scenes that had been left out are included in this book(jinkies!). I was surprized by the number of downright hilarious jokes that had been left out of the movie for reasons unknown to me.
Unfortunently but unsurprizingly the more raunchy jokes have been altered however, but since you can see them in the movie it doesn't make much of a difference.
It says for ages 8-12, but I'm 16 and I enjoyed it, and I think any scooby fan will too =)

SCOOBY DOO WHERE ARE YOU
This book was great-anything on Scooby is great!

This book is based on the new hit movie Scooby Doo-and the gang
tells the story from their point of view-and it was interesting-
even though I had it read in a day and night-the chapters are not that long and there are color pictures from the film!

My favorite parts of the book were the pictures and Shaggy and Scooby telling the story-because theirs were the funniest and enjoyable!

So I would recommend this book to anyone who is a Scooby Doo fan
and wants to see the movie!

a series of good books which are interesting
I read a good book called The Magic School Bus Gets All Dried Up. The author of the Magic School bus is Joanna Cole. My favorite character is Ms. Frizzle. Ms. Frizzle is the type of teacher I would like to have because she is energetic and fun. I think I would learn alot of stuff if I were in her class because of all those field trips they go on. This is an educational book for children because there is alot of information you can learn. Sometimes they go to the zoo, beach, and other places. My favorite part of the book is when the bus shrinks into a small size so the class can have a closer look at things. These books are also a tv show. This is why I like this book, so go out and read it.

I LOVE THIS BOOK
I SAW THIS MAGIC SCHOOL BUS STORY,ALL DRIED UP ON TV . I REALY REALY LOVE THIS BOOK. MY FAVORITE CHARACTER IS ARNOLD. I AM GONNA ASK MY DADDY TO BUY IT FOR ME.////// JAKE A. I AM 5 YEARS OLD

Chloe Mania!
I have read the book Chloe Mania! by Suzanne Weyn three or four times, and enjoyed it, too. I enjoy the courage, happiness, sadness, sense, and everything that makes Chloe Chloe. It is intriguing to follow the story of the mishap, misfortune, good luck and bad of Chloe - a model on the rise. Follow Chloe as she leads you from modeling to being a tv star and a rockstar back to modeling again! This book is so real you don't say "Yeah, right" when you read it (except for the fact that she is a model and gets all the attention on tv and stuff like that) because Chloe goes through all the hardships we do - friends becoming ex-friends, people twisting words around, everyone treating you great one day and then horrible the next, and just being a kid. This book is really fun and I love it!
