Fun with an unexpected plot twist!
I have read all of the Justice League series books to my kids (1-6), and we have enjoyed them all. This one is particulary fun as it chronicles the Flash's experiences. The Flash is entertaining because of his witty comments and sense of humor. This book even has a little romance for the Scarlet Speedster and an unexpected twist in its plot. I like how this series is written because it does not dumb down the books. My kids' vocabulary actually increases everytime we sit down to enjoy one of these novels together.

Sonic the Hedgehog; Robotniks Revenge
This book was over all pretty adverage. Although it would be great for someone just now learning to read. It was made on an intirly differant basis as the comic book or the origanal show. (I used to be in to that kind of stuff) I have to admit for a sequal to a kids' book it'll keep intertained untill you put it down.

A great depiction of a life and death action Adventure!!
Turok is a great book. The story line is very appealing for booth a little kid and older as well. Following the story of a boy from a teen to a real Turok, is great!!!! I reccomend this book. I could not stop flipping the pages as the action and horror were non-stop!

atlast, info on x-men behind the scenes
It always eluded me as to how the X-men were on and off a sizzling bestselling comic book for the past twenty years. So what fuels this book is actually curiousity.'Cause it was always a wonder to me what was it that made x-men so diferent than other comics.Well,i still don't see what makes this a phenomenal chart-scorcher,but it will be a bit useful for aspiring artists and writers trying to break into the comic field.

Interesting
This wonderful little book (of about 44 pages) is designed for younger readers in the Level 4 - "Proficient" category. This is not a comic book, though it does contain a number of wonderful pictures. Instead, this book is about making comic books. It talks about the artists behind the comics, and how they go about designing and creating comics, the X-Men in particular.

This is an interesting book. My eight-year-old son got this book, and enjoyed it, though I don't believe that he understood everything in it. Overall, though, he did like the book. So, we do recommend this book.

This book was not easy at all!
I bought this book about 3 or 4 years ago. I havent looked at it since because it was too hard and it didn't have the right steps
needed to draw the drawings.

Nintendo Needs Work on How To Draw Books.
I found this book very enjoyable, but the books seems to short. I could use more pictures on some of the characters that lacked a body tutorial. Like Wario, the book only teaches you to draw his mug, and I want more than that!

Some characters needed more poses, and some were just plain excluded from the book. Like Lanky, or Funky, or Cranky from Donkey Kong 64. Do not get me wrong, I love this book, but it is somewhat lacking in the selection of poses.

This book has tedious drawing instructions, but if you are a Nintendo fan, and are persistent, this book is for you!

Drawing made simple
My kids love the classic Nintendo games, and this easy, step-by-step guide helped them learn to draw their favorite Nintendo heroes (and bad guys). Lots of drawing fun at an affordable price.

Good For The Beginner
This would probably be a very good "how to" book for children, or those who don't have much drawing experence. It shows the basics of blocking in figures, and building up from simple shapes. If you have kids at home, who love video games, and want to draw their favorite characters, this is the book to get. If you have more experence in drawing, then you would probably find this book too simplistic in it's approach. There are plenty of other books out there for people who want to learn more advance techniques. This book gives a basic view of the drawing / cartooning process for those who are just starting to explore their creativity.

Too much for a kid
Let's face it,most kids that play and are obsessed with Zelda have ADHD. I thought this book would be great for a 9 yr old but the instructions were too tedious for him. He ended up getting too frustrated and has never picked up the book again. I'm sure not going to give the kid Ritalin so he can draw a fricken decu bush.

Rated E for Especially Harsh
The Zelda games are mostly rated E for everyone... Not this guide! Sure it's got lots of characters, like King Dodongo, and Saria, but drawing them is a different story. The instructions are very undetailed and I bet, even if you think your patience is supream, you'll agree, this is nothing short of not very usefull. If you're like me, and want to draw or at least get a few tips on how to draw Link, I still suggest, think before you buy.

Way too short.
What I was hoping for with this book was details. The inking was really thick, so the really fine details were hard to distinguish, making my purchase for that sake fruitless.
Also, the number of characters in the book is a piddling 13, and a number of those aren't characters, but rather monsters from Ocarina of Time. While they are marginally interesting in their own right, I think the space would be better used on more important characters.
The book's quite cheap, so you may want it as a guide to the rough proportions of a few characters. It's not worth much more than its cover price, though.

Slightly Spooky?

I dont' think so. The stories had some weirdendings, middles, AND beginnings. ... This book has"suspense", the best "suspense" I was able to detect was whe thecharacters were walking!

Not much of a story, I don't really recommend it. But if you would like to read to easily scared kids, go ahead and purchase it.

No Kyle Raynor?
Sorry. I despise the new JLA ... because the absence of the real Green Lantern. Kyle Raynor is a favorite character in comics and they ditched him for a different, confident and boring, Green Lantern. Shame on Bruce Timm and everyone else who made this stupid change. Its sad really.

a little disappointing
While a fan of the Justice League cartoon and a long time follower of the John Stewart character in the comics, I didn't like this book as much as others in the series. I had hoped for more ooomph in this tale about GL being stuck on an alien world. The villain was not all that engaging, and the story seemed to just plod along and then end. Yawn.
