A Two-Year-Old's Review
I got this book at the library and love it so much that I am going to ask my mom to buy it for me. My mommy thinks this book is a bit strange, but I don't care. We read it probably 15 times a day in three or four sittings. I want to hear it because I really like stories that rhyme. My mommy says that's normal for a two-year-old, so she humors me. But she still thinks the book is a bit strange.

The Robot Referee.
Kids would have many uses for a robot referee: to decide who's
been hogging the ball, to decide the best colors of the periodic
tables, to get your parents to stop arguing all the time, to let
you know when to get up, and to let you know when it's not your
fault. Moss has given us Max's logbook to see inside a ten-year-
old mind, a beautiful mind that sees life as no grown-up can.
I wish I'd had this book when I was 10, because I thought I was
weird to have all these thoughts. You mean every kid thinks about this stuff?

Adds happy endings to classic rhymes. Humpty is fixed!
The added lines and stanzas to the poems makes you smile that Mom Hubbard finds food for the dog and The Old Woman in the Shoe is not really a child beater! The illustrations are fabulous too! Good baby gift!

Moving and informative
Rose's Journal is one of Marissa Moss' best books yet. It is both a vivid picture of the Depression era and a moving portrait of an individual child. Rose's relationships with her family, friends, farm animals and land are delicately, poignantly, and even humorously depicted. The narrator's soulful and childlike drawings leaven the serious text; her words are also enhanced visually with real photos of the time and drawings of her brother's comic strips. A humane, creative, refreshing and vivid way to present history to children.

OK
This book was pretty good, but I liked the all new Amelia better.I like all Amelia books. When I was reading it, I wanted to know if there was a real space camp that Marissa was talking about....
I LOVE AMELIA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
This was my first AMELIA BOOK. And what FUN it was. I read parts over and over. And especially her drawings in the margins and white spaces. THIS IS THE BEST DIARY BOOK. I wish all diaries were so much fun. And it made me want to go to space camp. I think there's one in FL and AL. I'll have to see. Two other diary books I liked was The Diary of a Slave Girl, Ruby Jo and The Journal of Leroy Jones, a Fugtive Slave. They don't have drawings, but they have neat photos of slaves and PIRATES!
I read it again and again!
This was one of my favorites. I laughed when I saw:gemini capsule, apollo capsule, and medicine capsule.

This is a good book.
"Amelia's Notebook'' is a good book. I hope I can read some more books like it. It's very interesting about Cleo. I think that's the way people feel in real life. I'm probably going to get more of the Amelia books.
MY ALL TIME FAVORITE AMELIA BOOK!
This is my all time favorite Amelia book. I especially like her doodles of cafeteria food in her new school and her dumb sister Chloe and her nice friend, Nadia. This is the best book. I've read it again and again. I recommend it to anyone who likes to laugh. Some other diarys which are good are THE DIARY OF A SLAVE GIRL, RUBY JO, THE DIARY OF PATIENCE WHIPPLE, and one boy diary called THE JOURNAL OF LEROY JONES.
Voting Highly For Amelia
Amelia's Notebook was great!! I love the drawings
and the stuff she writes with it. She's a really
great author. I've read her others and they are
good too. So, what I'm trying to say basically
is either get the book or borrow it. I highly
recommend it. It's probably best for girls 7 - 16.
Great for all girls. Ages as follows.

You might get bored if your older than eight
When I was 8 I loved this book and found it very interesting. Now, though I find it boring. Now I'm more into longer books, like Lemony Snicket. This book is for younger children and although its good for a quick look, its not something I put on my favourite list anymore. Get this book if you are around the age of eight. Although there is not much writing it has amusing pictures. It has some quizzes that are fun to try, and activities, like "make your own olmpyic games" such as the popcorn olympics. Younger children will probably enjoy this but unless you are a fan of these books I don't recommend this. A while from now you will probably donate it to your local libary.
A Great Book for All Ages!
It is just a handy little book you can carry with you that if you're ever bored you can open it up and find intresting and fun stuff to do! Even me, at this age, LOVES to read this book when I'm in a Waiting Room in the doctors! It not only gives me peace at mind, but fun ideas and stuff to do!

This book would be a great resource for any class studying the ancient Romans. It would also be a useful complement to my own series of children's historical novels (The Roman Mysteries) set in a slightly later period. A big thumbs-up!
