It's the story of a man and woman, both in their thirties, who are co-workers at a real estate agency. They decide to buy a boat together, but neither of them tells the other that this joint investment is really just a ploy to start a relationship. They both try doing silly things and playing childish mind games in order to get the other to notice them, and since this is a romance novel, I don't think it's too much of a spoiler to reveal that they end up getting together at the end of the story.
Everything about this book is laughable. The reader will know exactly how this story will unfold after reading just the first paragraph. There are obvious grammatical errors throughout the book, not to mention a generous sprinkling of mis-spelled words. The dialogue is absolutely inane and painfully dry. It's blatantly clear that Lori Copeland didn't put much thought or effort into writing this novel, and whomever was responsible for editing and publishing the book also didn't do their job very well. If you're stuck in a jail cell with nothing else to do to pass the time (like me), then this book might help your cause. Otherwise, this book could be better utilized as a coaster on which to set your drinks.

I had to keep going back pages to see if I was confused or if it was really written that way!
It's not like it's a very long book either - you would think you would remember that the character says her husband had the home built and then later in the book she says the home was her mothers...WHAT???
